Thanksgiving in 2010
Thanksgiving is here. Even if you don't agree with following Thanskgiving for obvious reasons, the act of Thanksgiving existed in many cultures and creeds long before the 1600's and long before the USA was ever born. So, I celebrate Thanksigiving for being thankful for God giving me my life (among other reasons without celebrating imperialism against Native Americans). For us Americans, the story of Thanksgiving deals with the Pilgrims and the Native Americans. Some Pilgrims desired religious freedom and the spreading of their religious views. Other Pilgrims were of course bigoted terrorists that hungered for imperialism and wished to acquire the lands of the Native American people in an immoral type of fashion. I do want to make that distinction very clear and paramount. William Bradford was the Governor of the Plymouth Colony. He was born in 1590 in a small farming town in England. His father died when he was only 1 year old tragically. His mother named Alice raised him until he was 4. He lived with his grandfather and his grandfather died when he was only 6. Tradegy hit when his mother died only 1 year later. He was then sent to live with his 2 uncle. William fled England's religious persecution with other Separatists at 18 years old. He came into Amsterdam in 1608. In 1609, he moved with his Puritan church to Holland. He resided there for the next 11 years. William was a silk weaver. His wife was Dorothy and in 1620, he was 30 years old. He sailed to America with selling his home in the Mayflower. The journey was difficult when they landed in Cape Code. Men were exploring the land and Dorothy fell overboard to drown. Half of the people died and William almost died. He was elected the 2nd Governor of Plymouth by 1621. William Bradford was known for his leadership skills and his abilities to endure. He was reelected nearly every year thereafter. Some of his poems, letters, and writing survive now. Bradford managed the colony's finances, overseed courts, created policy and laws, etc. He even communicated with investors and neighbors.
Now, the Mayflower had the Pilgrims coming into America. To the Pilgrims, America was like a new land where they could express their religious beliefs. In the beginning, many Native Americans established peaceful and cordial relations with the Pilgrim settlers. They had Thanskgiving dinner with each other back in 1621 and that was a good thing since any human being ought to be cordial with another human being (as expressing the ideal of brotherhood). Massasoit was the sachem or chief of the Wampanoag Confederacy. The Native Americans helped the Pilgrims from starving to death in the Winter time. He tried to make people with the Pilgrims. Here's a source on Massasoit:
"..The Pilgrims took great pains to impress Massasoit. They had furnished the reception house with a rug and cushions. Governor Carver was not waiting there to receive him, but was ushered in after Massasoit's arrival with a flourish of brass and drums dressed no doubt in his most impressive magistrate's gown of purple or deep red. Then, with Squanto and Samoset serving as translators, a plainly written treaty of peace and mutual aid was drawn up which—unlike most treaties—was with one exception faithfully kept on both sides until after Massasoit's' death in 1661..." (Smith, Bradford of Plymouth, p. 151).
Squanto aided the Pilgrims to survive near starvation in the Winter time. Squanto was from the Patuxet people. He smoked a peace pipe with the Englishman & the Pilgrim John Carver during March of 1621. Some Native Americans converted to Christianity. The first Indian uprising or massacre in New England took place in 1675 and is called King Philip's War. King Philip, also called Metacom, was the second son of Chief Massasoit. The war occurred since both the Native Americans and the Pilgrims ran out of goods to trading. Also, Metacom was skeptical of the Pilgrims. John Sassamon who was a Native American convert for murdered for revealing the conspiracy to attack the colonists. Both sides committed unjustified atrocities against each other. Yet, it would be the Native Americans suffering worse by imperialists and some of them were infiltrated by the wicked Jesuits too. The colony was annexed by the Massachusetts Bay Colony by 1691. The importance of the Indian's help soon became forgotten in the clashes that occured. Let us today be forever Thankful that the Native Americans that befriended the Pilgrims lived by their own beliefs and teachings of helping those in need. For without their aid, what would have become of the Pilgrims at Plymouth? Yet, Thanksgiving's legacy didn't end in the 1600's. It still occurs with festivals, feasts, and other events.
News in North Korea and South Korea are important to know about. Congressman Ron Paul speculated that the war footing between North and South Korea could be an orchestrated crisis to boost the dollar and reverse the U.S. economy. This agenda parallels the RAND Corporation's call 2 years ago for America to become embroiled in a major war as a way to get out of the double dip recession. South Korea admitted that it fired the first shots. This caused a North Korean retaliation that killed 2 South Korean marines and set ablaze many homes on the Yellow Sea border island of Yeonpyeong. Tensions have increased after North Korea's military vowed a merciless military strike. Also, South Korean President Myung-bak ordered his military to strike North Korea's missile base around it coastline artillery positions if the North made any further moves. Japan said that it was preparing for any eventuality while Russia said that these events represented a colossal danger to peace in the region. The dollar and gold bullion rallied in response to the news, while stock markets sank worldwide. No one should advocate war in our economic crisis. North Korea can't defeat South Korea from a military standpoint. The military industrial complex love wars since they have planned them for decades in the world. The RAND Corporation did indeed tried to lobby the Pentagon to become embroil a major new war to jump start a recovery of the U.S. economy and boost profits for the military industrial complex (after scaling down the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan). Chinese media sources reported that RAND sent a proposal to the Pentagon. This was done to try to cause a conflict with a major foreign power in order to stimulate the American economy and prevent a double dip recession. RAND classified North Korea to be too small of a target. Yet, any full scale confrontation will make America take the side of the South, while Chine will be on the side of the North. An U.S. led military assault on North Korea could occur if North Korea uses its arsenal of nuclear weapons. North Korea has had its history of nuclear belligerency. Donald Rumsfled and the Bush administration gave funds to North Korea to create its weapons. AQ Khan is a weapons dealer too. The Communist leader of North Korea is presently Kim Jong Il and his hereditary successor is in the wings. Hopefully, a boiling point in the region won't occur at all. There should be no war in the region at all since peaceful means can solve these foreign disputes completely. The real story of Thanksgiving is complex without the P.C. rhetoric.
Trade as real people realize ought to be fair and reciporiocal. Yet, this isn't the case in every circumstance. There are tariffs or taxes on imported goods in trade and quotas or a blank slate to allows a certain amount of goods in a country in a restrictive way. Quotas and tariffs therefore are protectionist tools that most free marketers don't like at all. Taking quotas and tariffs to the extreme of course will cause an economic breakdown that can limit or cripple real trade in the world. Tuotas and tariffs utilized in a legitimate fashion is fine. There is nothing wrong with fair trade, but trade in the world has been unfair. We should look out for humans. Adam Smith (as expressed in his "The Weath of Nations") desiring solely for a profit is very limiting in terms of human development. Greed is not good. A desire for self improvement, development, compassion, and strength are great aims to live for instead of perpetrual greed. Even the New Testament is accurate to point out the following quotation:
"...But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is the root of all evil." (1 Timothy 6:9-10). A laissez faire economic philosophy only enriches the rich at the expense of the poor. The extreme version of this economic philosophy have contributed to the growth of the evil British East India Company (including the bogus left/right paradigm). There is no need for the extremes of unrestricted "greed is good" capitalism nor the totally atheistic Karl Marx Communism. So, you can still have individual freedoms with the government having an active role to promote the general welfare of its citizens as well.
Friedrich List was the German economist that opposed radical free trade system. List believed that the American System of the national economy is a great way to enchance human progress. List said that you need labor to produce since as Dr. Martin Luther King eloquently said that there is always dignity in labor. List disagreed with Adam Smith's views on economics and trade in his own words: "...His system, considered as a whole, is so confused and distracted, as if the principal aim of his books were not to enlighten nations, but to confuse them for the benefit of his own country...." It's not a secret that Adam Smith desired to promote the British hegemony. There were the Tory merchant families that fought on the British side of the Revolutionary War. Their descendants among the Tories would promote "free trade" laissez faire economics from the late 1700's to our time in late 2010. You have to have some regulation to prevent corruption among corporate powers. That is why in the United States of America, we use the government to interfere in the private sector, regulate the economy, promoted industry, built infrastructure, etc. as apart of its Constitutional duty to promote the general welfare. Senator Thaddeus Stevens & Henry Clay opposed the free trade of the British Empire. Without some duties and regulations, you can have poisons in all of the imports sent into America and exports shipped out of America. Today, the Council on Foreign Relations is a conduit of corporate power that lovse to enact free trade deals globallly. Some of these deals not only violate labor & environmental rights, but some of them violate the national sovereignities of countries including America.
Extreme free trade have made negative consequences in the economic field. People from across the political spectrum have mentioned this. Free trade taken to the extreme have attacked the concepts of nationalism and borders under the guise of trade. Simply, you have to have a good production of labor among citizens to grow the nation's prosperity. A strong manufacturing base is essential and a sole service industry is a threat to a stable, economic system. Recently, Democrats and some Republicans (who falsely try to protray themselves as "nationalists" and trying to place America first) go along with free trade agreements. The Republican hypocrities are worse since they claim to respect sovereignity, but they accept free trade agreements that allow multinational trade organizations and global financial conglomerates to violate sovereignity to govern political policies in some instances. Even Karl Marx (some of his ideas influence people today) falsely accepted free trade unconditionally as a means to break up old nationalities and get rids of the bourgeoisie (what he deemed as small businessmen). Of President Woodrow Wilson's League of nations wanted global free trade to eliminate all economic barriers to have a equality of trade (The League of Nations tried to have aggressive military enforcement, yet it had a weak power base to enforce its rules. America's Senate didn't support the League of Nations). This is why it isn't a secret that proponents of the new world order system want people to reject nationalism in favor of internationalism (which is nothing more than the bankers' monopoly system). You can weaken a nation's vitality by leaving them distracted by anti-intellectualism, extended military action, and allow corrupt politicians to reign in society. If I know this, the elite realizes this and uses evils like war, bigotry, and cultural degeneracy to maintain their power base among the common people (while the super rich are recieving record bonuses and record tax breaks never witnessed in human history). Banker funded wars creates more free trade (because wars destroys nations. These destroyed nations are forced to depend on the free flowing trade of other nations to reconstruct their bombed out infrastructure). Swiss business journalist and author Gian Trepp said that: “War, a place where moneymen can gather, because money is stronger than nationalism. Even during the war the moneymen of different nations needed to keep in touch because when the war stops, you have to rebuild and you need free trade.” Nationalism is hated by globalists and this is why they advocate global governance (as found in a most recent 2010 publicalication called "Global Governance 2025: At a Critical Juncture"). In America, we have the agenda of North American integration. In 1980, this was discussed by Dr. Mordechai E. Kreinin, Professor of Economics, along with Michael G. Plummer, an economics professor at Johns Hopkins University. Kreinin still wanted internationalism via free trade. NAFTA was heavily promoted by the Council on Foreign Relations and it was a free trade deal. In accordance with the exponents of internationalism, officials began negotiating the NAFTA in 1986 when Reagan was President. NAFTA was formally signed on December 17, 1992 under President George H.W. Bush, Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney and Mexican President Carlos Salinas.
On July 18, 1993 Henry Kissinger (CFR, TC) allegedly wrote in The Los Angeles Times about NAFTA, “What Congress will have before it is not a conventional trade agreement but the architecture of a new international system…a first step toward a new world order.”Congressional bribery just for NAFTA, known as “pork barrel promises” totaled $50 billion, paid by the U.S. taxpayers. NAFTA cost the Democrats control of the House and Senate in 1994. NAFTA caused wages to decreased in Mexico by 29%. By 1997, due to NAFTA, U.S. job losses amounted to about 394,835, mostly women, Blacks and Hispanics. The figure increased to 600,000 by January 1, 1999. Even the AFL-CIO opposed NAFTA. By the year 2000, the internationalist Al Gore feigned support of NAFTA to get the AFL-CIO's endorsement. Bill Clinton signed NAFTA into law on December 8, 1993. NAFTA got rid of tarifs and most non-tariff prohibitions between the 3 nations of America, Mexico, and Canada. NAFTA promised to reduce trade deficits, but it increased them. In 1993, we had a $1.6 billion surplus in our trade with Mexico but by 2007, we had a $74.8 billion deficit. In 1994 we had an $8.1 billion yearly deficit with Canada, probably due to our oil importation despite our own adequate oil supply. NAFTA cost 525,000 US jobs between 1994 and 2002. Some figures state the total of jobs lost at 766,000, primarily among the non-college-educated population – the producers in the manufacturing segment. Mexico, as a US trading partner, is too poor, to be an export market for American goods. Only 32 families in Mexico control the vast majority of wealth in Mexico has is made up about 90 million people. Even the deciever and Knight of Malta Pat Buchanan was right to oppose NAFTA. NAFTA is supported by Democrats and Republicans (like George W. Bush being a puppets of the big banks and corporations). NAFTA weakened U.S. and Canadian environmental laws. Mexico have had inflanted currency policies and peso crashed. Economic populists like John Perkins in his book called "Confessions of an Economic Hit Man" exposed how nations are victims of international banking cabal loans. GATT and the WTO gutted environmental, labor, and human rights. The WTO acts as a world police man in enforcement free trade whose headquarters is in Geneva, Switzerland. The WTO was devised “to advance the interests of private agribusiness companies.” It is not accountable to any nation’s laws. The WTO may impose disciplinary penalties or other measure on member countries that violate their regulations. The WTO may also force countries to accept genetically modified crops. The WTO is a product of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT). Seventy-five GATT members and the European Communities founded the WTO on January 1, 1995 as a result of Uruguay Round of trade liberalization talks, held in del Este, Uruguay, in September 1986, and concluded in Marrakech, Morocco, in April 1994. Free trade leads into cheap imports instead of nation-states legitimately trading with each other. CFR, TC, Bilderberg, and PNAC member Robert B. Zoellick is the current head of the World Bank. He helped to create the NAFTA deal. So, it isn't a secret that NAFTA is one big reason why we have a financial crisis in the first place via deindustrialization. NAFTA caused Mexico to have their currency almost ruined and it caused us America to struggle and stave off foreclosures nationwide. Even Rep. Gene Taylor (a Mississippi Democrat) in March of 2010 lead a small group of 28 lawmakers to send legislation that would make President Barack Obama to end pariticipation in NAFTA. President Barack Obama in his campaign expressed opposition to NAFTA, but now he is negiotation with officials from South Korea, Panama, and Colombia to create trade deals with those nations. In March 2010, U.S. officials also began trade negotiations with Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Chile, Peru, Vietnam and Brunei in what would be the Asia-Pacific regional free-trade agreement. Ian Fletcher says, “Free trade is inexorably bleeding our economy and preventing it from returning to true health. Nobody in the Obama administration wants to talk about the economics of free trade, because as soon as one seriously scrutinizes this doctrine, one begins to discover that free trade may be the biggest myth in American economics." (Free Trade Doesn’t Work, What Should Replace It and Whyby Ian Fletcher). Ian Fletcher like many economist populists don't want total free trade neither a totally closed economy, but rational protectionism (that understand that we need trade without economic exploitation).
Scientology has been exposed by me and others for years. Now, it's time to do another expose on it since I love to expose cults. Also, people can learn to wake up and leave such organizations. Scientology was invented by the con artist L. Ron Hubbard. The odd thing is that I didn't realize how strange the clique of Scientology was until a few years ago. Scientology is wrong for locking people up. There are over 2 dozen allegations that Scientology have held people against their will. These acts were done by regular Scientologists not rogue people in their Scientology policy. One evidence is how Lisa McPherson was held against her will for 17 days according to Scientology's own logs. She died in their custory and the state of Florida decided not to prosecute the 2 felony charges filed against Scientology in her death. This is interesting since Scientology's worldwide headquarters is in Clearwater, Florida. There was pressure to get the medical examiner to make a partial change in the cause of death. Scientology settled the lawsuit made by McPherson's family in May 2004 with the detail being kept confidential. They lie too. Scientology claims to have scientific basis for their processes when they don't. They definitely lie and claim that Scientology is compatible to other beliefs like Christianity when it's not. Scientologists talk about Xenu, space planes, nuking volcanoes, thetans, and other ridiculous concepts that have nothing to do with Christianity or real, authentic Christian theology at all.
Scientology even lies in claiming to be the fastest growing religion in the world with only 8 million members. They obsessed with vitamins and auidts that even supercede legally prescibed medical treatment. Scientology have done crimes and have been convicted of fraud in France against L. Ron Hubbard ironically. There was the Operation Freakout. This was when Scientologist harrassed Paulette Cooper or the author of the "The Scandal of Scientology." The plan was to have Cooper incarcerated in a mental institution or jailed (or hit her so hard that she drops her attack. The plan desired to make it seem that Cooper was planning bomb threats as well). L. Ron Hubbard in 1978 used Operation Snow White where he orders a group of his followers to infiltrate government agencies, including the IRS. Scientologists wanted to find personal information on Scientology's critics, remove incrimating infor about the church from record, and get tax exemption status for the cult. High ranking Scientologist were jailed and convicted like even Hubbard's wife Mary Sue. They were breaking into the IRS for year to steal documents and tap phones. This is one of the largest forms of infiltration of the U.S. government in history. L. Ron Hubbard died a fugitive. He was convicted of fraud and sentenced to 4 years in prison. The fair game policy of Scientology seeked to trick, sue, lie, or destroy if enemies of their group exist. Many people who were Scientologists died mysteriously like Josephus A. Havenith, Margarit Winkelmann, Peter E. Frei, Heribert Pfaff (He died of a seizure in his hotel in August 1988. This was after Scientologists took him off his seizure medication and placed him instead on a program of vitamins and minerals), Jeremy Perkins, and others.
Famous celebrities are in Scientology and not too many people know about its real history or its real doctrines at all. Hubbard was a science fiction writer Elfman, Alley, John Travolta and Tom Cruise promoted Scientology. L. Ron Hubbard believed in the Satanist Aleister Crowley's agenda, but Aleister Crowley rejected him as an extremist. Crowley signs his named as the Beast (He wrote about the Master Therion). L. Ron Hubbard admitted that the views of Scientology tried to mimic Crowley's views in his 1952 taped lecture in his own following words: "...Our whole activity tends to make an individual completely independent of any limitations...Aleister Crowley had some interesting things to say about this. He wrote the Book of the Law..."
L. Ron Hubbard wrote his book called "Dianetics" that was used as a foundation or springboard to promote the essential doctrines of that cult of Scientology. His own son called L. Ron Hubbard in the following terms: "...The funny thing, is that the actual truth is about as far out as Scientology itself. Really, the basics of Scientology, which is rather hidden and covered over, is the occult. The deep involvement with satanic powers...He was deeply involved with a British black magician called Aleister Crowley, and through putting himself in deep hypnotic trances and the use of drugs on himself, he wanted to become the most powerful being in the world..." L. Ron Hubbard was deluded and claimed to be a successor of Crowley (who believed in the law of Thelema in trying to create the New Aeon) and Scientology was invented in December 1, 1947 when Crowley ironically died. Scientology like the New Age movement embrace Gnostic teachings and ideologies. Gnosticism like Scientology views the Creator God as an evil being (to Scientologists, his name is Xenu) that trapped humans in the Earth in the physical form. So, Scientologists even quote from Gnostic texts like Pistis Sophia. Gnosticism teaches that there are senior gods in the Universe. Goddess Sophia and the evil Creator god the Deimurge made their offspring Jehovah. Jehovah in Gnosticism created the material world and to them only the spiritual world is fine. The attempt of humans to escape such material existence via the assistance of Sophia and her assistant, the Serpent in the Garden. Battlefield Earth is one such pro-Scientology film (that is based in a book by the same title. This book was written as a novel in 1982 by L. Ron Hubbard) that viewed the Creator as evil in trying to enslave the human population in the year of 3000 A.D. The book covertly criticized psychitary since Scientology oppose psychology period. Schimmel explains that Hollywood movie critics and writers, such as Richard Stanley, clearly state that they and their fellow Hollywood entertainment producers are embracers of Gnostic beliefs and promote them in their productions. Popular writers and actors in such efforts, such as Philip K. Dick and Keanu Reeves, are also quoted as tapping into external spiritual entities when practicing their craft. Gnosticism is tied to the New Age Movement obviously. Parsons worked with Hubbard. Parsons hated Christianity and supported the creation of the Antichrist in various ceremonies. Hubbard and Crowley died being decieved.
It isn't a secret that some like Freemason Manly P. Hall believe that an "enlightened few" should regulate human life. Hall back in 1917 wrote that:
“When the mob governs, man is ruled by ignorance; when the church governs, he is ruled by superstition; and when the state governs, he is ruled by fear. Before men can live together in harmony and understanding, ignorance must be transmuted into wisdom, superstition into an illumined faith, and fear into love. Despite statements to the contrary, Masonry is a religion seeking to unite God and man by elevating its initiates to that level of consciousness whereon they can behold with clarified vision the workings of the Great Architect of the Universe. From age to age the vision of a perfect civilization is preserved as the ideal for mankind. In the midst of that civilization shall stand a mighty university wherein both the sacred and secular sciences concerning the mysteries of life will be freely taught to all who will assume the philosophic life. Here creed and dogma will have no place; the superficial will be removed and only the essential be preserved. The world will be ruled by its most illumined minds, and each will occupy the position for which he is most admirably fitted.”
- Manly P. Hall, The Secret Teachings of All Ages
