Civil Liberties are an important issue to promote . Some innocent members of the public in the UK who are detained, but not charged or convicted under terrorism legislation may not hae their profiles wiped from the national database. The reason is that they are treated differently from all other offences. The proposal is directed toward those who are arrested for suspected terror offences. Yet, it could apply to anyone held under a Terrorism Act. In contrast, those innocent of any other suspected crime will be kept for a maximum of six years. The proposals have been drawn up in the wake of an European Court of Human Rights ruled last year that a blanket policy of retaining profiles of innocent people indefinitely was illegal. Up to about 1 million people are held now on the national database of the UK. As part of a climb-down, the Home Officer now plans to keep the profiles of children innocent of alleged minor crimes for 3 years instead of the six previously propsoed. However, youngsters convicted of a minor offence will be kept on the DNA database for 5 years and indefinitely if they are guilty of a 2nd offence. Alan Johnson, the Home Secretary published revised proposals for the retention of DNA. This was after widespread criticism of the plans came about ealier this year. This would have seen some innocent people stay on the database for 12 years. Under the revised plans, the DNA of those arrested but not charged or convicted of terror offences will stay on the database for a minimum for 6 years. Yet, senior police officers will then be able to review each case every 2 years on national security grounds to see if continued retention is warranted. Even people under 18 years old could have DNA profiles stored for much long periods for other crimes (even if they are arrested, but not charged). Alan Campbell, the Home Office minister, said terror offences needed to be treated differently from other crimes because of the length of police investigations. He said the proposals were "proportionate" and would ensure the right people were on the database. He believed that investigations of terrorist activitly take a long time and people are treated differently for different offences. In 2005, an 82-year-old Walter Wolfgang was held for making an anti-war protest during the Labour Party conference while in January this year it emerged that police were using anti-terrorism powers against trainspotters innocently taking photos of trains and noting serial numbers. Shami Chakrabarti, director of Liberty, said: "The comments on released terror suspects will add fuel to fears that Home Office DNA plans are more to do with political positioning than practical policy. "Lifelong retention subject to convoluted bi-annual review looks like a police officer's nightmare and a solicitor's dream." The Home Office document found that one in 10 murders plus rapes from a sample of just under 700 crimes were solved in DNA match to people not previously convicted of an offence. Teenagers aged 16 or 17 who are arrested but not charged or convicted of serious violence or sex offences will be kept for six years. David Davis, the Tory MP, said: "The Government is demonstrating astonishing ignorance and intransigence over keeping innocent peoples DNA on the government database." DNA can be important in solving cases, but it's immoral to steal DNA from someone who hasn't been charged at all. People should have basic civil liberties in society.

A Pro-Life groups wants the military to charge the murderer Hasan for killing the unborn baby at Fort Hood. Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan murdered an unborn child in the shooting at the Ft. Hood military base. The initial 13 murder charges don't include one for the death of an unborn child. The fourteenth victim is the unborn child. Hasan was shot and wounded by 2 police officers at the base. He is suspected of killing 12 soldiers and one civilian. The military officials charged him with murder. U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command spokesman Chris Grey said additional charges may be filed, which the Alliance Defense Fund hopes is the case. The ADF showed a letter last Thursday to the Office of Staff Judge Advocate at Fort Hood, Texas urging it to enforce the law by bringing the 14th charge. It wants Hasan to be held responsible for killing both Francheska Velez and her unborn child. "All murder victims--born and pre-born--deserve equal justice," ADF senior legal counsel Steven Aden told LifeNews.com on Thursday. "Women who volunteer to protect our country deserve to know that the government will enforce the laws that protect their children." The ADF in the letter want Article 119a of the Uniform Code of Military Justice to be enforce. It calls it a crime to cause the death of child even if it's in utero at the time of the crime (and regardless if the killer wanted to kill the child or not). If the killer intended to kill the child, he can be prosecuted for murder under Article 118. "According to press accounts, Private Velez had returned to America from Iraq a week before the shooting," the letter states. "Private Velez was three months pregnant and was excited about being a new mother. She was scheduled to begin maternity leave next month. She was filling out paperwork relating to her pregnancy when she and her child were killed," the ADF letter reads. The letter said that Army women should feel that their children have value and that if why Article 119a should be enforced against the suspect. The Uniform Code of Military Justice was modified when President George W. Bush signed the Unborn Victims of Violence Act in 2004. Vitale wants the Obama administration as a moral obligation to prosecute Hasan under the Unborn of Violence Act. Vitale said that: "...If such a legal path is ignored, it will demonstrate to the world that the President is caving in to a pro-abortion lobby who will not recognize the legal rights of any child in the womb—even a child whose mother desperately longs to give birth..." If Hasan killed a pregnant women, he should be charged with taking an unborn human being's life indeed.

The Club of Rome is involved in the global warming hysteria movement. Copenhagen is having a conference on climate change begging next month. It seeks according to its creators to "...reach a new global accord to replace the 1997 Kyoto Protcol to curb emissions of greenhouse gases..." UN leader Ban-Ki Moon said at a preparation speech on the road of Copenhagen that: “sooner or later there will be a higher price on carbon – imposed either by policy or by market forces.” The transnationalist elite want desperately this plan of carbon taxes indeed. These proposals are done ultimately in attempting to control people, have profit, and institute the depopulation of the Earth. It's easy to tie eugenics to the leadership of the mainstream enviornmental movement (which is different from sincere environmentalists who legitimately seek to have a better environment on Planet Earth). Anthropengenic global warming have been supported by eugenics. The pro-eugenics Club of Rome came about in 1968. They were a key conduit of the environmental establishment. The Club of Rome sought out to blame humans for the environmental problems totally in the world. THey want depopulation of the Earth just like the global elite want. Many members of the Club of Rome are members of the Bilderbergers. Famous Club of ROme members are Al Gore, David Rockfeller, and Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands. In 1972, the self described “group of world citizens, sharing a common concern for the future of humanity” published their (in)famous “The Limits to Growth”. In this document the authors point-blank argue for the population to shrink if mother earth is to survive much longer: “The overwhelming growth in world population”, claim the authors, “caused by the positive birth-rate loop is a recent phenomenon, a result of mankind’s very successful reduction of worldwide mortality.” The Club of Rome believes that the birthrates of the world must go down or overpopulation of the world would come. The one child policy of China didn't orginate from Mao Zedong or the Communist party (with its eugenics policy in torture chambers all across China). According to anthropologist Susan Greenhalgh in her study ‘Just One Child: Science and Policy in Deng’s China’ the inspiration for the tyrannical move by the Chinese Communist Party was inspired first and foremost by the Club of Rome. The deal was that in the early 1970's, Chinese scientists visted scientific conferences in Europe. They found the ideas that were distributed by the Club of Rome. The head of the Chinese delegation was credited for introducting China's one child policy. This caused hardship for tons of the Chinese people in the last decades. Greenhalgh points out that the infamous policy “had roots in missile scientists’ exposure to and import of Club of Rome population concepts through international conferences in the 1970s.” These missile scientists include Dr. Song Jian and company. They develop methods to develop calculations of blueprint models used by the Club of Rome to make their plans into reality. The Club of Rome support radical Malthusian population control plans (like ofrced involuntary sterilization, etc.). In the 1991 publication “The First Global Revolution: A Report to the Club of Rome” by Alexander King and Bertrand Schneider, the common denominator that the world would need to rally around was global warming (when temperatures on Earth are mostly influenced by the sun. The sun can influence climate all over the solar system as well). This scam of man made cliamte change have been promoted by UNESCO and the UN as well. Martin Lees (who is the Secretary General of the Club) gave a speech to UNESCO social engineers admitting their unity with UNESCO. Lees said that: "...In October 2009, we will focus at our Annual General Assembly in Amsterdam on “Environment, Energy and Economic Recovery” focused on the key issues for the Copenhagen Climate Conference. In February 2010 we will tackle Cluster Three, on International Development. In April 2010 we will focus on Cluster Four, Social Transformation and in July 2010, on Peace and Security. The Programme will conclude with a major event in November 2010.” The Copenhagen conference isn't held in a vacuum. It's one part of a global strategy or architecture that the elite want in centralizing power in the 21st century. This is after Kyoto failed. This slick eugenic policy of population control and promote man-made global warming is a means to control human inguenity and rarely address real environmental issues (like GM foods, toxic waste in oceans, flouride in our water supply, etc.).

We need to establish clearly whether these are the candidates of their own countries’ political forces, or whether they are simply the candidates of these occult groups that meet behind closed door to decide matters over the heads of the people.” The candidates in question are Jan Peter Balkenende, David Miliband, and Herman Van Rompuy. The Dutch Prime Minister Balkenede went to the Bilderberg meeting that was held at Westfields Marriott hotel in Chantilly, VA on June 5-8, 2008. The Dutch embassy went out of its way to hide the fact that Balkenede had attended the elite confab. Balkenede and his European Affairs Minister Frans Timmermans were formally petitioned over their involvement with Bilderberg by Dutch MP Harry van Bommel. Timmermans referred directly to research conducted by Watson and Bilderberg researcher Daniel Estulin. “Prime Minister Balkenende attended the Bilderberg Group conference in Washington DC last year, before meeting with President Bush, along with Queen Beatrix and her son William-Alexander. Queen Beatrix is a regular attendee of the elitist confab and was photographed by our reporters arriving at Bilderberg last year,” Watson noted on May 15, 2009. David Miliband is the current Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs of Britain. He is an EU operative that is pushing the enviornmental reform on the globalist climate change agenda. In 2006, he called for credit cards for everyone in the form of carbon trading. He is considered “ideal material” for the post of High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy for the European Union. Miliband went to Oxford and was a Kennedy Scholar at MIT, a scholarship with intimate ties to Anglo-American elitism. His father, Ralph Miliband, was a noted Marxist intellectual. Herman van Rompuy supports the globalist green agenda. He is the current Prime Minister of Belgium and is a member of the King's Crown Council. He went to the Bilderberg group. He accepted the invitation of Etienne Davignon to address the gathering because the Bilderberg Group is secretive and discreet. Yet, more information is coming out about the Bilderbergers by people like Jim Tucker and Daniel Estulin.

Kircher is compared to fellow Jesuit Roger Booscovich plus Leonardo da Vinci. . Kircher deciphered the Egyptian hieroglyphics connecting the link between the ancient Egyptian language and the Coptic language (This was before the European Champollion did in the 19th century). He believed that mircroorganisms caused plagues. Kircher was banned in Venice for trying to incite riots for the Jesuits. Kircher is famous for drawing the Kabbalic tree of life.
