All orders for the U.S President originate within 'The City' of London and get handed out by the Royal Institute of International Affairs. This then goes through the Morgan Guaranty Trust & Bank which then goes into the hands of the U.S Secretary of State. Its this persons role to then inform the U.S President of his London masters wishes. Remember every U.S Secretary of State gets chosen by the R.I.I.A in London and have done since 1919.
