Craig, while I feel that there is no question that the Archbishop of Westminster (Nichols) the Jesuit UK Provincial (Holman) oversee the Queen, I surmise that the SMOM English Grand Master is on a more equal footing with the OSJ's (Order of St John) Sovereign QEII, both answering to the Pope & Black Pope via Nichols & Holman respectively, Nichols deferring to Holman of course. Holman's intermediaries to the Black Pope being Mark Rotsaert, President of the Conference (typo-ed as "Concert" in my email - oops!) of European Provincials (CEP) & Rotsaert's Assistant & CEP Executive Secretary Dermot O'Connor.
Note that there are 33 Jesuit European Conference Members under Rotsaert!
