How can you fight the Fed if you propose more freemarket and deregulation, the reality is you empower them. because the same robber barons funded and founded the austrian economic Schools it's no surprise that Mises is also defending them, like Llew Rockwel, people that cooperated or support Ron Paul. So this is exactely what the robber barons wanted. a system is created of supposed opposition but it empowers the very same people that are told to fight. So logically that government is the eternally sworn enemy, that is what the robber barons said, just go back what the robber barons said, they wanted less government and privatization of the state, lots of articles in Mises or the Austrian School also show this.. Fact is it is harder to control corporate governance than pure government. You have a say in pure government ( government without or with less corporate ties or puppets) , or you can manage to obtain it, you can't with private corporates, certainly not with the size of today.
Government is full with corrupt people today, almost everybody agrees about this, but corruption is a result of conflict of interest and corporate ties and that is a result of deregulation and privatization and not because of regulation and "firewalls" between corporatism and government. So how do you want to fight the Fed as Austrian school if your funded and founded by the same people that own it and how is it that deregulation, privatization and less government will be a solution out of this when corporatism is in control and sits on government today and donates money to political candidates? You rather hand over the last remaining power of government that is not infected or dominated by this system yet.
