Liberty Under Assault and what to do about it

The Pentagon today are given an extraordinary amount of power these days. The Pentagon was created to handle foreign affairs. Lately, they have increased their power in interfering with the lives of American citizens. One example is how the Pentagon and the military are allowing NORTHCOM to monitor citizens in many capabilites. NORTHCOM is a clear violation of the Posse Comitatus Act of 1876, because it allows the armed forces to perform law enforcement actions. The seperation of police and the military are readily been washed away with the existence of militarized police. Even the CATO Institute have explained that there is a problem with the corruption of SWAT Teams going in and sometimes harrashing innocent peoples' homes. The Pentagon has infiltrated much of the media as explained by a recent New York Times article. FOX News is especially one network that promotes the neo-conservative agenda in terms of their foreign policy. There is also the Feds via Homeland Security conducting a military exercise in Waterloo, Iowa. When people were trying to figure out what the DHS were doing, one guard said to stand across the street from the property. The guard said that they were doing training exercises, but a Homeland Security spokesman would not confirm that. ex-KGB members were members of Homeland Security. The DHS was proposed long before 2001. One architect of the DHS system is John M. Gannon. Gannon was a Catholic priest and a supporter of the Jesuits' Volunteer Corps. Michael Chertoff is the head of DHS now. The first head was Knight of Columbus Tom Ridge. At least one Knight of Malta Emilio T. González is part of the DHS as the Under Secretary of Department of Homeland Security. So, the new world order is much bigger than the Bilderbergers, the CFR, or the Labor Zionists. Although, all of these groups should be exposed including the Vatican/Jesuit connection to globalization and the new world order. Training exercises where the military drives down in neigbhorhoods and acting in getting guns from homes have been occuring in America for years. It's an exploitation of the military and citizens by the leadership of the Pentagon, the neo cons, and the elite. These groups' goals are to promote the same goals of globalism, imperalism, the centralization of the federal government controlling state & local governments, and the continuation of the war on terrorism. What would be a solution? It would be to allow the legislature branch in all levels of government to re-establish the seperation of the military and the state. We should have a bound of the citizen and the soldier, but we shouldn't exploit the soldier or the citizen for evil purposes. I don't believe in scapegoating conservatives or liberals in this crisis. The reason is that we're all responsible for the way our country is. If you want things to change, look yourself in the mirrror and do something about it.

Tasers are a notorious nuisance. Terri Theodore from The Toronto Star on May 10, 2008 exposed tasers some more. Ken Stethem, who is the founder and chairman of Ageis Industries, told the public inquiry into Tasers that Taser International was flawed in creating and deploying the conducted energey weapons. He siad that the taser can create between 100 and 500 milliamps of electricity. Medical experts believe it could only take 100 milliamps to cause the heart to go into a fatal rhythm. He said that medical studies are known that low voltage electrocutions can happen without any visible sign of injury. Dr. Zian Tseng, a San Francisco cardiologist and electrophysiologist said that tasers shouldn't be used in the chest area since that can decrease the risk of arrhythmic death. Tseng also conclude that police shouldn't perform repeat shock to reduce the risk of the heart going into an abnormal rhythm. Deaths by tasers are still happening. There has been an earthquake in Western China. It was so powerful that its power was felt in Beijing, which is where the 2008 Summer Olympics is on. The magnitude was a 7.8. Lee Rogers from Rogue Government at May 9, 2008 wrote about the federal government proposing another bill that wants to legalize stealing computers and other property under the guise of building up "intellectual property laws." It was called the HR 4279 or the Prioritizing Resources and Organization for Intellectual Property Act of 2008 . It was passed by the House. The bill mandates the creation of an Intellectual Property Enforcement Division within the office of the Attorney General. It allows the government to seize your computer if one has an unauthorized mp3 file on its hard drive. That is wrong since you don't steal a computer when the computer isn't a mp3 file in dealing with such cases. Even if it's done once, they want your computer seized as found in section 202 of HR 4279. It creates an office within the executive branch to enforce a law that is impossible to enforce. Lee Rogers compared this bill to the 1980's equivalent version the government having the right to get cassette recorders if they were used in recording a song off the radio. It's true that it would impossible for the government to enforce this law. This is just a token measure to appease the music industry. If the music industry would keep stopping putting out less quality mainstream music (mainstream music now is worse than it was even 10 years ago), then downloads might decrease. Dennis Kucinich and Ron Paul voted against the bill. Suprisingly, the Michigan Liberal John Conyers voted in favor of the bill. Downloading mp3s is not a threat to public health and safety despte what Conyers says. This is unnecessary because a court and individuals ought to handle copyright issues not the federal government trying to pass anti-civil liberty rules.
There has been great controversy about race. For a long time, emotion is apart of the debate. Lately, some try to demonize people of color as not contributing anything to the world. The truth is the opposite. Many people of color like Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, and other made great contributions in history. For example, there was a Meriotic alphabet that existed between ca. 700-300 B.C. That was a Black civilization creating an alphabet system. Timbuktu was a famous capital in Western Africa during the Middle Ages. This city has a prominent university where those from across the world visited to gain wisdom about society. There was the black inventor George Washington Carver who created numerous inventions relating to plants alone. Garrett Augustus Morgan was a great inventor of the automatic traffic signal and the gas mask. Also, Scientists, researchers, inventors, historians, theologians, etc. exist in people across the world in a variety of backgrounds. Therefore, black people have created great benefits to the world. Complex cultures, civilizations, and other components were a real fact of life. They existed in Africa, even in sub-Saharan Africa. So, don't believe that Africa is minute in its impact of the world. I don't agree with racial supremacy of any form. Yet, I'm not naive to believe that all humans are identical. All humans aren't identical and that's the truth. On the other hand, all humans are equal in the sense of all humans having the same worth in the eyes of God and having the capability to achieve a massive amount of intelligence given legitimate oppurtunities and education. All of us have the same worth, we have the same DNA (Scientists find that any 2 humans have only about 0.2% genetic difference even if they are from the same people group. Skin color, eye shape, etc. only about for 0.012% of human biological variation. So, we're more genetically similar than racists realize), and we have the same origin. This doesn't means we bash all white people or have hatred. I acknowledge that many righteous white people existed that are a blessing to world history. They include John Quincy Adams, John Wycliffe, William Tyndale, William Wilberforce, and others. This does mean we acknowledge real righteous people of a variety of colors and ethnic groups. That's why real Black History ought to be learned about. It's a history that describes a definite aspect of the whole human race.

Gun Control and gun confiscation is a worldwide problem, not only an American problems. In Britian, all guns are banned from citizens in 2002. A Youtube clip showed Britians protesting in the streets over their individual liberty being gone. With the gun bans, an increase of crime with guns since the ban was instituted. I guess the Britians are waking up that authorities can't control criminals 100% of the time, therefore citizens should be armed to protect themselves if they want to. It's the real freedom of choice. I believe in the freedom of choice in health, schools, guns, and way of life. Abortion is not a real freedom of choice, because abortion is murder. Abortion is evil and ends the choices that the unborn baby has a right to. The unborn has a right to life. Steven Ertelt from LifeNews.com at May 12, 2008 focused on how a Colorado Pro-Life group is going to submit enough signatures for an Abortion Amendment. This Amendment would define unborn children as persons in state law from the moment of fertilization. They will need 76,047 signatures in order to bring this up on the November ballot. It's an established fact by tons of scientists that human life begins at conception, because at conception human DNA in a zygote (which isn't a sperm nor egg but a merging of both) exists. DNA only exists in life. Only the police have guns in Britian. If you think this can't happen here, it has in some citizens. Washington D.C. bans individual citizens from owning handguns in their homes. Chicago, NY, Philadephia, Baltimore, and other cities have some of the strictest anti-gun laws in the nation. Speaking of New York, Kurt Nimmo from May 10, 2008 described about the Second Amendment and Michael Bloomberg. Michael Bloomberg is known as anti-gun crusader in the 21st century. Now, he wants the federal Judge Jack B. Weinstein to omit any reference to the Second Amendment during a lawsuit against Georgia gun dealer Jay Wallace, who is a propreitor at Adventure Outdoors. Also, he wants to ignore the store's lawyers from arguing that the suit is violating any Second Amendment rights belonging to the gun store or its customers. The civil lawsuit will begin at May 27. Alan Gottlieb from the Second Amendment Foundation called Michael a demagogue for his actions. Gagging words necessary in a case is the essence of an anti-First Amendment mindset. The Second Amendment is under threat more than ever. All 3 Presidential candidates are for gun control even. Nimmo says that Bloomberg's allies provoke lawsuits with legitimate gun dealers by providing false informations on forms then purchasing guns for persons prohibited by law from owning them. Gun control for citizens is silly since if all guns are banned, only criminals will own them. That's proven time and time again. Michael Bloomberg is a billionare, but he's a puppet. He's pictured with George H. W. Bush and Cardinal Edward Michael Egan (who's the religious head of the American Knights of Malta). Bloomberg is a CFR member. Brooke Adams from The Salt Lake Tribune at May 11, 2008 made known that Texas is going to "immunize" the kidnapped FLDS children. I don't agree with the FLDS's theology and I don't agree with polygamy, but these children were in fact kidnapped by the state. All of the mothers weren't even granted an oppurtunity to see their children for any extended period of time. A trial has never occured, yet all of the mothers are treated as guilty before innocent. Our justice system should be innocent until proven guilty. The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services wanted this, yet parents should have right to decline immunization for their children if they want to. Patrick Crimmins, the department spokesman, said that no one is forced inoculations. If that's the case, why does he said that Texas state law requires all children in custody to be immunized. Some vaccinations are dangerous. With the prevelance of flouridation, GM foods, some people not exercising etc. cancer is still a serious problem and 1 in 3 Americans have diabetes. Why aren't the parents given the oppurtunity to make that decision?

Tommy Chong was a subject of a raid that seized 10,000 political DVDs. He questions the official 9/11 story. There is nothing wrong with that because free inquiry that's legitimate is one component of a free society. He compared 9/11 to the JFK assassination in that the truth will take years to come up more publicly. He said that the government allowed the bin Laden to escape the USA during the time when all American flights were suspended in the air. He spoke of government foreknowledge of the attacks, which is easy to prove nowadays. For example
, As Haaretz reported on September 26, 2001, Odigo, the instant messaging service, indicated “two of its workers received messages two hours before the Twin Towers attack on September 11 predicting the attack would happen." Chong doubted that another false flag event would occur in the level of 9/11. The reason is that if that occurs, more people won't buy into the event being just a coincedence without the government knowing about it. Chong said that more government whistleblowers might expose it. The massing of U.S. troops of the borders of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan in the months before the invasion of Afghanistan was another smoking gun refuting the official story of 9/11. Obama now has more superdelegates than Hillary Clinton. It's apparent that Obama will be the next Democratic nominee for the Presidency, except a miracle might happen might occur. Obama is now describing his policy differences with John McCain. That's the way it is. Now, some media picture are picturing John McCain as some conservative like the liberal FOX News commentator Juan Williams. That of course isn't true, because McCain agree with Campaign Finance Reform, which has anti-First Amendment components in it. McCain agrees with global warming hysteria and wants some cap and trade solution, which only benefits bureaucrats and the elite, not poor or middle class Americans (since they suffer the most from these extreme regulations). If you want real environmental solutions, focus on alternative energies, incentives, and investments in communities to build things from the ground up. McCain is notoriously anti-gun despite him wanting to go to the NRA. The NRA notoriously exhibited compromises by agreeing with a gun free zone in schools (I guess security guards and ROTC aren't allowed to have guns in schools in Wayne' world) (even those with conceal carry guns legally) and agreeing with the recent PTSD law passed by Bush. The NRA may have some good members, but the GOA is more intuned with the promotion of individual gun rights. Now, John McCain claims to be against abortion, but he agrees with embryonic stem cells research. The truth is that adult stem cells now including adult stem cells with ESC-like properties exist now where you don't need ESCs at all to help treat or cure diseases. Liberty violations are a constant threat in the USA. Lawrence Taylor from the DUI Blog on May 10, 2008 described on how a man walking his bicycle gets jail time for DUI. This was about a man walking his bike on his own private property. A police officer arrives and cites him for not having headlights. Later, the police officer asks for a breath test and Jeff Brown refuses. Later, he's convicted of DUI when he never drove a vehicle on the road in that time. Brown was solely walking his bicycle. I don't agree with drinking alcohol, but far too often, draconian laws exist for the sake of stopping DUI. Nelson Hernandez, Michael Alison Chandler, and Theola LabbĂ© from the Washington Post Staff at May 12, 2008 described about something wild. They wrote that Maryland is proposing that ankle bracelets for truant are needed for students. In other words, those who skipped class repeatedly are proposed to get ankle bracelets. This is a fundamental violation of privacy, because public schools ought to be voluntarily modes of education. Lately, public schools are a place where self-esteem instead of independent inquiry are promoted. Public schools shouldn't be a tool of complusory Big Brother tactics against those who skipped class. Other punishments should be done to punish those who skipped a lot of classes. The lesson is that we should promote freedom. Liberty is a good thing utilized in the proper way. We should never be afraid of the establishment and other trying to suppress our liberties. As for individuals and the people, we do have a responsibility to help others. We should expose the new world order, eugenics, police brutality, our liberties under threat, and other evils. Good in the end will always prevail against evil.
