People if you want to know why you don't want to vote for Romney then read this:
Folks I know how to do taxes, so I'm going to ask you to do this. Look at your last years taxes go ahead and pull them out. I'm about to show you what will happen if Romneny takes away your tax deductions. Let's say you are low income with children you qualify for the "Earn Income Tax". Now take that way most of you with low incomes would lose $1500.00 - $3000.00. Now wage earners look at your ...taxes (middle incomers) a lot of you have received between $1000 - $5000 in tax returns based on your Personal Exemptions, Child Tax credit, Home mortgage Interest, Charitable deductions. Now let's say that your income is around $60,000 per year taxable money. Stay with me now and learn- 60,000 x .36 = 21,600 in taxes owed to the IRS. Now in order to reduce your tax debt you have to reduce your workable income. This is done by the use of the above listed deductions. Personal Exemptions worth 3500.00, child tax credit worth 1500.00, home mortage worth about 4000.00, propertry tax credit worth about 2000.00. Thses deductions reduce your taxable income down to $49,000.00 x .36(tax rate) = $17,640 taxes owed. It saves you $3960.00 in taxes owed. You more than likely paid over the year about $22,000 in taxes which give you back $400.00 in taxes. Now take all the deductions away you are going to in up owing the IRS that $3960.00 in unpaid income taxes. That's what Romney is going to do to you. Raise your taxes by taking away your deductions. This will put about 2trillion dollars back into the US coffers and put us back in the US poor line, Opps I forgot he taking that away to. Just look at your taxes and subtract your deductions and see how much you would owe the IRS.

In short....... Taxes are going to be raised no matter what, but I'd rather pay my union dues( that's if i could even join a union because as a nurse, there are no unions for us and we are expendable)and pay taxes which goes towards programs for the less fortunate, teachers, policemen, and hospitals that take care of the poor and give reduced bills to people that do not receive Medicaid.
