Uncertain Economic and Political Times

Jesse Ventura believes in a 9/11 stand down order and 9/11 truth. He wrote his new book entitled, “63 Documents the Government Doesn’t Want You to Read.” He’s the former Minnesota Governor. This book presents previously classified official government document. Each one describes about the lengths the government goes to cover up its secretive, controversial or at times criminal actions. Ventura found one document that stands apart from the rest. It’s easy to witness that the 9/11 attacks led into the dangerous interventionist U.S. foreign policy that deals with preemptive military action that has transcended administrations and political paradigms. This document existed just 2 months before 9/11. Then Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld witnessed a significant change to DoD procedures for dealing with hijacked aircraft, making it the personal responsibility of the Defense Secretary to issue intercept orders. Commanders in the field were stripped of all authority to act. The document is called, “Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instruction CJCSI 3610.01A). It was created for the purpose of providing “…guidance to the Deputy Director for Operations (DDO), National Military Command Center (NMCC), and operational commanders in the event of an aircraft piracy (hijacking) or request for destruction of derelict airborne objects.” It came out in June of 2001. The new instruction was signed by S.A. Fry (or the Vice Admiral, U.S. Navy and Director, Joint Staff) superseded previous procedures put into place in 1997. This document says that: “…In the event of a hijacking, the NMCC will be notified by the most expeditious means by the FAA. The NMCC will, with the exception of immediate responses as authorized by reference d, forward requests for DOD assistance to the Secretary of Defense for approval.”
Reference d refers to Department of Defense Directive 3025.15 (Feb. 18, 1997) which allows for commanders in the field to provide assistance to save lives in an emergency situation — BUT any requests involving “potentially lethal support” (including “combat and tactical vehicles, vessels or aircraft; or ammunition”) must still be approved by the Secretary of Defense. On 9/11, no such intercept orders were issued to NORAD. 3 of the 4 hijacked airliners were able to hit their targets with precision accuracy. This paved the way for the modern military crusade in the Middle East and now in Africa. Jesse Ventura’s book analyses the document or the 9/11 stand down order. He wants to figure if this was a part of a deliberate plot to prevent the U.S. military from responding in a timely fashion to defend America from the most deadly attack in its history. His book has a lot of information. Ventura wants more whistleblowers to come forward. Over 16 million documents are called top secret by the government. Ventura criticized the Obama administration for being aggressive in trying to crack down on whistleblowers. He is right to expose the USA Patriot Act as harming our civil liberties or freedom after 9/11. He wants the Supreme Court to make the law void since it supersedes the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Dennis Kucinich wants to eliminate the Federal Reserve. This is similar to the work of Stephen Zarlenga and the American Monetary Institute to delete the Federal Reserve. There are those who desire to end the FED, but don’t drink from the Ron Paul Kool Aid of Austrian Economics. There should be an end of fractional reserve banking and the use of public free notes as legal tender. Karl Denninger is even talking about Bill Still on this issue. Ron Paul and his allies want a gold standard, which was the original 1913 Federal Reserve Act (or free market currencies that even Adam Smith debunked back in 1776). The Austrians scream about fiat money in protesting soft currency when both hard currency and soft currency can be fiat money by decree. The bill wants to end fractional reserve banking and require banks to only lend what they have held in reserves without deposits. Commercial banking would be cut into size. However, they wouldn’t be completely at a loss since they could increase their reserve requirements by selling their bonds to the previous holders of national debt. They also wouldn’t have to worry about bank runs, defaults, deflation, and chronic inflation. The bill wants public free notes instead of fractional reserve ratios. This requires a lot of public debt free notes. The bill wants the national debt to be retired, provides interest free loans, and funds state & local government to develop infrastructure needs. It goes on to make a few other suggestions for spending debt free notes into circulation. There should be a citizen dividend and other ways to distribute debt free notes to replace existing reserve ratios based on debt (and have them uniformly distributed). Some want the bill to reduce or eliminate income taxation and capital gains (other people disagree with this view. Both sides have legitimate arguments either way). Those that want these taxes gone feel that they act like a negative trade tariff on domestic production. The productive increases economic growth and reduced taxation on production can increase that growth according to critics of the income tax. Some want a land value tax, natural resource taxes, property taxes, and sales taxes to fund a citizen divided. Debt free money should be paid or deflation might occur. Wealthy lobbies want the status quo since the status quo (with record low taxation in the super rich and the tax system as it is) benefits them economically. A little inflation is fine, but not too much. Interest bearing national debt is bad. Some feel that financing public debt with inflationary spending without bonds can create a balance budget. Ending fractional reserve and giving the U.S. Treasury the power to print debt free notes can be away to pay off the legitimate national debt (some bond holders can buy bank bonds, so banks can increase their reserves). So, the Austrians want to use the rule of law to allow the bankers to steal the economic growth and allow the bankers via the rule of law to charge those who caused the economic growth interest payments. They assign any intervention that the federal government does (even to stop theft & encourage production) as theft, yet they use the government to support the military. It isn’t a secret that usury, high levels of economic rent, and extreme taxation on labor are big causes of poverty and political turmoil in the Earth. That is why the leaders and prophets in human history opposed usury.

Paul Ryan issued his Budget proposal. He said that he wants financial security in the USA. He said that his proposal will reduce spending by $6.2 trillion over the next decade and reduce the deficit by $4.4 trillion. It also cuts the top income tax rate by nearly a third from 35 percent to 25 percent. A big part of the House Budget Chairman’s plan rests on the assumption that President Barack Obama’s health care law will be repealed. Over the next decade, that would cut $1.4 trillion in spending alone according to Ryan’s budget. These savings wouldn’t go to deficit reduction directly, because Ryan would repeal the elements of health care reform that are aimed at raising revenue or reducing costs. The Wisconsin budget spends less on nearly every major category of the budget. Ryan wants to cut $389 billion from Medicare, the public health insurance program for seniors. In the time, Ryan’s budget puts $735 billion less toward Medicaid, which benefits poorer Americans to afford private insurance. Discretionary spending on domestic programs is also reduced by $923 billion. Two exceptions are security and defense spending and spending on Social Security, the public pension program for the elderly. Both are kept steady and relatively unchanged from Obama’s proposed budget. A draft proposal from Ryan’s House Budget Committee says that under his plan, the national debt would be $1.1 trillion less than it would be over the next five years under Obama’s budget, and would add $3 trillion less to the debt than Obama’s budget proposal over the next decade. Ryan’s budget proposal would bring the debt held by the public to $13.9 trillion by 2016 and $16 trillion by 2021, compared to $15 trillion in 2016 and $19 trillion in 2021 under the president’s proposal. (The full national debt of just over $14 trillion also includes money owed to the Social Security and Medicare trust funds, but the public figure is the one normally used for budget forecasts). Ryan claims that he wants to preserve the social safety net, but this is a bad way of claiming to promote a social safety net. Ryan’s plan has $40 trillion in spending over the next 10 years compared to $34.9 trillion in revenues. Obama would spend $46 trillion in the coming decade while bringing in $38.8 trillion in revenues. So Ryan's plan would still result in the government spending $5.1 trillion more over the next decade than it brings in, but that’s less than the $7.2 trillion in deficit spending that Obama has proposed. There are still debates on spending. Some criticize Ryan’s plan as having tax cuts for the upper echelon of the citizens. Ryan should be at least commended for making a proposal on what to do, yet errors are in his ideas. The reason is that the vast majority of cuts target the poor, elderly, and disadvantaged, but there is little sacrifice for the wealthy Americans. Senate Budget Committee Chairman Kent Conrad, North Dakota Democrat, called Ryan's plan "partisan and ideological." "He provides dramatic tax cuts for the wealthiest, financed by draconian reductions in Medicare and Medicaid. His proposals are unreasonable and unsustainable," Conrad said. "His plan is most troubling because it lacks balance." It’s a lie that we have radical taxation on the rich since the rich have record low taxation. Since Reagan we've been lowering taxes on the well to do. Since Reagan those beneficiaries have ACCELERATED the moving of jobs and manufacturing overseas. That is why populists are right to say that we should give tax incentives to companies that use American labor and built American jobs with tax penalties for corporations that exploit loopholes in an evil way. It’s hypocritical for them or neo cons to cry about entitlement when they support farm subsidies, foreign aid to certain foreign countries, and military spending in the billions of dollars. Historically, the system of trickled down economics never worked to solve our problems in America.  You can’t say I want to cut programs to benefit the poor and middle class, while cut taxes and get rid of the capital gains tax (plus no cuts to the Pentagon) and claim to be for the common man. Republicans ignore the call for fiscal responsibility by lowering taxes again and again with the same results. They ignore the call for fiscal responsibility by enabling corporate welfare. They ignore the call for fiscal responsibility by spending more and more on the Department of War and Security.

The new eugenicists are slicker than yesterday. The next tactics in the coming years and decades involved forced abortion and government funded abortions. Warren Buffett has a new organization to get billionaires to give money to a fund that promotes anti-population policies. Buffett is paying $46 billion into this plan himself. This is supported by Bill and Melinda Gates, Ted Turner, T. Bone Pickens, George Soros, etc. They are putting this money in this fund to promote population control, birth control, and abortion. Warren Buffett is already is giving $150 million a year to the University of California (in San Francisco) to recruit and train abortionists. They create the money by using money in a trust and the interest raise of it deal in the millions of dollars (or profits). The Pro-Life movement doesn’t raise that much money at all. Warren wants to raise $600 million per year. 1 billion dollars is 1 thousand million dollars. You can buy islands, politicians, companies, etc. with that kind of money. These people like Soros, Gates, and Buffet are modern day eugenicists after Rockefeller in our generation. This is a dangerous situation. If this fund that Buffett promotes gets into the real world, then we have to fight harder to end the radical abortion on demand movement. The same eugenics movement is still here. It’s just much more sophisticated than back then. Back then, these eugenics systems were overtly racist and talked about the feeble minded. Now, they promote the same eugenics package with the coating of left cover (with the green agenda, sterilization of people, and population control). There is nothing wrong with helping the environment, but not using dehumanization and evil infanticide tactics as a means to doing so. There is a change that free abortion clinics could exist in the future. The good news is that abortionists are trial for their crimes and abortion clinics are closing down nationwide. The pro-abortion extremists are losing and wasting money on killing fetuses when it could be used to help the poor, help our education services, and help our health care.

Glenn Beck said that he will depart FOX News in his television show. It’s been rumored that he will leave FOX for years. Beck and FOX jointly announced his departure in a statement today according to New York Times. The statement originally appeared on Beck’s website called the Blaze. It was taken down. Representatives for FOX and Beck didn’t explain why according to the Times. One reason might be that Beck’s company called Mercury Radio Arts and FOX clashed often over the content of the show. The statement said Beck and Fox will “work together to develop and produce a variety of television projects for air on the Fox News Channel as well as content for other platforms including Fox News’ digital properties.” It was said that Beck would leave FOX after he ramped up staff, began a subscription based web services, and rumors circulated that he planned to take over a cable television channel. “I truly believe that America owes a lot to Roger Ailes and Fox News,” Beck said in the statement. He also said he would begin a “new phase” with Fox and its chairman Ailes. FOX News had tensions with him when Beck lied and called President Barack Obama a racist with a deep seated hatred for white people. The liberal group called Color of Change managed to convince numerous advertisers to pull out of the show. They included the insurance giant Geico (being owned by Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway), Procter & Gamble, Sargento Cheese, and Progressive Insurance. Beck legitimately exposed Soros, and other extremists on his program. Beck falsely assumed that our a threat from a Left/Right paradigm type of way when our real enemy uses the Left/Right paradigm system in order divide & conquer Americans’ political thinking. Beck will still have ties with FOX, but will probably end his TV show. I don’t agree with the Mormon Glen Beck on every issue, but I do agree with free speech. Also, the establishment left is hypocritical to support bombing civilians in Libya (Afghanistan plus Pakistan), but they oppose the bombing war in Iraq. They legitimate expose the Koch Brothers funding much of the Tea Party movement, but refuse to expose how George Soros is a CFR member & a Bilderberger at all. Now, there should be decentralization of power in the real alternative media. In our lives, we should have our independent organizations and groups promoting the truth and being active to promote civil liberties, justice, truth, and other information.
