Police Taser Naked Old Guy

A 65-year-old man was stunned with a Taser while Manatee County Sheriff's Office deputies were arresting him Sunday after receiving complaints of seeing a naked man walking through backyards. According to a sheriff's office report, a man was seen walking nude through backyards in the 6800 block of Wagon Wheel Circle in the University Park area of the county. When a deputy arrived to investigate, another report that the man was seen entering the screen porch of a home was received. Duncan Kirk, of Coral Court, was found sitting in the screened porch. He attempted to flee and when a deputy attempted to arrest him he began to fight. The deputy sprayed Kirk with pepper spray, and he continued to resist. The deputy had to stun him in the back with the Taser twice before getting the handcuffs secured. Kirk was charged with resisting arrested with violence and loitering and prowling. He was released from Manatee County jail Sunday on his own recognizance.
