Signs of the Time.

Trump hypocritically claims to be cracking down on fraud in Minnesota, but he has pardoned actual fraudsters. Over half of his 88 individual pardons have been for white-collar crimes, including money laundering, bank fraud, and wire fraud. With the Davos meeting, people have every right to denounce the policies of Trump. Davos is an annual conference for the super-rich and influential people of the oligarchy and the establishment. Right now, more than 3,000 ICE and Border Patrol agents (with the possibility of them being joined by 1,500 active-duty military) patrol Minneapolis, hundreds of global CEOs, including prime ministers plus presidents, gather in Davos, Switzerland. This meeting is part of the World Economic Forum, where some of the richest capitalists on Earth discuss their policies. Trump is an extremist by withdrawing from climate treaties, invading Venezuela and abducting Nicolas Maduro, upending trade rules, and desiring to annex Greenland. Trump has increased tariffs on Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, and Finland because they support Denmark's refusal to allow America to annex Greenland. Trump wants to sue JPMorgan. Trump is a person who is a clear and present danger to America and the world.

ICE using more disgraceful tactics against the people of Minnesota is clear for everyone to witness. One man who was living in Minneapolis was kidnapped by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and died on January 14 at the Camp East Montana concentration camp in El Paso, Texas. Many people have died in the custody of ICE. The killing of Renee Nicole Good was a turning point in our history. Good was driving away, and one ICE agent shot her multiple times when she was no threat to the ICE officer. One situation when ICE agents forcibly removed an elderly U.S. citizen who is only wearing a blanket and underclothes from his home. This person was released later that day. His family said that he was wrongly targeted and is exploring legal action. This action is wicked and unjust. The victim's name is ChongLy Thao. According to Thao, he was not given an explanation or an apology. The DHS lied, and Thao's family said that Thao doesn't live with sexual offenders. There is another story of a person being racially profiling, having legal documents to work (he had every federal right to work in St. Paul), and this person faces possible deportation. Trump, Noem, and others embrace the demonic evil of xenophobia, but the Golden Rule is superior to the MAGA movement.

We know that air pollution from industrial facilities is a major source of bad health for people, including the poor and working-class people. We know about Cancer Alley along the lower Mississippi River. That location is one of the highest concentrations of industrial facilities and airborne pollution in America. The residents have overall disease and birth defect rates up to seven times the U.S. national average. Many communities in America have massive industrial pollution. Now, the Trump administration wants the EPA, or the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to change its policy as it deals with the control of air pollution. A New York Times review of internal EPA emails found that the EPA is considering not include pollutants of fine particulate matter and ozone as part of industrial air pollution effects on humans. This is done to cause oil companies to benefit. EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin harbors hatred of environmental regulation. The EPA has weakened the regulation of the extraction and use of carbon-rich fossil fuels (coal, oil, and natural gas), which are major sources of air pollution. Trump's team has targeted wind and solar farms, which are now less expensive than fossil fuels. Greenhouse gas emissions rose by 2.5 percent in 2025, according to Rhodium Group. The EPA ended publishing dates on greenhouse gas emissions. These actions are attacks on humanity and the environment in general.

Two Army Battalions are on standby for possible Minnesota deployment. The situation in Minnesota has nothing to do with immigrants, all Americans, or public safety. It has to do with a male who wants control, authoritarianism, intimidation, racism, and xenophobia to reign in American society. ICE agents have been caught on video tape using tear gas near a 6-year-old baby, assaulting innocent U.S. citizens, racially profiling innocent people, and detaining U.S. citizens. The Trump administration has demonized protesters who want to exercise their free speech rights. This is not new. ICE has done similar cruel, illegal behavior in Los Angeles, Chicago, and all over the world. Many ICE agents have been documented to drag people out of vehicles, and we have Trump calling Somalis "garbage" in a racist fashion. Even indigenous people have been detained in Minnesota. The federal government has created the problem. The massive surge of ICE has caused schools to close, people living in fear, and lives harmed.

There are stories of Native Americans being detained by ICE in Minnesota. In recent times, resources have been stripped by Native Americans involving mental health, health care, and other vital services. The Trump administration has cut Medicaid from its legislation. Thousands of Native Americans have been cut from the Native American health service. Trump has a goal in trying to dominate Minneapolis with federal troops, and I reject that agenda completely. We are clear that speaking out against evil is important along with helping our neighbors. On this day, we are reminded about what we should do in our daily lives. We reject gossip, because it is unnecessary and causes a whole of problems in the world from misunderstanding to hatred. We believe in forgiveness. That means that even if we suffer an injustice, we forgive to move forward with our lives. Some folks hold grudges for decades, and those grudges only block blessings and waste time on this Earth that could be used for establishing things more constructive in our lives.

Commentaries on Dr. Martin Luther King's Holiday in 2026.

On this sacred holiday, we celebrate the life and legacy of the late Brother Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. King was an African American Southerner and Baptist clergyman who changed the whole world in fundamentally revolutionary ways. As time has gone on, many people have learned more information about the life and political plus the philosophical views of Dr. King. He had an extensive family. His father was a preacher, and his grandfather was a preacher. His parents were Martin Luther King Sr. and Alberta Williams King. From his childhood, Dr. King possessed a gift of great oratory ability. Dr. King's God-given gift was expressed to the maximum effect when he eloquently utilized words and speeches to appeal to a diversity of people, from university administrators to the poorest of Americans. He worked hard to promote the doctrines of peace, love, and nonviolence in his daily life. He wanted human beings to live out the creed of justice and equality for all. Also, one of the tactics that he utilized in seeking justice was civil disobedience (which was practiced by Thoreau and Gandhi). Back in the day, most Americans didn't know about the contradictions and racism shown by Gandhi. Now, we do. His father, Martin Luther King Sr. was a great preacher of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia. His father was a courageous man who stood up against racism and wanted to be addressed as Sir not as "boy." Dr. King and his two siblings read the Bible as instructed by their father when they were children. Dr. King loved his grandmother, Jennie. Dr. King started school in September 1935. In 1936, his father, Martin Luther King Sr., led hundreds of African Americans in a civil rights march to the city of Hall in Atlanta to protest voting rights discrimination. Dr. King said that Martin Sr. was a real father to him. Dr. King memorized hymns and Bible verses by the time he was 5 years old. He loved opera and played the piano. Dr. King had a large vocabulary, because as a child, he read dictionaries. When he was 13, Dr. King was 13 and the youngest assistant manager of a newspaper delivery station for the Atlanta Journal. He was in Booker T. Washington High School with a B-plus average. Dr. King studied history, English, and sociology. His sister Christine helped him with spelling, and Dr. King helped her sister with math.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. had a brother named A.D. King and a sister who was Christine King Farris. Dr. King won an oratory competition (in Georgia. After the competition, he was on the bus and felt angry. The reason is because of the racism that he experienced on that bus. He said that was the angriest that he felt in his life). Subsequently, he felt inspired to stand up to end the brutal system of Jim Crow apartheid. He played basketball, he was an intellectual, and he was great at playing pool, too. He went into college when he was 15 years old and earned his Bachelor's Degree from Morehouse College (in 1948 when he was 19 years old), his BDiv from Crozer Theological Seminary (or the Bachelor of Divinity in 1951), and his PhD from Boston University. By the late 1940's, he worked in Connecticut and saw integration for the first time in his life. At Morehouse, he played freshman football. His spiritual mentor, Benjamin Mays, who was a Baptist minister, inspired Dr. King to go into the ministry when he was 18 years old. Minister Benjamin Mays was a well-known fighter for civil rights and human freedom.

Crozier Theological Seminary is located up North in Upland, Pennsylvania, and Dr. King took many classes at the University of Pennsylvania (in Philadelphia). Dr. King learned philosophy from Penn's first African American professor, William Fontaine, and Elizabeth F. Flower. He studied the social gospel from Walter Rauschenbusch. The social gospel doctrine is the belief that believers in God must merge social causes with the Gospel in order to change society for the better. The truth is more nuanced. That means that we should fight for legitimate social causes to improve society, but the Gospel should not be minimized (as the Bible states, man shall not live by bread alone but by the words that come from God). Dr. King loved to merge concepts into one in a form of Hegelian synthesis. Dr. King criticized both capitalism and communism in his speeches and literature. He married Coretta Scott King, who was his equal and was just as committed to social justice as he was. Coretta Scott King was a great singer. The couple married on June 18, 1953, on the lawn of her parents' house, in Heiberger, Alabama. Coretta Scott and Dr. King had four children who are Yolanda King, Martin Luther King III, Dexter Scott King, and Bernice King. The Mary's Cafe sit in showed the power of nonviolent civil disobedience that Dr. King was inspired by.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was the first President of the SCLC, or the Southern Christian Leadership Conference. He and others were involved in the 1955 Montgomery Bus boycott, the Albany Movement in Albany, Georgia, and other movements. Claudette Colvin, Rosa Parks, and other people refused to give up their seats on a city bus. Dr. King was a preacher at The Dexter Avenue Baptist Church.  The boycott involved the whole black community of Montgomery using car rides and human beings just walking to resist segregation. The boycott lasted for 385 days, with Edgar Nixon, NAACP members, and other people fighting for change. The Browder v. Gayle case later banned racial segregation on the Montgomery public buses. After the 1955 Montgomery Bus Boycott, Dr. King was known nationwide as one of the leading voices of the Civil Rights Movement. Dr. King was in the SCLC's 1957 Prayer Pilgrimage for Freedom. It was the first time when Dr. King addressed a national audience. He worked with Stanley Levison and Ella Baker. Dr. King support Kennedy in 1960 after he was freed by RFK when he was placed in jail. Robert Kennedy rejected allowing Hoover to illegal monitor King's telephone line in the fall of 1963. We know about Dr. King's imperfections like adultery. No human except the Messiah is perfect, so we don't condone adultery. Yet, we respect what Dr. King got right during his life. Dr. King denied the physical resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, a literal Hell, and the Virgin Birth. Obviously, I don't agree with Dr. King on those theological issues, but I shall eat the meat and spit out the bones. In other words, I agree with Dr. King on many issues and won't agree with him on other matters. President Kennedy was afraid of the allegation of communist infiltration in the movement. The truth is that there is no evidence that communists infiltrated all aspects of the Civil Rights Movement. Dr. King, in public and in private, condemned communism explicitly, and Dr. King praised democratic socialism. President John F. Kennedy and Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy fought for civil rights, but they rejected civil disobedience being utilized constantly in the streets. I believe that people have every right to use the courts and demonstrations and even civil disobedience to fight for social change. No one can tell the oppressed on the methods of gaining freedom if the oppressed used legitimate means to fight evil. Dr. King had to push hard for the federal government to promote civil rights legislation. Dr. King led marches to promote the right to vote, desegregation, labor rights, and basic human rights along with being against imperialism. That is why Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. celebrated the independence of the African nation of Ghana. Dr. King supported his book Stride Toward Freedom and survived a stabbing by Izola Curry. In 1961, there was the Albany Movement in Albany, Georgia, to attack segregation. It wasn't that successful as Pritchett, a local police officer, jailed people and used tactics to prevent massive conflict. This was when SNCC (which was created by Ella Baker to promote grassroots organizing in getting solutions without a single hierarchical organization) overtly criticized the SCLC and Dr. King on another level.

The turning point in his life was in 1963 with the Birmingham, Alabama, movement. Birmingham was one of the most segregated cities in America during that time. This nonviolent movement saw crooked police use water hoses and dogs against innocent men, women, and children. This was done by Birmingham Police Department leader Eugene "Bull" Connor. Dr. King was placed in jail during the Birmingham Campaign and wrote his Letter from Birmingham Jail to describe his views. As a political prisoner, Dr. King accurately mentioned the freedom is never voluntarily given by the oppressor. People must demand for freedom and fight for it in order to get freedom. He mentioned that everything legal is not necessary right as Hitler did many things that were legal, but they weren't morally right. Therefore, Dr. King focused on the distinction between just law and unjust law. He cited the Boston Tea Party as a justification for him to advocate for civil disobedience. The March on Washington existed by August 1963. Many of its organizers were part of the Big Six group of Roy Wilkins (of the NAACP), Whitney Young (of the National Urban League), A. Philip Randolph (of the Brotherhood of Sleeping Car Porters), John Lewis (of SNCC), and James Farmer Jr. (of CORE or the Congress of Racial Equality). Bayard Rustin was involved in the creation of the March on Washington too, fulfilling the dream of Randolph decades ago during the days of WWII. President Kennedy once opposed the march outright, but he supported it under certain token conditions. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s 1963 eloquent I Have a Dream speech in Washington, D.C., was not just about the Dream of justice and freedom for all people regardless of race, color, or creed. It was a condemnation of the racist and economically oppressive actions by the government against black Americans. Dr. King's efforts, along with grassroots activism by a diversity of famous and unsung human beings, contributed to the passage of some of the most progressive legislation in American history (including the 1964 Civil Rights Act, the 1965 Voting Rights Act, and the Fair Housing Act of 1968). Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1964 for his work in the United States of America to fight racial injustice via nonviolent resistance. After four little girls were murdered unjustly for just worshiping God at the 16th Street Baptist Church (on Sunday, September 15, 1963. The little girls' names are Addie Mae Collins, Denise McNair, Carole Robertson, and Synthia Wesley), Dr. King gave the eulogy. Dr. King worked in St. Augustine, Florida in 1964 to fight for equality. Dr. King worked with Robert Hayling's movement of armed self-defense in St. Augustine, and he supported Northern activists (plus rabbis) to defend black human rights. Dr. King talked in Biddeford, Maine and in New York City in 1964. He supported the Scripto labor strike in Atlanta by November 1964.

The enemy of freedom and a hypocrite, J. Edgar Hoover, used the FBI to illegally harass Dr. King and other activists via COINTELPRO. Dr. King already knew this, and this used courage to stand up for human rights. In 1965, his work in Selma, Alabama, was victorious in causing federal voting rights legislation to exist via the Voting Rights Act. Dr. King worked with the SCLC, SNCC, and other groups like the DCVL to promote the Selma voting rights movement in December 1964. Malcolm X came to Selma to support freedom, too. Bloody Sunday took place on March 7, 1965, when police officers assaulted peaceful protesters using clubs and tear gas. Footage of police brutality was shown worldwide, and this inspired the world to stand up for voting rights. After the Voting Rights Act was signed in August 1965, something else happened in America. It was the Watts rebellion in Los Angeles, California. It happened because of the racism, poverty, educational issues, housing restrictions, and other problems that existed in the area. People had a breaking point, and Dr. King came over there to promote peace. Yet, Dr. King was booed. This was rare and taboo for black people to publicly boo Dr. King back in 1965. Later, Dr. King wrote and said that black people in the Midwest, the North, and the West Coast has legal rights legislatively but no true economic rights for them to embrace. There was still de facto segregation, and people over in those parts of the country had a legitimate outrage at the slow progress of the freedom movement's results. So, Dr. King wanted a radical program to address the needs of black people in the North, the Midwest and West Coast (not just in the South). Back then, a lot of us from Virginia and the South didn't understand the pain of people in other parts of the nation. In 1966, Dr. King supported Chicago's open housing movement. He moved into North Lawndale to express empathy and support for the poor. Albert Raby of Chicago supported the Chicago Freedom Movement. Dr. King said that the vicious racism in Chicago was worse than the Deep South. Dr. King was hit in the head with a rock by a white racist in the Chicago area. Dr. King played pool with the youth and wanted Chicago gangs to embrace nonviolence. Dr. King allowed his protege Jesse Jackson to form Operation Breadbasket to boycott companies that allowed discrimination against black Americans. 1966 was the year when Kwame Ture promoted the view of Black Power. Black Power is the philosophical view that believed that black people should own and control the economics and politics in their own community to advance self-determination and ultimate black freedom in our daily lives. Many people viewed Black Power in different ways. Many white liberals and moderate black people (even some members of the NAACP, like Roy Wilkins back then) viewed Black Power as racist and "black supremacy." Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. had a more nuanced view of Black Power. He agreed with Black Power's advocacy of self-determination and a declaration of independence for black people. He opposed separatism. In 1966, the Black Panther Party for Self Defense was created by Bobby Seale and Huey P. Newton in Oakland, California. The Black Panther Party was a socialist organization that wanted an end to police brutality, racism, imperialism, and economic capitalistic exploitation. They used guns for self defense and cited the law when confronted by the police.

After 1965, Dr. King became more revolutionary by supporting the Poor People's Campaign to combat poverty, fighting against the unjust Vietnam War, and defended Memphis sanitation workers who were denied of basic, fundamental economic rights like a living wage and the right to form a union. Dr. King opposed the Vietnam War for many legitimate reasons. When he saw children burned alive by napalm, then that was enough for King. Dr. King opposed the Vietnam War as early as 1964 and in 1965, but the Johnson administration pressured Dr. King to be quiet on the issue. By the end of 1966 and early 1967, he was silent no more. Dr. King saw the Vietnam War as a colonial war against another oppressed people, to him it was a waste of resources that could be used to rebuild American urban and rural locations, and he called the American government the greatest purveyor of violence in the world today via his April 1967 Riverside Church' Beyond Vietnam: A Time to Break Silence speech. LBJ was furious and even Whitney Young nearly fought Dr. King physically over the Vietnam War issue. Whitney Young would later oppose the War when Nixon was President. Dr. King's opposition to the Vietnam War cost him support from the establishment and other people like Billy Graham, LBJ, union leaders, black moderate leaders, and powerful publishers. Yet, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was steadfast in his moral convictions in desiring the unjust Vietnam War to end. Ironically, Kwame Ture and other black revolutionaries praised Dr. King's anti-Vietnam War views. Dr. King made the point to say that you can't claim for us to be nonviolent in America while condoning unjust violence against Vietnamese children. Many American forces and many North Vietnamese forces committed overt war crimes during the Vietnam War. Some liberals like Allard K. Lowenstein, William Sloane Coffin, and Norman Thomas wanted Dr. King to run for President in 1968, but Dr. King refused. At his core, Dr. King was a social activist, a preacher, and an orator, not a politician. Dr. King spoke in anti-war rallies worldwide and was inspired by Vietnamese Buddhist Thich Nhat Hanh to oppose the Vietnam War. In 1967, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. traveled the world in London, in New York City, in Norfolk, Virginia, in California, etc. By the time of the Six Day War between Israel and Egypt, Dr. King gave a complex response. Dr. King said that Israel has the right to exist, but Israel can't be too harsh against Arabic people. Dr. King wanted a Marshall Plan program to rebuild Arabic nations in the Middle East. Dr. King became more progressive and praised democratic socialism.

His final book of Where Do We Go from Here: Chaos or Community?, Dr. King addressed poverty and other social issues inspired by Henry George's research. In that book, Dr. King wrote about political issues, the Black Power movement, and other subjects that are relevant in our generation. Dr. King wanted a guaranteed basic income. The Poor People's Campaign ultimately wasn't successful per se, but it gave people further motivation to fight poverty to this very day. By 1968, Dr. King was focused on the Memphis sanitation strike. After black men were crushed by a garbage truck machine for trying to escape the rain, that was enough. Immediately, black men protested for economic justice in Memphis with signs that read "I AM A MAN." Dr. King spoke in Memphis to give inspiration to the people. One rally ended in violence because of agent provocateurs. Dr. King wanted to fight the injunction in court. He also met A.D. King, Dorothy Cotton, and Kentucky state legislature Georgia Powell, who was a black woman who fought for civil rights and housing rights in Kentucky, like in Frankfurt. He passed away on April 4, 1968, in Memphis, Tennessee. We know a lot of Dr. King's life, and we are inspired by what he got right to fight for moral improvement, economic justice, racial equality, anti-imperialism, and human liberation in general. He supported Native Americans too.

I was born 15 years after Dr. King's assassination. After 58 years since the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., we have seen monumental changes in American society and in the world in general. We witness A.I., the Internet, 3D printing, advanced social media apps, and new inventions that have inspired our eyes. Yet, we have a long way to go after some progress, being almost 6 decades after 1968. For example, human life expectancy is higher now than in 1968, but health care costs are much higher now (with some in the GOP refusing to extend health care subsidies to assist some of the most vulnerable in society). We have seen tons of displays of Black Excellence in 2026, but a tyrant in the White House wants to whitewash black museums' historical displays, used massive ICE agents terrorizing the residents of Minneapolis (plus other cities), end free visiting to the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial in Washington, D.C., and desiring to illegally annex Greenland. We have more information about the world than at any other time in human history. On the other hand, some people may have information, but they refuse to come into the knowledge of the truth. We still have educational issues, massive economic inequality, militarism, and imperialism in our globe. We exist in massive economic inequality with record profits for the super wealthy and the oligarchy. In 2026, we witness protests in Iran, Venezuela being in political uncertainty, debates on many political topics, and protests against authoritarianism in America plus worldwide. Yet one important point about Dr. King's legacy is that we must not only complain. We must also be part of the solution. It can be protesting, working in charities, going out to help your neighbor without fanfare, educating children, and standing up for legitimate social causes (like environmentalism, fighting gun violence, defending voting rights, rejecting authoritarianism, fighting racial oppression, and loving equality for all people). The battle is not over, but the Dream is real. Victory will be ours in the end.

ICE Terrorism in Minneapolis.

There is a large opposition to ICE's actions in Minnesota. This comes a week after the January 7 murder of Renee Nicole Good by an agent of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The reality is that thousands of federal paramilitary forces are occupying Minneapolis under the director of the president. Governor Tim Walz condemned the actions of ICE by calling such actions a "campaign of organized brutality against the people of Minnesota by our own federal government." Many armed, undertrained, and masked ICE agents are going door to door, ordering people to point out where their neighbors are at. They are pulling people out of their homes indiscriminately, including U.S. citizens, demanding to see their papers. ICE have targeted grocery stores, bus stops, schools, and they are breaking windows. They drag pregnant women down the street. This is not moral, and this is not legal. This is an overt attack against the American people. We have to call this evil out completely. We have the resignation of a half dozen career prosecutors at the U.S. Attorney's office in Minneapolis, because the DOJ called Jonathan Ross the victim and is considering investigating Becca Good for ties to anti-government groups. The Minneapolis City Council president said that he was assaulted by ICE agents, and ICE agents have thrown tear gas in a vehicle with children in it. Trump has also threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act in Minnesota. Many ICE agents are acting like terrorists in Minneapolis. Trump wants Minnesota to have a day of retribution and reckoning. Trump said that he is not bound to any law by his actions except by his "morality." A local pastor was detained and threatened at gunpoint by ICE. Such actions are nationwide.

Trump recently saying that we shouldn't even have an election is pure fascism, wrong, and evil. People have every right to vote in peaceful elections. Anyone defending Trump's statements about elections should feel shame. Trump is not infallible, and Trump is not God. Trump should be critiqued of his policies like every President. Many Trump supporters lie and try to justify his most nonsensical statements as a means to support him. No, we won't support injustice. We won't support a tyrant trying to steal Greenland from Denmark. Even GOP Representative Bacon said that the House could impeach Trump if Trump invades Greenland. People need to know about this information, because if stuff doesn't change, we may be on the brink of WWIII in the 2030s or before. This is stone cold reality. When an authoritarian wants to use ICE to terrorize communities, desire to ban mail in ballots, and use immature antics against dissidents including even a disabled person (when this person mocked a disabled person years ago. He is a coward and sick person to do that), then it represents the necessity to stand up and speak up against tyranny in America. This is our country, and my ancestors built this nation. My black ancestors been here long before 1776 too.

There are people like Donny Deutsch, Stephen A. Smith, Joe Scarborough, and others who want us Americans to go into the so-called "center." I don't agree with that view as we live in dangerous times. Dangerous times require revolutionary solutions, not centrism. We reject cuts to welfare and the deregulations of all aspects of Wall Street functions. We have widened economic inequality (as the top 15 American billionaires got $1.5 trillion richer in the first year of Trump's second term), economic insecurity, and the unchecked power of corporations and the super-rich. This is the time where people need to stand up for their rights. That is why those who are Democrats don't need to go into the center. Being lukewarm in a time of tyrannical policies from one person in the White House is disloyalty to truth and justice. To this day, ICE agents continue to detain U.S. citizens, assault protesters, and use tear gas on non threatening people without accountability. The hypocrites who justify ICE ignore this reality while claiming to be in favor of small government. I made it clear that I don't believe in small government, but I don't agree with armed, mased government agents (who hide their identities) running around conducting "show me your papers" stops and brutalizing U.S. citizens. This not just involves us black people and other people of color. It involves all of us. If they harm the rights of one person, then they can harm your rights too. So, we have to use vigilance and endorse justice.

The Danish Prime Minister said that if America takes Greenland, then we are at war. This means that America and Denmark can possibly attack each and NATO is gone. Trump is totally an extremist who wants Greenland for his own ego. This action will damage alliances all over the world. Trump wants Greenland without the consent of the residents of Greenland. Trump's argument is wrong as Greenland is already an ally of America. Plus, American military forces are found in Greenland too. Trump is serious about his goal which contradicts his campaign promise of America's First. Trump said that he wants this goal whether the people of Greenland want this or not. Trump is agitating three wars possibly in Venezuela, Greenland, and in Iran. This is a total neo-conservative reactionary agenda. We don't need forever wars. We have to be clear to support democratic principles, reject imperialism, and seek compassionate actions in the world.

Trump used the middle finger to a Ford Factory worker who called him a pedophile enabler. It is not a secret that Trump glorifies vulgarity, so this is not an unusual action from Trump. Hypocritical religious people (not all religious people) claim that Trump is God ordained when Trump refuses to ask for forgiveness, curses people out who disagrees with him, and has a motivation of anger, revenge, and retribution. We see how the judge wants the Epstein files to be released. According to the DOJ, less than 1 percent of the Epstein files have been released which is unacceptable. Ironically, Trump signed a bill into law to release all Epstein files, but the DOJ is hesitant to immediately do so. The DOJ has to do the right thing. The DOJ have had months to prepare and release the documents. Many redactions have covered up Trump's name. Congress is getting involved to make sure that the files are shown to the public. The Epstein estate have released photographs too.

Historic Events in Iran and other News.

The Minnepolis Mayor and the Minnesota Attorney General have a press conference. It has a lawsuit against the DHS, ICE, and the Border Patrol. They condemn ICE targeting churches and other locations that they feel causes harm to the people of Minnesota. The Attorney General said that schools have gone into lockdown and online education has existed after ICE raids. The Minnesota Attorney General said that the actions of ICE have made people afraid to go into stores to buy items. Many ICE agents wear masks on their faces and lack camera phones. Some don't even identify their names. Many ICE has lax qualifications. The DHS, according to the Attorney General, has refused to accept warrants when going into restaurants.  It has been documented on how ICE has detained American citizens being held in hours, how they have racially profiled people (which is immoral), and done many unconstitutional actions. This comes after the killing of Renee Nicole Good. The mayor of Minneapolis said that Trump is targeting Minnesota, because the state is run by Democrats. He said that ICE is increasing the financial burdens in the area and small businesses are losing revenue. Mayor Kaholy Her of St. Paul has condemned the federal occupation of St. Paul and the racial profiling done by ICE against human beings. She said that they are straining resources and promoting distrust. She wants to legally fight against this injustice. She said that her state is a state that welcomes refugees, immigrants, and other human beings.

The protests in Iran has increased. The people in Iran has every God given right to protest the Iranian regime. The Iranian regime has killed at least 2,500 people in Iran which is wrong and obviously an injustice. Since 1979, Iran went from the fascistic Shah to a theocratic, authoritarian regime. Both types of regimes have done harm to the individual liberties of the Iranian people. Now, we have a new generation of fearless Iranian protesters who want to make a great change. This is the most massive protests in Iran since the 1979 Iranian Revolution. Trump has threatened military action against Iranian governmental targets after the protest deaths. The Iranian government has executed an Internet blackout. Trump said that Iranian authorities will pay a big price for the killings and wanted people to keep protesting. The paradox is that Trump ran on isolationism and in 2006, Trump's foreign policy is more neo-conservative. Many of the younger Iranians are saying no more and they are desiring democracy. The protests have spread to 180 cities and towns in all 21 provinces. They are protesting about authoritarianism (being controlled by the Ayatollah), the collapse of the Iranian currency, and the high cost of living. At the end of the day, the Iranian protesters are entitled to have their nation of Iran to experience freedom and democracy. That time is precisely now.

Trump wants to fire Lisa Cook of the Federal Reserve, because Trump wants the FED to give him a rubber stamp to do what he wants with the economic markets. He wants to the control the central bank which is illegal as that can harm free markets. Liberals and conservatives even agree that politicians should never have inordinate control over the FED. Many voters have voted over poor economic policies. Because of COVID-19 induced recession, that was one reason out of many on why Biden won the 2020 election. The economy can shape elections in a massively important way. Incumbents readily lose during eras of recessions. Our economy now in 2026 has seen massive economic growth for the super-rich while some in the poor, working class, and middle-class struggle to survive.

Once again, Donald Trump made another racist remark. This person said that landmark 1960s civil rights protections resulted in white people being treated very badly. He is a lying piece of work. The truth is that landmark 1960s civil rights protections was about fighting discrimination, fighting racism, and giving equal rights to all people regardless of color. Trump's remarks have been condemned by Derrick Johnson, the president of the NAACP. Far too often, far right MAGA extremists believe in the lie that promoting civil rights and voting rights is anti-white. That is why Trump is a racist. He denies the necessity to end systems of white racism, because is a supporter of that system. Trump is a notorious racist for saying that Jewish people who didn't vote for him aren't "loyal," calling black people who disagree with him low IQ, calling Mitch McConnell's wife an anti-Asian racist slur, calling Somalians "garbage," saying that an Mexican American judge can't judge an immigration case fairly because of his Mexican heritage, and supporting statues of racist Confederates on public (being taxpayer funded) grounds. Anyone supporting Donald Trump is a someone who is deluded to put it lightly.

Claudette Colvin passed away yesterday on January 13, 2026 at the age of 86 years old. She promoted civil rights in her life. She refused to give up her seat to a white woman on a crowded, segregated bus on March 2, 1955, when she was 15 years old. She, Rosa Parks, and others helped to start the 1955 Montgomery bus boycott. She was born in Montgomery, Alabama and she passed away in Texas. The Browder v. Gayle case challenged bus segregation in the city of Montgomery. It would take until 2021 for Colvin's unjust arrest and adjudication of delinquency was expunged by the district court in the county where the charges against her were brought more than 66 years earlier. He went to New York City in 1958 to find work. She became a nurse's aide in a nursing home in Manhattan. She retired in 2004. She had 2 sons. She has four grandchildren from her son Randy, who is an accountant in Atlanta.

Rest in Power Sister Claudette Colvin.

Early January 2026 Updates on Life.

I have a lot of stories of my interactions with members of the Jehovah Witness. One of my earliest memories of them was when many of them would visit my house every Saturday during the 1990s and early 2000s. If people were alive back then, this was a common occurrence among many Americans. They would try to proselytize me to their religious organization. Members of the Jehovah Witnesses would talk to me about God, spirituality, and sent me their Watchtower magazine to me too. During that time, my mother always told me that the Jehovah Witness was not of God. Fundamentally, she was right as I found out about the truth about its false doctrines in 2001. Many Jehovah Witness people would later meet me in the street, at the laundromat, and at other locations (like in a Wal-Mart parking lot recently in 2025) in trying to convert me to their religion. Their attempts failed, because I don't subscribe to their theology. The JWs have the doctrines like no blood transfusions, no celebrations of holidays (even birthday celebrations are prohibited. They don't even celebrate the Juneteenth holiday), and the denial of the Divinity of the Son of God (JWs deny the Trinity too). I don't adhere to these views at all. There are a lot of former Jehovah Witness individuals on YouTube who woke up and left the organization to proclaim the Gospel to human beings. It is important to use our personal experiences to grow in our lives as human beings in glorying the name of God, not to seek retribution or vengeance against others. We seek truth in a humble fashion with love and a righteous, concrete motivation.

The misconception is that every heresy hunter is evil. We have to stand up for the truth in love. We can't be politically correct for the sake of social acceptance, because not everyone will believe in what you believe in. That is normal. That is part of life. So, we have to expose false doctrines without vindictiveness, without vengeance, without bigotry (as all Jehovah Witnesses should be treated with dignity and respect), and without heated division. Telling the truth in love will get more people on your side. Charles Taze Russell, a false prophet, created the Jehovah Witnesses (in the late 19th century) to advance spiritual deception during these latter days. Many well-meaning people, or every color, are members of Jehovah Witness, but they are deluded to deny the importance of blood transfusion, to deny the divinity of the Son of the living God (Jehovah Witnesses are an anti-Trinitarian group), they subscribe to the notion that only 144,000 people will go to Heaven, and they have a denial of the physical resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ (which is a blatant blasphemy against the God of Heaven). The good news is that thousands of people have left Jehovah Witnesses to embrace the Christian faith with true spiritual manna. We ought to be compassionate with our neighbors and be bold to reject false doctrines too. Now, empathy is vital in our walks. On the road of life, the suffering ought to receive joy, patience, and truth. Along with that, the Jehovah Witness group should motivate us to use accurate exegesis, speak with authority, and fundamentally awaken the minds of souls, who genuinely love wisdom.

Professional wrestling has encompassed numerous generations in American culture and global culture in indomitable ways. From selling out arenas worldwide (from MSG in NYC, Las Vegas, and to Berlin) to massive fan clubs growing, professional wrestling history has played a massive role in the development of modern-day culture. Its history has not been a crystal stair to keep it real. There are numerous true stories of sexism, bar fights, racism, deaths, steroids, nepotism (as found in the good ole boy network as accurately pointed out by icon Booker T), economic exploitation, hypocrisy, and other evils found in the professional wrestling atmosphere. Also, there has been positive news in professional wrestling over the course of 40 years. There has been an increase of black people, other people of color, poor people, and women involved in professional wrestling (with a wide array of athleticism, ring performances, charisma, communication skills, etc.) from Bianca Belair, the late Chyna, Trick Williams, Jade Cargill, Naomi, Booker T., Rhea Ripley, The Rock, Charlotte Flair, Asuka, etc. We witness tons of professional wrestlers working in legitimate philanthropy to help those in poverty, suffering illnesses, and diseases, and others suffering massive pain. They have inspired people to achieve their own measure of excellence (whether that will be STEM, education,  sports, literature, fashion, entrepreneurship,  and economics in general). Excellence isn't just about you. It's about much a person can give and sacrifice to assist their neighbors in their daily lives. Life is like a dream but to be taken seriously. Professional wrestlers put their lives on the line to be pioneers, athletes, performance makers, and story makers. Therefore, we will always honor great professional wrestlers who represent integrity, creativity, and the love of the art of visionary human expression.

As we conclude the chronicle of the 250 years of my nation of the United States of America, we all realize the miraculous birth and existence of America. America was born on July 4, 1776 (when the Declaration of Independence was signed by the Patriots), during the midst of the American Revolutionary War when the 10 colonies fought the imperialistic British Empire (that British Empire was filled with imperialism, slavery, racism, and capitalistic economic exploitation). The colonists (filled with the Sons of Liberty, farmer, soldiers, merchants, and human beings of every color) won the American Revolutionary war via guerilla warfare, help from other nations (like the Dutch, the French, the Spanish, etc.). From the Battles in the states of Massachusetts and New York to the Battle of Yorktown (in Virginia), America won the war filled with resiliency. Many Patriots supported the notorious evil of slavery and others didn't. Filled with both righteous people and wicked people, America's history has been filled with a profound paradox. That paradox is that while heroic Americans advanced legitimate social changes, cultural improvements, inventions, etc., America is also complicit in the sins of racism, slavery, the genocide of Native Americans, colonialism, xenophobia, sexism, etc. The U.S. Constitution caused America to function as a democratic Republic (that means that we don't have a direct democracy in every circumstance, but we do have a direct democracy in electing many House members, Senate members, referendums, etc.). What do we do about this paradox? We have to do 2 main things. One is that we should never sugarcoat American history (as some far right zealots advocate), and other thing that we must do is to fight for justice in America during the present and future. Losing hope is not an option when we desire future generations to live in a world that is better than today. America to me is about the battle between good and evil, the resiliency of humanity, the glory of righteousness that has inspired the world. Never giving up is our percept, and real Americans accept that credo wholeheartedly. Recognizing the existence and importance of Native Americans is key in understanding America as well. They had their lands stolen by thieves and murderers just like my people (i.e. black Americans) were brutalized via slavery, racism, discrimination, lynchings, the peonage system, etc. Whitewashing American history is wrong, but we must also do the following. We must acknowledge the glory among the righteous aspects of America and continue to fight the evils in America to make America improve itself (along with people globally).

During this year of 2026, revelations about the reality of popular culture has increased massively. I remember back in the 2000s, many of us who did this type of research were denounced as "theorists." Yet, we are taken more seriously because of the revelations about many celebrities who made terrible decisions in their lives. Films like 1999's Eyes Wide Shut showed many bizarre, strange rituals that take place in many celebrity functions in real life (from Diddy sanctioned freakoffs, super wealthy masked parties, and to underground sexual and S&M bars). There are many lessons to learn involving the entertainment industry and popular culture. One lesson is found in the results of the Diddy trial, the trial of Harvey Weinstein, and others prove once against that people must live in a life of righteousness, not degeneracy and human exploitation. You have to treat people right. Diddy, Weinstein, and others have unjustly mistreated tons of people for decades. Another lesson in this world in general is to be multifaceted in what you if you desire. For example, it is fine to be a jack of all trades like learning STEM, theology, cuisine, philanthropy, education, and other subjects pertaining to life In that sense, a person will have an open-minded, wide-ranging understanding about how the world functions. As we all realize, there is absolutely no excuse for abuse, adultery, rape, assault against innocent human life, sexual harassment, and other evils plaguing the Earth. We must act like a beacon of light in an imperfect world. Prayer is important, because it calms the soul, has worked to make a difference in society, and teaches discipline plus honest communication skills. For eons, popular culture represents a modern manifestation of the political, social, economic, and spiritual battle between good and evil plainly speaking. We have every right to be on the right side of history.

Alice Coachman was born in the South in Albany, Georgia. She was the fifth child of Fred and Evelyn Coachman's ten children. She faced racial discrimination as she was unable to access athletic training facilities or participate in organized sports because of her skin color. Back then, many people opposed women to be involved in sports which is wrong and ignorant. Yet, this never deterred her from following her dreams. When she was young, she trained in ways that was available to her. She ran shoeless along dirt roads near her home and used homemade equipment to practice her jumping. Coachman attended Monroe Street Elementary School where she was encouraged to be involved in sports by her 5th grade teacher, Cora Bailey and her aunt, Carrie Spry, despite the reservations of her parents. She enrolled at Madison High School in 1938. At her high school, she joined the track team, working with Harry E. Lash to develop her skill as an athlete. Within a year, she drew attention of the Tuskegee Institute in Tuskegee, Alabama. In 1939, she joined the Tuskegee Preparatory School at the age of 16 after being offered a scholarship. The scholarship required her to work while studying and training. That included cleaning and maintaining sports facilities as well as mending uniforms. Coachman went onto graduate with a degree in dressmaking from the Tuskegee Institute in 1946. The following year she continued her studies at Albany State College, receiving a B.S. in Home Economics with a minor in science in 1949. She became a teacher and track-and-field instructor.

Alice Coachman had a great athletic career. Prior to arriving at the Tuskegee Preparatory School, Coachman competed in the Amateur Athletic Union's (AAU) Women's National Championships breaking the college and National high jump records while competing barefoot. Her unusual jumping style was a combination of straight jumping and western roll techniques. Coachman dominated the AAU outdoor high jump championship from 1939 through 1948, winning ten national championships in a row. Her success earned her the nickname the "Tuskegee Flash." In addition to her high jump accomplishments, she won national championships in the 50-meter dash, the 100-meter dash and with the 400-meter relay team as a student at the Tuskegee Institute. She won 26 national championships during her nine years of competition, more than any other woman with the exception of her Polish-American rival Stella Walsh. During the same period, Coachman won three conference championships playing as a guard on the Tuskegee women's basketball team. Despite being in her prime, Coachman was unable to compete in the 1940 and 1944 Olympic Games as they were canceled because of World War II. In the opinion of sportswriter Eric Williams, "Had she competed in those canceled Olympics, we would probably be talking about her as the No. 1 female athlete of all time."

Many exercise and fitness experts talk about calories all of the time. What is the relationship between calories and food? There is big linkage between the two concepts. Calories are the energy units in food and drinks that are necessary or essential for all bodily functions. In other words, calories are needed to help the body for physical activity and basic activities like fuel growth and repair. Calories can come from macronutrients, carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. They each provide a different energy density. For example, carbohydrates provide 4 calories per gram, proteins have 4 calories per gram, alcohol has 7 calories per gram, etc. Fats are the most energy dense providing 9 calories per gram. People learn about caloric content to deal with weight management, overall health metrics, metabolism, and energy expenditure. Calories is a measure of how much energy in needed to raise the temperature of 1 gram of water by 1 degree Celsius. It is a unit that measures the body's use of energy which can be measured in kilocalories (kcal) or kilojoules (kJ). The number of calories a food or drink has is found on the nutrition label of food packaging and listed by serving size. Nucleotides, organic acids, and sugar alcohol have very small amounts of calories. Calories are vital to human life and health, because calories (or energy) consumed from food and beverages can help people breath, allow the heart to beat, walk, exercise, etc. in burning calories.

The number of calories people use during the day relate to metabolism. Metabolism is all combined reactions that occur throughout the body within each cell that provides the body with energy. Metabolism is measured in calories by TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure). TDEE is the total number of calories your body burns in a day, including all activities from basic functions to intentional exercise, and is composed of Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), Thermic Effect of Food (TEF), Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (EAT), and Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT). How much calories a person needs per day depends on genetics, lifestyle factors, sex, height, lean body mass, activity level, and health goals. U.S. dietary guidelines says that the average adult man requires 2,500 calories per day and the average woman adult requires 2,000 calories per day. These numbers vary by individuals. For weight loss, you’ll need to eat fewer calories to create a calorie deficit. For weight gain, you’ll need to eat more calories to create a calorie surplus. A balanced weight maintenance is when calorie intake is equal to calorie expenditure. Energy balance is the relationship between calories “in” via food and beverages and calories “out” via the body’s daily energy requirements. Calories from whole foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, eggs, dairy products, poultry, red meat, seafood, and shellfish, generally contain more micronutrients per gram than processed foods, particularly ultra-processed foods such as candy, sugar-sweetened beverages, and mass-produced packaged foods. Foods with the lowest calories are high in water and/or fiber. Foods with the most calories tend to be high in fat.

The ICE killing in Minnesota.

Some breaking news on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 is that a woman was shot and killed by an ICE agent in Minneapolis. There is video of the incident. The Minneapolis Attorney General has called for an independent probe of the ICE shooting. The increase of ICE harassing our people in America has been clear. ICE has been caught assaulting people, illegally arresting American citizens, assaulting protesters, and trying to seek immunity for their behavior. Many members of ICE have done criminal behavior. Governor Walz had prepared Minnesota's National Guard after the Minneapolis ICE shooting. This tragedy took place near where George Floyd was killed. The Trump administration falsely called protesters rioters and claimed that the woman was killed by self-defense (which is a bold face lie). The mayor of the city of Minneapolis said that the Trump's explanation of the killing was nonsense and wanted ICE to get out of his city in profane terms. The actions of ICE have been very troubling. DHS Kristi Noem promotes the justification of the killing of the woman by saying that the woman impeded ICE's actions. Kristi Noem ignores how ICE has assaulted many innocent people and jailed legal citizens. The video contradicts Noem's assertions.

In Portland, Oregon, two people were shot and injured by federal agents. Also, there is the news of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting closing down after Trump attacks. This happened on Monday. The Board of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) voted to dissolve the 58 year old organizaiton. This comes after the elimination of all federal funding for the agency by Congress after the Trump White House demanded it. The CPB was created in 1967 by the Public Broadcasting Act of 1967. It was created to allow the federal government to invest in public television and radio to protect the independence of public media. It didn't own or operate radio or television stations. It was mandated to assist in sending federal funding and to offer support for the public media system. Trump's attack on the National Public Radio (NRP) and the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) is about trying to eliminate any dissenting voice of the Trump regime. It is fascist for Trump supporters to stifle free speech against those that disagree with them.'

The House passed a health care subsidies plan with mostly Democrats voting for it with some Republican help too. While this is going on, ICE agents have been caught harassing, assaulting, and killing people in the streets. ICE agents have shot at least nine other people just since September, and one person has died. We have the Justice Department who has weaponized in trying to prosecute the political opponents of Donald Trump. Many corporate CEOs are supporting the agenda of Trump violating our rights, promoting warring regime change agendas, and targeting truth. The far right hypocritically criticize Medicare for All, Social Security, debt free education, and universal childcare as socialism, but wants billions of dollars sent to ICE, allow a refurbishing Trump's Qatar jet, and have tax cuts for the rich. Zohran Mamdani has revived the Mayor's Office to protect tenants and interviewed in a major slumland bankruptcy case on the tenants' behalf. This is a positive development in New York City.

There is more news about the tragedy in Minneapolis over the ICE killing of the 37-year-old woman named Renee Nicole Good. The killing was a deliberate, daylight execution. The unnamed agent was among thousands of ICE agents who were deployed in the city. The agent fired three shots a point-blank range into the vehicle as the vehicle was driving away from the ICE agents. Renee Nicole Good was a poet, a U.S. citizen, and a mother of three. She was driving on Portland Avenue on the city's southside. The video showed Good was gesturing federal vehicles to pass. She was not obstructing any operation. ICE agents refused to allow a physician to administer aid, blocked the ambulance from accessing the scene, and violently suppressed community members and journalists at the location. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem lied and called Good a "domestic terrorist." Trump wants paramilitary occupation of cities and towns in America to promote fascism and authoritarianism not democracy. There must be an independent investigation, but the federal government to trying to impede a state investigation of the killing. While some people have thrown Gatorade to the ICE agents (I don't agree with that as we don't need unjust violence), but the taking of human life must be taken seriously.

The U.S. has seized a Russian flagged tanker, and a second Venezuela linked ship. Trump wants Venezuela to be forced against her will to give America a massive amount of it oil production. This has been promoted by two senior White House officials. They want to cut ties with China and other nations. Trump still wants to annex Greenland. Rubio wants to meet with Danish leaders next week in desiring this goal. Many Colombians have protested in saying that they are a sovereign country not a colony. Trump called Colombian leader Petro a sick man who like to make cocaine and sell it in America. Trump said that Petro won't be doing that any longer which is an overt threat. Trump just doesn't Venezuela's oil but its minerals to gain imperial power. The goal of annexing Greenland is completely insane and could ruin the NATO alliance forever.

Supreme Court hands big loss to Trump.

Supreme Court hands big loss to Trump

A Tyrant in the White House.

Yesterday was the fifth-year anniversary of the January 6th Capitol attack. This attack was enacted by brutal barbarians who desired to overthrow the American government. There is no other way to put it. These terrorists and insurrectionists were MAGA supporters who assaulted police officers (when MAGA claims to respect the police), destroyed property in vandalism, called for the hanging of former Vice President Mike Pence (because Pence just wanted to validate the 2020 election that Biden won), they invaded the U.S. Capitol, and nearly assaulted Congressional leaders and Secret Service agents. Trump did nothing to stop this terrorism until hours later. Trump also pardoned the January 6th terrorists, because he wants to sugarcoat the tragedy of the events when Capitol police were almost crushed to death by cruel MAGA criminals who don't care about morality. The same MAGA terrorists involved in the January 6th attack lecture us on morality and integrity, but they engaged in overt acts of violence and terrorism against the American people. We run the government or the people, and the government had a near coup d'etat by wicked human beings who wanted to worship Trump instead of following truth. The truth is that the transfer of power after a legal election must be peaceful, but January 6th was the first time in American history when that transfer of power wasn't peaceful. One former January 6th rioter apologized for her role in the attack. Even today, there were pro-January 6th advocates marching in the street justifying their terrorism in 2026. The January 6th insurrectionists are traitors to America and cowards. Therefore, we always committed to the august proposition that all human beings are created equal, that justice must be advanced, and that human dignity must always be honored in a forthright fashion. We will defend our freedom, our education, our health, our environment, and the rest of our human rights.

This liar and coward Hegseth said that Sen. Kelly's video was seditious. Senator Kelly just said that U.S. military members should just follow the law and not obey illegal orders. Hegseth wants to harm dissent in American society, but the vast majority of Americans oppose Hegseth's attack on the freedom of speech. Senator Kelly is a military veteran who has every God given right to advocate for military forces to follow the law. Ironically, it is Trump's followers in the January 6th attack that committed sedition against American society by having an attempted coup d'etat against the American government (after the legal 2020 election made Biden President). Also, Trump wants to annex Greenland when American bases are in Greenland and Denmark is a NATO ally. Annexation is unnecessary and silly. Trump has frozen 10 billion dollars in federal childcare funding in states who are led by Democrats. Trump claims fraud, but he hasn't brought evidence of this fraud. This act is part of cruelty and harms low-income families the hardest.

Many people in Congress said that Trump lied to them about notifying them of this action of the Maduro capture. Trump admitted on national television that they arrested Maduro for the reason of gaining the nation of Venezuela's oil. Trump is so extreme that he has no problem with putting boots on the ground in Venezuela which is nothing more than war mongering posture. Military people are made up of mostly working-class people who are owed blatant respect beyond the rants of an extremist in the White House. Trump's action of invading Venezuela illegally without even Congressional notification beforehand shows it imperialistic hand. Trump is not done. He has threatened to attack Cuba and annex Greenland. This has nothing to do with national security or freedom. This has to do with narcissism, fascism, and authoritarianism. So-called conservatives defending his neo-conservative actions are hypocrites. According to the Atlantic, Trump threatened Delcy Rodriguez that she must confirm or have a fate worse than that of Maduro. Rubio wants changes in Venezuela, meaning he wants the nation to be a puppet pro-U.S. state, and Rubio is targeting Cuba too. Now, Delcy wants to cooperate with U.S. demands. Trump's action in Venezuela is against international law in violation of Article 2 (4) of the UN Charter that bans attacks against sovereign nations unjustly.

Maduro and his wife recently stood in an American court being accused of multiple charged by the U.S. government. This comes after Trump and his forces invaded Venezuela, gotten Maduro and his wife, Cilila Flores, illegally being against national and international law, and brought them to New York City. Trump never gained Congressional approval for this action, and this preemptive strike against Venezuela violated international law too. Trump has used threats in trying to takeover Greenland and other places of the world. I don't agree with Maduro's authoritarian policies, but Trump desires Venezuela's oil resources for his action as said by his own comments in public. Maduro said that he is the leader of Venezuela. One dissenter of Maduro in the courtroom told Maduro that he will pay for crimes against the Venezuelan people, and Maduro said in response that he is the leader of Venezuela. Maduro said that he is innocent of all charges, he is being kidnaped, and he is a prisoner of war. The Judge is Alvin K. Hellerstein who is 92 years old. Deputy U.S. marshals led him from the courtroom. This hearing lasted for over 35 minutes. The defense attorney is Barry Pollack, who previously represented WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. The attorney Pollack said that he will challenge the legality of the client's military abduction. Flores had bruises on her face and had her ribs broken. This happened because of the violence of the abduction.

The incel movement, red pill groups, and manosphere movement are not only evil and reactionary. These movements distract from real issues like poverty, education, foreign policy matters, racism, immigration, etc. These groups believe in the old school lies of stereotyping, generalizing, and showing hatred of women for the sake of profit, ego, control, and advancing a distorted view of masculinity. These movements believe in the old lie that feminism itself (not the oligarchy or the system of oppression) is responsible for the suffering of many poor and working-class men. Feminism just means equality, regardless of sex or background. A real man doesn't need to degrade, lie, and demonize women to respect women. Leaders of these movements have increasingly been rejected by the people and have been filled with scandals like Andrew Tate, Myron Gaines, and other people who spew sexist nonsense. The truth is that men and women do have differences, and we can unite to solve problems. That is better than pitting women and men against one another. We know for sure that many incels and sexist extremists have been violent towards women beyond just extreme rhetoric. Many manosphere types exploit the insecurities of some men with low self-esteem as a means to brainwash them to follow their sexist agenda. Men, who are suffering, need counseling, therapy, resources for self-improvement without incel talking points. Women deserve total equality and justice as well. So, we have to clear to stand up for the truth, hold incels accountable, improve our society, stand in favor of the rights of women, and promote positive manhood that deals with building up society and caring for humanity in an altruistic fashion.

Early January 2026 Updates.

On Monday, there will be the U.N. Security Council emergency meeting about Venezuela. Trump has recently said that he wants to seize Greenland which is lunacy. The wife of Stephen Miller (a Trump aide) who is Katie Miller posted a social media picture of Greenland paints with the colors of the United States flag. That is wrong and disrespectful. Obviously, Trump wanted the oil resources of Venezuela as said by him. Trump doesn't care about real democracy or humanitarianism in Venezuela. I don't agree with Maduro's authoritarian policies, but the rule of law dictates that people must respect international and national law. We shall see what the interim leader of Venezuela will do.

A lot of news is coming out in this historic day. Maduro and his wife are in America at the Stewart Air National Guard Base. They are arrested, they will take biometric fingerprints, be medically checked, and they will go to a law enforcement facility in New York state. They are federally indicted being accused of working with nacro-cartel members and being involved in drug trafficking (involving cocaine and weapons). It is a remarkable time in our history. This comes after Trump allowed illegal bombings in Venezuela. Trump's press conference is very revealing as he admitted on camera to control the oil of Venezuela and temporarily rule the nation. The hypocrisy is that Trump claim that his action is about fighting the drug trade, but 70% of overdose deaths in America comes from fentanyl (from Mexican cartels). We don't endorse bombing Mexico, but the neo-con mentality is what Trump has embraced. Also, Trump has pardoned former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez who was convicted and sentenced for 45 years for trafficking hundreds of tons of cocaine into America. Trump wants regime change, and he has already threatened Iran too. We don't need the 2 extremes of total isolationism as advocated by some in MAGA or illegal militaristic aggression overseas (as Trump promotes). We need to promote helping out Americans and helping others who are suffering in other nations via diplomacy, foreign aid, investments in helping America's housing (plus cost of living, healthcare, infrastructure, environment, etc.), and forming alliances based on human need, humanitarianism, and altruistic motivations. Trump is wrong for refusing to notify Congress or the American people before doing this. Trump is definitely wrong for violating national and international law in his attacking Venezuela in this fashion.

Thousands of years have passed in human history, and we realize the essential importance of health. We live in a new generation in 2026, so we shouldn't believe in myths revolving around fitness. One myth is that cardio alone will reduce weight. The truth is that cardio is very important (as it can improve physical endurance and cardiovascular health), but cardio is part of the puzzle of developing fitness. People need cardio, strength building exercises, walking at least, and eating healthy nutritious foods are needed to reduce weight. Another myth is that body shaming people in a rude, condescending fashion will inspire people to improve their health in general. People are human beings with emotions and demonizing people never truly causes changes in people. It's a form of plain emotional abuse. Emotionally abusing people is wicked. The reality is that inspiration, real talk, kindness, and promoting determination will cause more positive health results. No one should dehumanize people based upon size as we believe in the Golden Rule (to treat people with dignity and respect irrespective of color, size, gender, ethnicity, race, nationality, or background). So, I live by the Golden Rule in my daily life. Over the course of 20 year alone, society has learned more facts about VO2 levels, peptides, amino acids, anaerobic exercises, aerobic exercises, HIIT, and other components of modern-day health topics. Experts abound in our time who are health experts, and our goal is still the same. We believe in the immutable principle that human improvement mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually will result in manifold blessings in real life. We believe in desiring the best for humanity, and people have the God-given right to be ourselves with humbleness, courage, creativity, a positive personality, diverse interests, and a powerful strength filled modesty (or humbleness and cogent integrity not respectability politics), and unpretentiousness.

One of the most important ages in humanity is 44 and 60, especially at it relates to health. We should all eat healthy at any age, but those 2 ages are key in the aging process of humanity. That is why when people advance the evil of ageism, we should be reminded that we will all (with exceptions of course) will become older at a certain stage in life. At the age of 44 years old, there are massive molecular changes in caffeine/lipid metabolism, muscle, and skin imagery. By 44, your metabolism slows down even further, weight gain comes easier, and muscle loss is more noticeable. By 44, people have a reduced ability to process alcohol and caffeine, potentially causing intolerance. At that age, your collagen in the skin will be less elastic increasing wrinkles and reduced muscle tone. Women may have perimenopause symptoms (mood change, weight gain) because of estrogen dropping. At 44, there are changes in the lip or fat metabolism that can affect heart health. Heart disease is a silent killer.

At the age of 60, more changes come. There is noticeable decline in the human immune system making people more susceptible to illness. The human kidney function and carbohydrate metabolism is less efficient that increases the risk of diabetes and kidney diseases. There is slower neurological processes and cognitive changes. At 60, bone and join health are effect causing a higher risk for osteoarthritis and osteoporosis. There are hormonal changes in 60 like significant drops in estrogen in women and drops in testosterone for men continuing. Now, we can do something about this too. We should eat more whole foods, drink water, and manage carbohydrate intake. People can exercise including strength training which is needed for muscle and bone health. Strength training builds your body's armor or muscles and bones to allow you to look younger, move quicker, and think sharper. Also, folks at any age should have screenings and medical exams (like physicals, dental, eye exams, and age-appropriate immunizations). People can have adequate sleep (being from 7-9 hours. Sleep helps to recharge and heal the human body), manage stress, limit or drink no alcohol, smoke no cigarettes, and monitor heart health (i.e. blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.). So, aging rapidly at 44 and 60 should not cause irrational fear but a sense of preparation to deal with natural aging and live a fruitful life at any age.

I wrote about the religious group of the Jehovah Witnesses many years ago. Now, we live in a new generation, and I know much more about it than years ago. Many people believe that the Jehovah Witness group is just another Christian sect. That isn't the case at all. Back in the day, we knew that JWs didn't celebrate any holidays (they don't even celebrate their own birthdays), they refuse to stand up for the Pledge of Allegiance (refusing to stand is part of the freedom of religion), and some refuse to participate in blood transfusions. The Jehovah Witness theology blaspheme The God of Heaven by denying that Jesus Christ is divine and God in the flesh, and they call Jesus the Archangel Michael. The Watchtower (which is a prominent Jehovah Witness publication) made false prophetic predictions for decades. The founder of Jehovah Witness, Charles Taze Russell, made false predictions as well. Many members of the JWs are in a strict cultural system, some have left the JWs, and some are afraid for them. We shouldn't be afraid as God has given people a spirit of strength to stand up for the truth. In real life, many JWs tried to evangelize me at my home and at other places, but I refuse to believe their faulty views. This work will not only expose the false doctrines of the Jehovah Witnesses, but it will give tools for behavior to compassionately express the truth, so people can leave the Jehovah Witnesses forever and ever.

Unsung athletes are numerous in the longevity of human history. One unsung athlete, being one of the greatest athletes of all time, was Sister Alice Coachman. A lot of people don't know who she is, but she was a legendary human being. She was born and raised in the South to be the first black woman to win an Olympic gold medal. She lived to be exactly 90 years old. For almost one century, she has inspired the whole world with her talent, strength, and a sense of destiny to fulfill her own goals and aspirations. Involving track and field, Coachman loved to perform the long jump in athletic competition. She established a profoundly potent foundation where future black women athletes (and other athletes of every color) have shined like Nicola Adams, Serena Williams, Venus Williams, Jackie Joyner-Kersee, Gabby Douglas, Carmelita Jeter, Dominique Dawes, Simone Manuel, Shelly Ann Fraser-Pryce, Allyson Felix, Melissa Jefferson-Wooten, Simone Biles, Ibtihaj Muhammad, Florence Griffith Joyner, Wilma Rudolph, Syndey McLaughlin, Mo'ne Davis, Noami Osaka, Misty Copeland, and other human beings. At the end of the day, we have purpose in life. The present and the future are genuinely cultivated by the past. So, we honor Alice Coachman as a means to inspire us to move forward during out time in 2026 and beyond into the subsequent future. Alice Coachman was an icon of black culture and black history forever indeed.

Of all of these decades of my life, I never written anything in-depth about professional wrestling. I wrote about basketball, football, track and field, volleyball, soccer, hockey, and the Olympics before. Today, I love to deal with new challenges, and this issue should be discussed for many reasons. One reason is that millions of people globally are fans of professional wrestling from America, Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, Oceania, South America, Canada, etc. Also, I like to write about the diverse cultures of humanity. Professional wrestling relates to a form of theater and entertainment that requires skill, charisma, athleticism, and mock combat. It's an art that many people sacrificed their lives for. Cable channels like A&E, Vice, etc. have done incredible, groundbreaking work in documenting the complex nature (including the highs and lows) of professional wrestling spanning decades. I will write about the elephant in the room too. That is that much of the history of professional wrestling deals with a network of mostly white people for decades (let's keep it real), some people in the industry are racists and sexists (not all), and the culture of professional wrestling can be emotionally straining (as these wrestlers work year round across the world with little time for rest or visiting families and loved ones). There are past legends and modern-day legends in professional wrestling like Macho Man, Ricky Steamboat, Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, John Cena, the Steiner Brothers, etc. You have to be emotionally strong to deal with professional wrestling, and many professional wrestlers are real life wrestlers, athletes, and experts in martial arts and mixed martial arts. For example, we know that Bianca Belair had done track and field and basketball, Jade Cargill played basketball in Florida, Lola Vice was involved in Bellator as an MMA fighter, we know that Blackman is a trained martial artist, and we know that Kurt Angle and Brock Lesnar are legitimate wrestling championships. In professional wrestling, there are storylines, gimmicks, babyface, heels, kayfabe, and other terminology. In our time, more people understand many of the unsung wrestlers from back in the day and today. Professional wrestling is a scripted performance with predetermined winners, but the injuries wrestlers suffer are 100 percent real. You can get hurt in real life with these performances. Therefore, professional wrestling has expanded into a billion-dollar industry that has inspired crowds the world over.

In our black community, we have tons of unsung, heroic, and intellectual giants. One such unsung hero was Anna Julia Cooper who lived from August 10, 1858, to February 27, 1964. She was a multifaceted woman who brought many gifts in the world atmosphere. She was not only in favor of black liberation which is a great thing to pursue. She was an author, educator, sociologist, speaker, black feminist leader, and African American scholar. She was born in the South in North Carolina. From being born enslaved to earning a Ph.D. back decades ago, she accomplished so much in the Earth. Her book of A Voice from the South: By a Black Woman of the South was one of the first works by a black woman to articulate black feminist views. Cooper also promote Pan-African unity and opposed the evil of colonialism. Colonialism is evil, because it is a nefarious philosophy that teaches that one nation has the right to steal the resources and dominate the people of another nation using unjust means. She spoke and studied at many universities, she helped the poor, and her work focused on intersectionality.

I was born and raised in the United States of America for almost 45 years. This year is the 250th year anniversary of the existence of the United States of America. I have the total right to write and analyze my nation of America in a fair, accurate fashion without sugarcoating reality. Now, America is the most powerful nation in human history, the most diverse nation in human history (people of every race, color, nationality, sex, and background live in America for centuries), and we are among the most resilient nations in human history. Many Americans have done the right thing to establish legitimate inventions, to stand up for human rights (in the civil rights, women's rights, labor rights, environmental rights movements, etc.) and shown compassion in the world. Also, many Americans have done evil like enacting slavery, oppression a against BIPOC people in general (BIPOC stands for Black, Indigenous, and people of color), lynching, advancing xenophobia plus sexism, and other atrocities. How do we reconcile the contradiction of America having this mixed legacy of goodness and wickedness? You just show the truth as it is, and you should inspire America to be better than the past and present. America is about Jackie Robinson and Babe Ruth playing baseball. America is about skiing and hiking among hills and mountains. America deals with courage involving the Freedom Riders and anti-Vietnam War activists expressing themselves. The food we eat, the slang that we exhibit, and the honor shown to soldiers who paid the ultimate sacrifice relate to America too. It is important to note that African Americans culturally have a heavy influence in ultimate American culture from music, fashion, inventions, and social justice matters. We have a long way to go to witness America living up to the lofty, sacrosanct ideals of democracy, liberty, equality, and justice. Yet, we have every God given right to fight for those principles constructively in witnessing a future America filled with glory and honor.

Artificial Intelligence: A Blessing or a Threat to Humanity?

After the industrial revolution and the Internet revolution (filled with email, Amazon, Google, smartphone technology, Snapchat, X, IG, Cashapp, etc.), many have wondered about what the future developments would be in the 21st century. That invention will inevitably be artificial intelligence. A.I. has been mentioned in movies like The Matrix back in 1999, cartoons, TV shows, etc. Artificial intelligence has been one of the most controversial realities in human history. Now, we have SOPA making A.I. skits of famous people, both living and those who have passed away. Some consider A.I. to be a blessing in growing efficiency, curing diseases, and developing human lives in positive, multifaceted ways. Other people dispute this notion. These critics of A.I. consider it a threat to human jobs, human creativity, and to humanity itself. With people using A.I.'s ChatGPT to write essays, and A.I. organizing billions and trillions of items of data in a short period of time, we live in a new world that science fiction stories are increasingly becoming reality. Only God knows the complete future until the end of time. What we do know is that our actions now will affect future human generations. Artificial intelligence will constantly evolve into new manifestations, and we have to be careful to use futuristic technology in an ethical fashion. People like me (who are 40+ years old) were alive when Dolly the Sheep was cloned back in 1997. Now, technology is light years ahead today in 2026. So, we have the august responsibility to love our neighbors, defend truth, help people, use technology in the right fashion, and give all glory to the Most High God with sincere devotion.

A.I.'s History

When did artificial intelligence begin? It started thousands of years ago with stories, myths, and a belief that artificial beings can have intelligence or consciousness by a person. People have studied logic and other concepts for a long time.  In the 17th century, Leibniz, Thomas Hobbes, and René Descartes explored the possibility that all rational thought could be made as systematic as algebra or geometry. In the 18th and 19th centuries, Luigi Galvani, Emil du Bois-Reymond, Hermann von Helmholtz, and others demonstrated that the nerves carried electrical signals. Robert Bentley Todd correctly speculated in 1828 that the brain was an electrical network. Camillo Golgi's staining techniques enabled Santiago Ramón y Cajal to provide evidence for the neuron theory: "The truly amazing conclusion is that a collection of simple cells can lead to thought, action, and consciousness." The invention of the programmable digital computer in the 1940s changed the game. Now, a computer is a machine that can use abstract mathematical reasoning in a rapid fashion to establish various outputs. Many scientists from that time onward wanted to create a possible electronic brain. By the 1950s, experimental cybernetic robots were created by William Grey Walter and Johns Hopkins University. AI research began at Dartmouth College in 1956 through a workshop. The workshop became leaders of AI research for decades. The federal government sent millions of dollars to promote artificial intelligence (or making machines as intelligent as human beings). This plan proved difficult. Many people wanted to stop direct funding into research into artificial intelligence by the 1970s. The Japanese government promoted this research in the 1980s. Artificial intelligence grew slowly in the 1990s and early 21st century. By 2017, the transformer architecture existed to create generative AI applications. Since the 2020s, the AI boom existed into the next level with large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT. Today, AI is used for public usage now.  Debates and controversies exist with AI. Many people want legitimate regulations involving artificial intelligence too.

Chat GPT

One of the most unique inventions from the A.I. movement is ChatGPT. It is a generative artificial intelligence chatbot that was created by Open AI. It was released in November 2022. It became very popular in 2024 and especially in 2025. GPT stands for generative pre-trained transformer. The goal of ChatGPT is to create text, speech, and images in response to user prompts. It has been part of the new AI boom. There is an increase of rapid investment in artificial intelligence. OpenAI has its service on a freemium model. People can interact with ChatGPT via text, audio, and image prompts. This device is part of the Cloud computing platforms. ChatGPT has done some good to discover information for people and develop growth intellectually. One issue is that some people may exploit ChatGPT to promote plagiarism in schools and universities, advancing academic dishonesty. Many of the answers from ChatGPT are inaccurate or lacking in serious details. It is based in large language model of LLM technology. It can write information and debug computer ChatGPT can be used for translation and summarization tasks. It can simulate interactive environments such as a Linux terminal, a multi-user chat room, or simple text-based games like tic-tac-toe. In March 2023, OpenAI added support for plugins for ChatGPT that deals with web browsing and code interpretation and external plugins from developers (like Expedia, OpenTable, Zapier, Shopify, Slack, and Wolfam). In December 2024, OpenAI launched a new feature allowing users to call ChatGPT with a telephone for up to 15 minutes per month for free.

In 2025, OpenAI added several features to make ChatGPT more agentic (capable of autonomously performing longer tasks). In January 2025, Operator was released. It was capable of autonomously performing tasks through web browser interactions, including filling forms, placing online orders, scheduling appointments, and other browser-based tasks. It was controlling a software environment inside a virtual machine with limited internet connectivity and with safety restrictions. It struggled with complex user interfaces. In May 2025, OpenAI introduced an agent for coding named Codex. It is capable of writing software, answering codebase questions, running tests, and proposing pull requests. It is based on a fine-tuned version of OpenAI o3. It has two versions, one running in a virtual machine in the cloud, and one where the agent runs in the cloud, but performs actions on a local machine connected via API. In July 2025, OpenAI released ChatGPT agent, an AI agent that can perform multi-step tasks. Like Operator, it controls a virtual computer. It also inherits from Deep Research's ability to gather and summarize significant volumes of information. The user can interrupt tasks or provide additional instructions as needed. In September 2025, OpenAI partnered with Stripe, Inc. to release Agentic Commerce Protocol, enabling purchases through ChatGPT. At launch, the feature was limited to purchases on Etsy from US users with a payment method linked to their OpenAI account. OpenAI takes an undisclosed cut from the merchant's payment. ChatGPT has been used in finance, computer science, education, politics, and other spheres of human endeavors.

New Technologies

Artificial intelligence is controversial, and new technologies involving it have come about all of the time. We now have multimodal AI or the integration of integrating text, image, and voice. There is Agnetic AI or using autonomous, goal-oriented systems. These systems are used in apps every day. We have the GPT-5 and Google's Gemini that deals with complex reasoning, creativity (with video generation with Sopa), personalized services, and automated workflows (in finance, healthcare, and logistics). We are still debating its usage, as there are ethical considerations and more human/robot collaboration. Veo 3 can now create more realistic videos. Gemini 1.5 Pro offers advanced reasoning for coding, science, and complex problem-solving. Many people utilize AI in businesses such as Disney, Roblox, and banking for faster content creation, workflow automation, marketing, and data analytics. In our time, we have Edge AI or processing data directly on devices like robots for faster responses (this is seen in Amazon's warehouse robots learning tasks without constant human programming). There is Quantum AI, which utilizes quantum mechanics for complex computations. AI is controversial. Its defenders say that AI can power drug companies to personalize treatment plans, have automated financial services, create entertainment, and create better robots. There are new AI 3D printing systems or generators. 3D printing has been very popular in the 2010s and the 2020s to create many images using a specialized printer that can create many things from parts of homes to sculptors. Critics of AI say that AI can ruin many jobs in America plus the world, stifle human individual creativity, and could possibly ruin society as we know it. The truth is that artificial intelligence is in its early stages, and A.I. must have regulations. Trump wants A.I. to have nearly no regulations, and I disagree with this view. We should invent new technologies to help humanity, but we should also allow people economic opportunities, as A.I. is not superior to humanity. Humanity is still humanity.

Debates on Morality

Artificial intelligence (A.I.) has been debated for years now. Some people, who oppose A.I., disagree with it for numerous moral reasons. Some believe that A.I. will corrupt humanity morally, strip jobs from the American people (causing economic turmoil), and eliminate a lot of innate human creativity. A.I. with SOPA now has recreated images and the speaking voices (plus mannerisms) of Tupac, Biggie, Muhammad Ali, Michael Jackson, Bruce Lee, Fidel Castro, and other famous human beings to put them in various social scenarios. These social settings can be like professional wrestling events, going to the store, using inspirational quotations, driving in a car, etc. Some estates or relatives of celebrities (whose images are used in A.I.'s SOPA devices, etc.) have threatened to sue those involved in such technology that takes the likeness of these celebrities without explicit permission. Many of the SOPA images do look bizarre and some of the storylines in SOPA AI systems are disrespectful in my view (like one SOPA video mocking the shooting of Tupac Shakur and Suge Knight). Artificial intelligence has been criticized for replacing many jobs from factory occupations to corporate spaces. There are defenders of artificial intelligence who feel that A.I. is highly profitable economically that can innovate more technological growth. Some people want A.I. to be utilized for more lucrative business ventures. The A.I. advocates view artificial intelligence as a great method to construct buildings faster, to develop products more efficiently, and reduce error in production in general. What is the truth? The truth is that artificial intelligence must have legitimate regulations to it. Trump wants states to have no regulations to A.I., and I disagree with him. A.I. with no regulations whatsoever will cause economic and social problems. Also, that reality can create environmental chaos (as some A.I. data centers have polluted waters in the world now. That is why I believe that A.I. data centers should be banned, as it has caused water pollution, air pollution, and even increasing rates for people having various cancers. So, artificial intelligence will be discussed vigorously in the years and decades to come.

Future Predictions

Many people have predicted the future of A.I. technologies. Many researchers mention the rise of AI Agents to plan, reason, and show complex tasks without much human oversight. They can work in HR or even customer service. More clouds and AI are being placed more frequently in smartphones, airports, and other places. Unfortunately, there will be unfortunately more job displacements in data entry, customer service in some places, and some coding. There will be the development of more humanoid-like robots in the near future by 2030. Futurists predict that thousands of robots can be deployed in homes, factories, warehouses, etc. Space technology definitely will use AI technology as scientists want humans to travel to the Moon, Mars, and beyond. Many researchers believe that the development of AGI or Artificial General Intelligence will match or exceed human cognitive abilities between 2029 and 2040. Some futurists like the controversial Ray Kurzweil believe that humans can merge with AI via brain implants or enhanced intelligence by 2045. Ray believes in the concept of transhumanism or humans merging with machines to be "perfected." Obviously, I reject the agenda and philosophy of transhumanism because of the obvious reason. We don't need human beings to merge with machines completely or place all of our consciousness in digital devices to have life fulfillment. Human life fulfillment can exist by the basic things of a touching a loved one with consent, of helping your neighbor, of appreciating the glory and beauty of Nature, of acknowledging the God of Heaven with glory and reverence, of respecting the essence of integrity, and following equality and justice for all.

A.I.'s Influence

The influence of artificial intelligence is everywhere now. A long time ago, people were inventors and scholars who worked in mathematics, science, and other spheres of human endeavor. Many of the ancients were very intelligent human beings who developed algebra, calculus, and other scientific methods to create architecture, improve medicine, and raise the standard of living among the human race. Now, we live in a new time in the 21st century. Human beings now can go into space, create international communication via the Internet, Skype, Zoom, etc. We can also use 3D printing to manufacture items in a shorter period of time than centuries and millennia ago. Today, we have artificial intelligence. It has been talked about and theorized for thousands of years. Now, with the computing services growing since the end of World War II, A.I. has grown in leaps and bounds. A.I. has been controversial. Its opponents view it as job-crushing, as being the heralding of the Mark of the Beast (among many religious people) and having a crippling effect on individual human creativity. Those, who support artificial intelligence view as it way to improve health, increase economic productivity, and being used to increase the power of analytics in the world. What is necessary is to realize that technology evolving in each generation is inevitable. That is how world history and human nature works. For example, we went from the Gutenberg movable type to emails. We went from the horse and carriage to planes and jets. Likewise, we have to realize that we need legitimate regulations on artificial intelligence. Nihilism is not an option. Regulations that are used in the proper way can protect human lives and improve our societies in general.

Conclusion (for Winter 2026)

The end of this Winter 2026 series has made it very clear to the audience (who are reading these words) that truth is important to accept and advance. It matters. We live in a time when disinformation is abundant, but the truth is superior to lies. The truth is that many of Trump's policies are evil like: his promoting of banning birthright citizenship, his elimination of legitimate environmental regulations, his usage of the U.S. military to illegally occupy American cities (i.e. in Washington, D.C., Chicago, Los Angeles, etc.), his expression of the racist remark about Somali people (in calling them "garbage"), his regressive tariff policies (in making items more expensive for people to spend on including farmers), his agenda to attack black museums that accurately expose slavery and the viciousness of white racism at it relates to American history, him glorifying authoritarians in the globe, and his attacks on the freedom of speech (in trying to get hosts off the air for expressing dissent with Trump's policies). Also, it is important to reject bitterness and revenge. Many people want to disagree with Trump to advance hatred for the sake of hatred. I oppose that view. We disagree with the views of Trump advance hope, solutions, and goodness in the Universe. We must always be vigilant to advocate for liberty, justice, and freedom for all. As the late icon Ruby Dee has said:

"You can't be all you are meant to be if you think you are better than others, and you can't be all you are meant to be if you think you are less than others, either."

-Ruby Dee

In that sense, we will live a more blessed life. The U.S. Capitol replaced the statue of Robert E. Lee with the teenage civil rights icon Barbara Rose Johns. This reality shows that activism doesn't discriminate based upon age. Young and old have historically been heroes to confront injustice, to stand up for righteousness, and to praise the same Lord who gave us all life in this Universe. This happened on Tuesday. Barbara Rose Johns was a Virginia high school student who protested Jim Crow apartheid. The unveiling ceremony of the statue represented my state of Virginia. It took place in Emancipation Hall with both Republicans and Democrats from Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson, Democratic Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Republican Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin, and Virginia's congressional delegation and Democratic Governor elect Abigail Spanberger. More than 200 members of Johns' family were there at the location. People sang songs like How Great Thou Art, A'int Gonna Let Nobody Turn Me Round, and Total Praise. These songs were performed by the Eastern Senior High School choir from Washington. Johns was an icon of the freedom movement in America, showing that liberty and justice for all is a prerequisite for a truly just society.

In our generation, we have to give Melissa Jefferson-Wooden her flowers. She made so much track and field contributions in 2025 alone, that she is a living legend now in our culture. She is a five-time World Champion and the reigning World Champion in the 100m and 200m women's races, having won both titles at the 2025 World Track and Field Championships in Tokyo. In that same 2025 Championship, she achieved the sprint triple in winning gold in the 100m, the 200m and the 4 X 100m relay race. She is the first American to do so and only the 2nd woman to do so after Shelly Ann Fraser-Pryce did that feat in 2013. Jefferson-Wooden's 100m time of 10.61 makes her the 2nd fastest American woman of all time in the 100m event and is a Championship record. Jefferson-Wooden won the bronze medal in the 100m at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France, and in that same Olympics, she won gold in the 4 X 100m relay race.  She is now 24 years old and being part of Generation Z. Therefore, the torch has been passed from Allyson Felix (and ShellyAnn Fraser-Pryce including Carmelita Jeter) to the new generation of track and field athletes like Melissa Jefferson-Wooden. She won the NCAA Indoor 60m Championship in 2022. She is living a blessed life with her husband Rolan Wooden II in Florida. The wedding ceremony had Isaiah Likely as the best man and Twanisha "Tee Tee" Terry as the bridesmaid, with fellow Olympics Sha'Carri Richardson, Kenny Bednarek, and Christian Coleman in attendance. So, we shall see more achievements by Melissa Jefferson-Wooden in the future, especially as the future Summer Olympics in 2028 in Los Angeles approaches. She is the Jackie Joyner-Kersee Female Athlete of the Year (in 2025). Jefferson-Wooden ended 2025 undefeated in the women's 100m which is an outstanding accomplishment. She is just getting started.

This time is the 5th year after the tragedy of the horrendous January 6th insurrection. We have to remind the people of this occurrence, because we can never forget how vicious evil is. Also, we must use constant vigilance in promoting justice in our society. This event was a far-right terrorist attack against American democracy plainly speaking. These terrorists invaded the United States Capitol building for the purpose of desiring to end our freedoms as we know it. These Trump supporters, who were involved in the January 6th insurrection, were made up of anti-Semites, racists, far right extremists, and other wicked people who were angry that Joe Biden won the 2020 election. Prior to this, Trump promoted the lie that he won the 2020 election. His case went to the U.S. Supreme Court to advance this deception, and the Supreme Court made sure to mention that Biden won the election. There were many false prophets who predicted a Trump victory in 2020, and they were wrong. The insurrectionists were not true Christians or followers of morality. They were deranged, calculated, bigoted, and reprehensible characters who wanted to destroy America completely. It was a mob of thugs who wanted a coup d'etat against America. Trump at a January 6th rally at noon in 2021 said that his supporters must fight against the election results. He said that: "If you don't fight like h___, you're not going to have a country anymore." By this time, Congress was already starting the electoral vote count. Thousands of Trump supporters were at the U.S. Capitol. Many of them were armed. They walked to the Capitol, and the hundreds of them breached police perimeters. They illegally came to the U.S. Capitol.

Many of the terrorists were members of the Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers militia groups. There were neo-Nazis, neo-Confederates, and other terrorists. These people waved the Confederate flag and neo-Nazi flags on Capitol grounds for the first time in American history. January 6th was the time when it has been the only attempted coup d'etat against the federal government in American history. These terrorists wanted to overthrow the government to allow Trump to have another term in office. The FBI estimated that about 2,000 to 2,500 people entered the Capitol during the attack. The insurrectionists did vandalism and looting. Some used the bathroom on purpose in the Capitol floor. They assaulted Capitol Police officers and journalists. One U.S. Capitol officer said that some of the terrorists called him the n word. Some illegally came into the officers of then House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and other Congress members. Members of Congress had to evacuate the Capitol. The insurrectionists occupied the empty Senate chamber. Pipe bombs were found in the RNC and DNC headquarters. Trump delayed his response. Then, he told the terrorists to go home in peace. By the evening, National Guard troops came to stop the mob. Many of the mob wanted to hang Mike Pence, because Mike Pence wanted to approve Biden being the winner of the 2020 election. Many Congressional leaders and Mike Pence were almost killed by the insurrectionists. By the early morning of January 7th, 2021, the electoral vote continues, and Mike Pence declared the final electoral vote count in favor of President elect Biden. Trump was impeached a 2nd time, and massive National Guard troops existed to allow President Biden to have his inauguration on January 20, 2021. About 1,060 people were sentenced, and then Trump pardoned January 6th insurrectionists, including those convicted of violent offenses. Trump doing that shows his treason as Oath Keepers, Proud Boys, and Three Percenters are evil organizations devoid of virtue. Biden gave pardons to all members of the House Select Committee that investigated the January 6th attack, including staff and the officers who testified (as Biden believed that Trump might retaliate against these people). We must be in favor of good, and January 6th will always show us the necessity to stand up against reactionary extremism and be in favor of justice and equality for all.

A lot of things have changed, and it important to recognize the good news in the world. The reason for this is that we all have gifts in the world. We all have purpose, and when a person does something legitimate to help humanity, that act should be praised wholeheartedly. In our time, Colorado funded free meals for children in public schools by closing the tax loopholes given to the super wealthy, many cities have stopped AI data centers (that can harm the environment), New Mexico is the first state in America to fund universal child care that will save tons of money for families, New York state passed a law to ban landlords from colluding together to increase the prices of rent, Oregon signed a law to ban equity firms from controlling medical clinics and practices, and consumer protection laws (they are found in Virginia, Nevada, Connecticut, Colorado, Massachusetts, etc. ending hidden junk feeds) have grown all over the United States of America. Starbucks workers and other workers have protested for adequate labor rights. In private, religious groups, private organizations, and other charities have used their time to give suffering people food, shelter, and other resources to survive without ego or fanfare. To this day, there are tons of unsung heroes who made a positive difference in the lives of humanity, because they have a sincere love of almsgiving and treating their neighbors with dignity and with respect. We will continue to do our duty to improve our land and help people globally.

It is important to show more of the good news going on in the world too. Dr. Alexandra Bastiany became Canada's first black woman interventional cardiologist. He broke down barriers in heart care and has inspired future medical leaders. She has worked in Ontario to show that diversity and excellence go hand in hand. The music icon Candi Staton has received her first Grammy nomination in the album category for "Back to My Roots." She is 85 years old now. The civil rights activist of Tennessee Mrs. Rosetta Miller-Perry opened her own newspaper in Nashville, Tennessee called The Tennessee Tribune in 1992. She wanted to show African Americans about the positive things going on in the black American community. She is a U.S. Navy Veteran, being married, and is a mother of three children. She graduated from the University of Memphis in 1956. She created the Anthony J. Cebrun Journalism Center with support from Dell Computer. She received the National Newspaper Publishers Association (NNPA) Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019. She is in her 90s fighting for justice for our community. Michelle Alexander was a civil rights attorney (being Stanford educated) who exposed the incarceration state and continues to advocate for freedom. Clemson gymnast Brie Clark is the first NCAA athlete to successfully land a skill named after Simone Biles. This move is called The Biles. Janice Pettyjohn is the first woman hired for a full-time football position at Howard University, serving as assistant director of football operations and director of on campus recruiting at just 22 years old. She earned a degree in sports medicine and a minor in sociology.

One valuable thing to remember is to always reject cynicism. There are those on the wrong path of history who desire to harm our democracy, rig our economy, pollute our planet, and promote hatred for the sake of hatred. Yet, we have to continue to keep moving forward to defend truth. We should never give up as our ancestors never gave up on us when they were enslaved, brutally harmed, and families separated during the time of the Maafa and slavery. Those events didn't exist a long time ago. My paternal 2nd great grandparents and my maternal 4th great grandparents were slaves in America. That was less than 200 years ago. Today, there has been over five decades of the explosion of wealth inequality and many people not trusting American institutions because of corruption and infiltration of those institutions by corporate interests. The oligarchy is outnumbered by us, and we can fight back (in using constructive, peaceful means) to improve our society too. Always, we will defend a living wage, guaranteed health care, the right to join a union, the right to vote, the right to have the choice to start a family on our own terms, the right to live without gun violence, and the right to improve our environment. Those of us who are over 40 years old have seen a lot in our days. We have witnessed Reagan's Presidency, the LA Rebellion of 1992, the original Dream Team, the Waco event, the 1996 Olympics, the burning of the black churches during the mid to late 1990s (those of us who lived in the 1990s know exactly of these events and many people rebuilding churches to combat bigotry), 9/11, the Iraq War, the two terms of President Barack Obama, COVID-19, the January 6th insurrection, and the 2026 U.S. government removal of Maduro from Venezuela. Of our time on this Earth, we have to promote strength, advice, encouragement, and wisdom to the younger generation (or the babies). Many of these babies never even seen the 20th century, but we have seen the 20th century in full display. So, we have to allow the younger people to express their talents to the world and fight the good fight with their own style or flavor with zeal and a passion for the truth. Also, we should always respect the older and younger generations of human beings. We are born on this Earth to learn, to grow, to live life, to love, and to help our neighbors. There is that light at the end of the tunnel in life. Our expectations should not exist in the realm in the appeasement of folks who hate us. Our validation only comes from within from the Creator God who gave us the privilege of living life on this Earth. Selah and Amen.
