The General Welfare


Some folks want to know what does the General Welfare of the Constitution means? Here it is. The Constitution clearly says that: "...We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common Defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America..." This means that the government should be establish to promote the general welfare of all people not a select group in a population. This is one of the many foundations on how the modern nation-state republic of the USA was founded upon. We were created as anti-oligarchichal, pro-freedom, and to encorporate the belief of human individuality. The welfare deals with concern as the Judeo-Christian concept outline not only individual respect, but respect for people around us too. This is the opposite of the oligarchy where a select group of people control the government in a feudal system (similar to the Middle Ages' feudalism). The government in that failed system is nothing more than a tool of the elite promoting no real general welfare for all of its citizens. Our country wasn't based on nobility, property theft, or oligarchy at all. Article I, Section 8 says that the general welfare is crucical in government. Withrop believed that the welfare of the people should be taken advantage of not by particular people. Benjamin Franklin believed in this concept to built up science and technology in his land. Bernard Mandeville was a godfather of Adam Smith and he criticized Francke's promotion of charity and charity schools to assist the poor. Mandeville according to Graham Lowry was apart of the Satanic Hell Fire Club (a pre-Bohemian Grove secret society where people have orgies, have Devil worship, and folks in the group mocked religion). Mandeville believed that selfishness and licentiousness aren't evil, but a social good (which is wicked) and that it's not useful to educate certain people called in the lower classes. He wrote more satanic views in poems, etc. He didn't want people to have learning who were poor. The Constitution cites the general welfare as the concerns of the people in allowing the government to levy taxes, set up infrastructure, and other policies that benefit the people not special interests or select individuals. General refers to a massive duty or massive purposes not only in dealing with local purposes in executing American values in society. George Washington also argued that, ``with reference to individual, or National Welfare, Agriculture is of primary importance,'' and he proposed the creation of institutions for promoting agriculture through ``premiums, and small pecuniary aids, to encourage and assist a spirit of discovery and improvement.'' Certaintly, the Constitution (regardless of what some say), give the government: "...``find the great powers to lay and collect taxes; to borrow money; to regulate commerce; to declare and conduct war; and to raise and support armies and navies.'' So, the general welfare clause in the Constitution is important to promote and perserve.


Muhammad was born in ca. 570 or571 A.D. in Mecca. In Islam, he is called the last of the great prophets in history. Muslims believe that he restored the uncorrupted, original monotheistic faith of prophets like Moses, etc. In his lifetime, he was apart of a myriad of fields. They include beign a merchant, diplomat, reformer, military general, legislator, orator, etc. His father was named Adbullah and he died almost six months before he was born. Since he was an orphan, his uncle named Abu Talib took care of him. He lived for 2 years with his paternal grandfather named Abd al-Muttalib of the Banu Hashim clan of the Quraysh tribe (before he was raised by Abu Talib). He worked mostly as a merchant and shepherd. Then by the age of 125, he was married. His life in Mecca made him discontent. Therefore, he retreated to a cave and the surrounding mountains for mediation and reflection. Muhammad 's major wife was to the widow Khadijah in 595 A.D. Khadijah's cousin was a professed Christian named Waraqah ibn Nawfal. According to Islamic tradition, he was 40 years old when he recieved his first revelation from his god Allah in the month of Ramandan. This was in Mount Hira when Muhammad claims that the angel Gabriel appeared to him in 610 A.D. to command Muhammad to recite various verses. Shia tradition maintains that Muhammad was neither surprised nor frightened at the appearance of Gabriel but rather welcomed him as if he had been expecting him. Years later, he said that Allah is One and people should submit to Allah to have acceptance to God. He gained a few followers and there was hostility with other Meccan tribes. He and his followed were treated harshly and persecution. Some of his followers went into Abyssinia or Ethiopia. He and his remaining followers in Mecca went into Medina or Yathrib back then in 622 A.d. This migration is called the Hijra and marks the begining of the Islamic Calendar or the Hijri calendar. He claimed that revelations or Ayat was sent to him until his death. These formed the verses of the Koran. Muhammad's life or sira and traditions or sunnah are promoted by Muslims. Ibn Ishaq's "Life of Allah's Messenger" was written in ca. 767 to outline Muhammad's life. There are the Hadith collections of his life that date from several generations after Muhammad's death (that show verbal and physical traditions of Muhammad). For most of his life, Muhammad lived in Mecca. The Koran talks about the responisbility of man to Allah, the resurrection of the death, and God's Judgment toward people (with a distinction of Hell and what Muslim call Paradise). Muhammad and his followers fought the Meccans to gain power and make the people there to submit to their new faith. Muhammad died in Monday, June 8, 632 in Medina. He was 63 years old. It is said that his head was resting on Aisha's lap and he murmured his final words soon after asking her to dispose of his last worldy goods, which were seven coins. The words were: "...Rather, Allah on High and Paradise." The tomb of Muhammad is in the Mosque of the Prophet in Medina. Muhammad married many wives after Khadija died. He married Aisha (who was in that time either 6 years old or 10 years old), and 9 additional wives. The Sunnis believed that Aisha was Muhammad's favorite wife.


Keith Olbermann and the rest of the corporate media only talk about the limited truth about the U.S. government not getting or capturing Osama bin Laden. MSNBC's Kieth Olbermann criticizes the former Bush administration for not going after Osama bin Laden in Afghanistan. On February 21, 2001, the then Bush press secretary Ari Fleischer sidelined a question from a reporter about a Taliban offer to turn over the CIA asset Osama bin Laden to the United States if Bush and the neocons would roll back the sanctiions against the country. Fleischer said that he would get back to the reporter on the question. The reality is that Bush and the neocons had no intention of creating a deal with the Taliban in exchange for Osama. They finalized a plan to invade Afghanistan months before the events of September 11, 2001. “A former Pakistani diplomat has told the BBC that the US was planning military action against Osama Bin Laden and the Taliban even before last week’s attacks,” the BBC reported on September 18, 2001. “Niaz Naik, a former Pakistani Foreign Secretary, was told by senior American officials in mid-July that military action against Afghanistan would go ahead by the middle of October.” The invasions transpired on schedule and the excuse was the attack of September 11. The Bush administration cited that al-Qaeda bases in the Afghan countryside and the Taliban's refusal to turn over Osama bin Laden. Niaz Naik said that U.S. representatives told him that unless Bin Laden was handed over to the West posthaste, America would take military action to kill or capture both Bin Laden and the Taliban leader Mullah Omar. The Taliban back in 1999 tried to negioate with the United States in fear of an invasion of Afghanistan. Kabir Mohabbat is an Afghan-American businessman, who initiated conversations about bin Laden between the U.S. government and the Taliban. Mohababt said that the Taliban was ready to hand bin Laden over to a third country or the International Court of Justice. This was done in exchange for having the US-led sanctions against Afghanistan lfited. “You can have him whenever the Americans are ready. Name us a country and we will extradite him,” Taliban Foreign Minister Wakil Ahmed Muttawakil told Mohabbat during a secret meeting between Taliban ministers and U.S. officials in a Frankfurt hotel. Elmar Brok, a German member of the European Parliament, later confirmed the negotiations took place between the Taliban and the United States. Brok said that after the face to face meeting in Germany, more discussions didn't materialize. The reason was that a "political decision" had been made by U.S. officials not to continue the negiotations. Futher meetings were not held, because the United States planned to invade the country. Even when the invasion was well underway (in October of 2001), the Bush administration refused another offer by the Taliban to turn over Osama. “The Taliban would be ready to discuss handing over Osama bin Laden to a neutral country if the US halted the bombing of Afghanistan, a senior Taliban official said today,” the Guardian reported on October 14, 2001. “If the Taliban is given evidence that Osama bin Laden is involved” in the September 11, 2001, attack and the bombing campaign stopped, “we would be ready to hand him over to a third country,” Afghanistan’s deputy prime minister, Haji Abdul Kabir, said. Before the plan to invade Afghanistan, America support the extremist Wahhabist sect. In December of 1997, the Taliban representatives were invited guests to the Texas headquarters of UNOCAL. This was done to negiotate their support for a lucrative gas pipeline. Governor of Texas in that time George W. Bush lived in that era. The Taliban supported a $2 billion pipeline deal, but it wouldn't be finalized unless the U.S. officially recognized the Taliban regime. The negiotations with the Taliban collapsed (since there was harsh criticism of the Taliban for their mistreatment of women and children). The Clinton adminstration canceled plants to send the U.S. ambassador to Pakistan after the defeat of the Tablian. Later, the plan to invade Afghanistan came about. There was a deal on the pipeline being signed on December 27, 2002 by the leaders of Turkmenistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan after the defeat of the Taliban. Keith Olbermann and MSNBC shoudl tell the whole truth on the Taliban, al-Qaeda, and Osama bin Laden. Ironically, MSNBC is owned by the military industrial complex company of General Electric. Without the CIA and the Pakistani's ISI, the Taliban wouldn't of existed. According to Phil Gasper, the Taliban: "...came from madrassas set up by the Pakistani government [the ISI intelligence service] along the border and funded by the U.S., Britain, and the Saudis, where they had received theological indoctrination and military training. Thousands of young men — refugees and orphans from the war in Afghanistan — became the foot soldiers of this movement...With the aid of the Pakistani army, the Taliban swept across most of the exhausted country promising a restoration of order and finally capturing Kabul in September 1996. The Taliban imposed an ultra-sectarian version of Islam, closely related to Wahhabism, the ruling creed in Saudi Arabia. Women have been denied education, health care, and the right to work. They must cover themselves completely when in public. Minorities have been brutally repressed. Even singing and dancing in public are forbidden..." The Taliban's extreme version of Islam has no historical roots in Afghanistan. The Taliban's CIA-sponsored jihad have increased their power (in defeating the Russians and had internal fighting between the warlord factions). Osama bin Laden was a CIA created patsy. Osama was used as an excuse to invade or attack countries that standing in the way of globalization (and the new world order that some in the U.S. government, bankers, and the elite desire).


Life news is here. The Virginia legislature strips Planned Parenthood funding form its license plate bill. Pro-LIfe advocates are saying that this policy is a brilliant legislative move. Virginia lawmakers stripped Planned Parenthood funding from its own bill to sponsor pro-abortion license plates. The plate bill now sends the proceeds from the sales of the plate to a state fund that actually helps pregnant women. Money generated from the sales of the "Trust Women, Respect Choice" license plates was intended to go to the Planned Parenthood abortion business. When Democrat Delegate Robert Brink brought up the bill, on the House floor in preparation for today's final vote, the legislation said the Virginia League of Planned Parenthood would recieve $15 of the $25 plate fee. There is an interesting turn of events when Delegate Gilbert (who is a Republican) offered an amendment to the bill to change it so all funding would go to the Virginia Pregnant Women Support Fund. This is the move that the pro-life Family Forum group describes as a devastating blow to Planned Parenthood. The Virginia Pregnant Women Support Fund was formed in 2007 to “support women and families who are facing unplanned pregnancy” and is managed by the Virginia Board of Health. The goals are far different from Planned Parenthood's abortion agenda as it provides funding for ultrasound machines, parenting programs, and other support. Brink urged the defeat of the amendment. Delegate David Englin argued that changing the recipient of the funding was unconstitutional, claiming court precedent. Yet, Victoria Cobb, who is the President of the Family Foundation, told Lifenews.com that this is a misreading of court decisions saying Planned Parenthood should have a chance at its response to the popular Choose Life license plates. "Court rulings have said if one viewpoint is allowed on a license plate another viewpoint must also be allowed, but it does not address the funding aspects of the license plates," Cobb explains. Gilbert said that the Virginia Pregnant Women Support Fund was a better fit for the language of the plate. He point out how Planned Parenthood violates its own message of trusting women. Planned Parenthood is hypocritical by claiming to support women, but refuse to supporting giving funds to a group that can help women dealign with pregnancies. Delegate Gilbert's floor amendment was accepted on a 56-43 vote and the state House is expected to vote on the bill today.


The Tea Party movement is going national. They will meet in Las Vegas as apart of the National Tea Party Unity Convention from July 15-17 in Las Vegas. Sarah Palin wants to head this movement again. The Tea Party movements says that they are fed up with the status quo from Washington. What's strange was that the National Tea Party officials allowed President Barack Obama the honor to select Las Vegas as site for the convention in a way. "President Obama told Americans not to go to Las Vegas so that is exactly where Tea Party Nation will be holding our next event!" Judson Phillips, Tea Party Nation president, told WND in the e-mail announcement." They want to organized front to deal with the fall 2010 election. Palin is a puppet since the neocons have made her to turn into a more establishment, neo conservative figure especially in terms of her foreign policy views. Now, World Net Daily is reporting that Republican author, Pat Buchanan, is on board with the Tea Party. People Know that Pat Buchanan was Jesuit trained in college plus High school. He is an insider to Presidents Nixon, Ford, and Reagan. He's a member of the Knights of Malta, which is a group with massive power. The Knights of Malta originated from the cell of the Knights Templar according to Albert Mackey's Encyclopedia of Freemasonry. Most tea Party people are sincere people that legitimately want liberty. Yet, some of thier leaders are trying to make ties with establishment fitures like CFR member Newt Gingrich, Plain, and others.
