A Georgia abortion practitioner was arrested in a road rage incident and punches a woman. These actions are blatantly anti-woman. He did this road rage crime in Monday afternoon. He punched a women in the face like a coward. The abortionist is named Daniel E. McBrayer. Sandy Springs police arrested the Marietta-based abortionist. The Altanta Journal Constitution indicated police conducted an investigation after a woman reported told police that McBrayer struck her. After a traffic altercation, McBrayer reportedly left his vehicle and walked up to her car and struck her in the face. Sandy Springs police Lt. Steve Rose told the newspaper that the woman, whose name was unreleased, was treated at a local hospital before heading home. Rose said that the abortionist turned himself into police on Wednesday night and was was booked on a simple battery charge at Doraville Jail. He was released after posting a $1,5000 bond and awaits a date in court, which has not been set. McBrayer have been in trouble before. The Atlanta newspaper indicated McBrayer was disciplined by the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners in 2001 for doing 2nd trimester abortions at his office. Georgia law requires that any abortion after the first trimester be done in a hospital so women who suffer from botched abortions can recieve immediate medical care. McBrayer eventually agreed to a consent order where he also admitted he had not proper filed certificates of abortions as Georgia law requires. In that incident, he was fined $5,000 and had his medical license placed on probation for 2 years. Abortionists have its radicals for a very long time. NYPD are tracking cell phone owners, but the opponents of this policy aren't sure if this practice is legal. The deal is that the NYPD is telling cops to log serial numbers from suspects' phones. This is abotu developing a database of cell phone user in order to connect suspects to past or future crimes. Cell phones have tons of information on them, so the cops want to use them to build up their cases. It still doesn't replace the human element of debriefing prisoners. There is a recent internal memo saying that when cops make an arrest, they should remove the suspect's cell phone battery to avoid leakage (and then jot down the International Mobile Equipment Identity number). The IMEI number is registered with the service provider whenever a call is made. This data could allow the detective to match a cell phone used by one suspect to a phone used by another. One problem with this plan is that all Chinese made cells sold in India have the same number and some overseas cells are embedded with fake numbers. Civil libertarian are alarmed that this new policy wouldn't use a warrant to get information such as calls made or numbers in an address book. NYCLU associate legal director Christopher Dunn said that the NYPD is appearing to take information from phones without getting warrants. She doesn't want toxins in her body that can jeopardize her death (people can be a 2nd degree misdemeanor offender if they refuse to be forcibly vaccinated in the case of an emergency). At a court hearing in Milton this week, Reynolds was granted a continuance until December 1st to find an attorney, but the Attorney General’s office has filed a notion to dismiss the case, arguing that Reynolds has not been directly affected by the law.
