Sarah Palin Has Already Sold Out
Posted by Laurence Vance at September 8, 2008 07:47 PM

For those who don't think that Palin "sold out" just by accepting the vice presidential nomination, please read the transcript of her acceptance speech. After talking about challenging the status quo, serving the common good, seeking office and serving for the right reasons, and governing with integrity, goodwill, and clear convictions, Palin made this incredible statement:

"Now, no leader in America has shown these qualities so clearly or presents so clear a threat to business as usual in Washington as Sen. John S. McCain."

And McCain is not the only thing she is deceived about. Palin mentioned her son deploying to Iraq on Sept. 11 of this year "in the service of his country." I fail to see how killing Iraqis and destroying their property in an immoral and unjust war is serving the country.

Yes, Palin is far better than McCain, Obama, Biden, and the rest (and far better looking than Hillary), but how hard is it to be better than those clowns? On the burning issue of the day--the war--she is no different than the rest.

She didn't sell out at all. She was already awful when she walked in the door. It's McCain who sold out. He used to be a thoughtful politician. Just look at the way he spoke of abortion. When the G.O.P. in the 90's and early 00's wanted to outlaw Row vs. Wade, it was McCain who stood up and said "I want you to consider the poor women who would have back ally abortions..." What happened?

I believe John McCain sold out as you say. As for Palin, as mentioned by your own words John McCain once wanted Roe perserved and is against it. What is wrong with eliminating Roe? Nothing, because with Roe it federalizes the abortion issues. Abortions nationwide have gone up not down with the implementation of Roe. Roe supporting child killing aka abortion. Abortion is murder. Also, with the elimination of Roe, back ally abortion won't exist since the states will handle the issue. Some states will have different standards on the issue. Palin is just right on being Pro-Life and Pro-gun, but compromised by aligning with a Pro-war hawk like John McCain.

Abortion is sponsored by the international elite, funded by Planned Parenthood, and is supported by the establishment. That should tell you something. YOu have a right to your views. I have a right to call abortion a crime against humanity.
