Full Quiver Mission

Face the Truth TourNorth Carolina

While four of the Murch children were with Missionaries to the Preborn's Great Lakes Tour, the other five joined Life & Liberty Ministries in a tour in the Fayetteville, North Carolina area. Aaron (23), Ben (21), Evan (12), Elijah (9) and Josiah (8) joined local pastor Johnny M. Hunter, an Operation Rescue veteran who has spent the last 17 years or more trying to get black Christians involved in the battle against baby-killing.
Johnny Hunter preaches to the neighbors and here, to the police, telling them not to be "a harlot and a whore for this murderous institution...let them hire their own people".
Also present were many of our friends and co-laborers from Philadelphia, South Carolina and Virginia. Pastor Hunter turned out a pretty good number of local folks from his church and Christian academy, and the folks got so fired up over this street ministry that they vowed to purchase signs and go out weekly!
Of course, the tour was not without incident. Fayetteville Police tried to enforce a sign ordinance, first restricting the size of the signs, then claiming they had to be "carried".
When our folks proceeded to carry the large signs, not letting them touch the ground, the cops decided that was not good enough. This will be challenged in court.
Children of the local folks hold high their signs in front of the abortuary to be seen by incoming clients.

The largest local crowds turned out at the abortuaries in Fayetteville and Durham. Their zeal was inspiring to veterans who have been trying for years to get local folks active. They brought their children as well.
As always, Linda Beckman of the Philadelphia area was present to pass literature to incoming mothers, hoping to dissuade them from killing their children. Elijah Murch complies with the sign restrictions and takes an old "Life Chain" sign that reads, "Abortion Kills Children".

Of course, Denny Green brought along his Truth Truck, which he sometimes used as a stationary billboard, and sometimes used to cruise the blocks in the neighborhood of the sign display.
We praise the Lord for this excellent 3-day tour which not only reproved and rebuked the wickedness of abortion, and exposed its wickedness for all to see.
But best of all, this tour inspired the hearts of God's followers and put a zeal within them that will not soon be snuffed out. We look forward to helping out Pastor Johhny Hunter and his troops again soon, Lord willing!
