The Czar Cass Sunstein is at it again. He is the regulatory czar. He defended the possbility of removing organs from terminally ill patients without their permission. Cass is known for pushing for the removal of organs from deceased people who didn't explicitly consent to becoming an organ donor. Sunstein and co-author Richard Thaler co-authored the 2008 book called "Nudge: Improving Decisions about Health, Wealth, and Happiness. They discussed many legal scenarios pertaining to organ donation. The book showed one possibility that Sunstein called as "routine removal." It causes the state to own the rights to body parts of people who are dead or in certain hopeless conditions. It can remove their organs without asking anyone's permission. "Though it may sound grotesque, routine removal is not impossible to defend," wrote Sunstein. "In theory, it would save lives, and it would do so without intruding on anyone who has any prospect for life." Sunstein believe that this approach is done without asking anyone permissing. So, he wants to remove organs from dead patients who are not registered as organ donors. Spain and some EU countries are debating accepting the law of implied consent. Sunstein believes that all citizens should be mandatorily register as an organ donor or as unwilling to donate their organs. Mandated choice in organ doning is a violation of individual liberty. Cass Sunstein is so-pro-abortion that he believe that the government should be required to fund abortion in cases of rape or incest (as found in his 1993 book called "The Partial Constitution"). "I have argued that the Constitution ... forbids government from refusing to pay the expenses of abortion in cases of rape or incest, at least if government pays for childbirth in such cases," Sunstein wrote. He disagrees with funding childbirth alone. He supports forcing taxpayers to fund abortion if they morally object to it. So, he's a piece of work.
Vaccinations involving H1N1 is being protested by a group of nurses in New York state. They believe that mandatory vaccinations is a violation of their civil rights when they are threatened to be fired if they refuse to take the swine flu vaccine. The nurses are based at Albany Medical Center said that they have been told they will face of week of suspension without pay, followed by termination if they don't get both the H1N1 and the seasonal flu vaccines by the end of October. The New York mandate forces all health care workers to get the vaccinations before the end of Novemember. The nurses say that they don't believe the vaccines are effective as achiving a good level of hygeiene in preventing the flu. They also state the possible side effects outwight any benefits noting the fact that the H1N1 vaccine has been rushed through testing and production. “I have had more staff that have become ill after the flu vaccines this year than coworkers that have actually come down with the illness,” Lorna Patterson, one of the nurses, told News 10 wten in Albany. The nurses' lawyer is Terry Kindlon. Terry sad that the government is forcing nurses to do something when it doesn't question the vaccine's effectiveness. To say that if you refuse a shot or you're on the street is fascism plain and simple. The party say that their lawsuit will be filled with NY Supreme Court before the end of the week. This is the 2nd high profile lawsuit filed so far by healthworkers over mandatory vaccination.s The Washington State Nurses Association filed a federal lawsuit against MultiCare Health System for instituting the policy at both Tacoma General and Good Samaritan hospitals. Nurses nationwide are standing up against government intimidation to take the swine flu shot. The vaccine isn't properly tested. It has mercury, squalene, and other bad additives that can harm human beings.
Arnold Schwarzenegger is known as a liberty suppressor. Like the Nazis, authoritarians fear an armed people. California Governor Schwarzenegger have a scheme to force all law abiding gun owners in the state to submit data to be inserted in a database when they purchase ammunition. This policy is against the Constitution and the Bill of Rights as found in the 2nd Amendment. Arnold admitted in the documentary of Pumping Lion that he admired Adolf Hitler. The produce of the film George Butler, considers Schwarzenegger a "flagrant outspoken admirer of Hitler." His father was a Nazi. Butler said that he had seen Schwarzenegger playing Nazi marching songs from long playing records in his collection at home. He pretended to be an S.S. officer by clicking his heels, etc. according to Builter. Later, Arnold in 2003 had no choice but to say that he despises Hitler. He wore a belt buckle bearing the SS Totenkopf, which is a Nazi SS insingia. Michael Bloomberg and Arnold showed their hate for the Second Amendment when they appeared on the covert of Time Magazine on June 25, 2007. Schwarzenegger proudly displayed the death’s head buckle a few months ago at the CeBIT 2009 IT conference in Hanover, Germany. His Nai father was named Gustav. Gustav voluntarily applied to join the Nazi Party in 1938 when it was illegal in Austria. He apllied to be apart of the Sturmabteilung, the Nazi paramilitary wing, on May 1, 1939. He was a Hitler-worshiping brownshirt voluntarily. Arnold invited Austrian President Kurt Waldheim to his wedding in 1986. This was after the former UN Secretary General Waldheim fought in a German army commando accused of atrocities. Schwarzenegger's AB 962 is against gun rights. Stephen P. Halbrook proves in his own words that: "...After five years of repression and eradication of dissidents, Hitler signed a new gun control law in 1938, which benefited Nazi party members and entities, but denied firearm ownership to enemies of the state...." The Nazi stole firearms against their political enemies and Jewish people. The Nazi Weapons Law of 1938 repealed a Law on Firearms and Ammuniition of April 13, 1938 according to JPFO (or the Jews for the Perservation of Firearm Ownership). The 1928 law was created to curb gang violence and street fights among Nazi party and Communist party thugs. The 1938 law registered firearms even the 1928 law did that. In California, people will go through hoops to just own a gun which is apart of the Constitution. Ironically, Schwarzenegger was pro-Nazi and Nazis love extreme gun control. The Nazis murdered millions of people. The truth is that gun control didn't prevent the Nazis from harming Germany and it can't stop all crime all of the time. History proves that.
A Pennsylvaina school targets a student with a "Abortion is not Health Care" T-Shirt. That's wild since it's a violation of the student's free speech rights. This school is a middle school. The student wore the T-Shirt at Crossroads Middle School in Lewisberry. The school ordered the student to remove the shirt on the day President Obama's public address to students. The school officials believed that the shirt was "inappropriate" and it might insult somebody. This is inspite of the fact that the school allows students to wear other shirts with other potentially offensive messages. The Alliance Defense Fund attorneys filed a lawsuit in federal court last week against the West Shore School District for prohibiting the student from wearing the shirt. "Pro-life students shouldn't be censored for their views,” ADF Senior Legal Counsel David Cortman told LifeNews.com on Monday. It's unconstitutional for school officials to prophibit a student's message on the premise that someone might not like it. Schools allow students to show a variety of messages on their shirts without any concerns. The student was singled out though his shirt caused no disrpution whatsoever (as within the bound of free speech). The student wore his shirt to express his religious viewpoint on abortion and did so without incident until his fifth period teacher sent him to the principal's office to see whether the shirt was "appropriate." The student turned his shirt inside out. ADF attorney are challenging 2 school district policies. One policy bans speech that promotes supremacy of a particular religious denomination (in student expression). The other is a “dress and grooming” policy that prohibits “clothing which creates a hostile educational environment or evidences discriminatory bias or animus” or displays “inappropriate words.” “These are highly unconstitutional policies that demonstrate that there’s a widespread need for schools to be educated about the First Amendment. Under the current wording, a student could actually be prevented from saying that his beliefs are true,” Cortman explained. The ADF believes that officials have unrestricted discretion to see what speech violates the policies. They clearly singled out this student's pro-life speech and illegitimately censored it. ADF-allied attorney Randall Wenger with the Independence Law Center in Harrisburg is assisting with the case, E.B. v. West Shore School District, filed October 5 with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
There is another czar with controversy. Kevin Jennings is the safe schools czar. President Barack Obama defended him at the annual dinner at the pro-homosexual support group of Human Rights Campaign. He wants to promote a federal hate crimes bill when laws exist that make it illegal to violently harm anyone for any reason. Barack Obama says that he wants equality for all people, which is honorable. He wants discrimination to cease and not fire people just because they are homosexual. Yet, equality should never be an excuse to suppress the free speech rights of people that disagree with you. Jennings is the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission nominee. Jennings have had controversy over his statements and actions from the past. Jennings told a 15 year old student to keep quiet about being sexually abused by an older man. That's pedophilia. Jennings was the founder of the Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network, which lobbies for homosexual activities in public schools. The Bible is clear to call homosexuality a sin. Jennings also wrote the foreword for a book called "Queering Elementary Education: Advancing the Dialogue about Sexualities and Schooling." I don't believe in teaching explicit sexuality in public schools without parental permission. I certainly don't agree with teaching children explicit sexuality in elementary school. Jennings told people in a NY Church on March 20, 2000 that people who disagree with his agenda needs to Drop dead. That certainly isn't a representation of tolerance. Jennings supports Harry Hay, who was a Communist and Hay supported NAMBLA (which supports pedophilia). Fedlblum could be nominated as commissioner of the EEOC. She supports the ACLU and clerked for Supreme Court Justice Harry A. Blackman (who help authored the Roe v. Wade decision. That decision federally sanctioned abortion in America). She praised polygamy and wants to change social mores in America. She's Jesuit trained as she worked with Georgetown University. The lesson here is that bigotry and unfair discrimination against anyone for any reason is wrong. All humans deserve equal rights. Yet, people have a right to disagree with certain lifestyles and not have children to be forced indoctrinated of certain principles without their permission.
