Difficult Times and Hope for the Future

NATO is doing their imperalism promoting yet again. Daniel Silva from the AFP on Wednesday, at November 19, 2008 focused on how the NATO chief is calling for more non-US troops in Afghanistan. The NATO chief is named Jaap de Hoop Scheffer. Of course, Jaap believes that these troops are needed to stop Afghanistan from deteriorating into a "safe haven" for terrorists. This is inspite of the fact that Western intelligence created much of the al-Qaeda terrorists in the first place to fight in Afghanistan during the late 1970's and the 1980's. He said that he welcomes Barack Obama's call for more troop levels in Afghanistan. Of course since Obama believes in the war on terror. This isn't real change at all. Now, Jaap de Hoop Scheffer wants more nations to participate in this Aghanistan war endeavor. The NATO secretary general wants all NATO allies to militarily fight in Afghanistan. Last month, Germany preemptively boosted the upper limit on troops it has serving with NATO’s International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan from 1,000 to 4,500. Afghanistan is a notoriously bad war. War crimes were achieved there and even cluster bombs were dropped in Afghanistan. Scheffer said that a political solution is ultimately needed in the war ravaged country. If that's the case, why is he advancing the need for more troops to fight in Afghanistan. Nearly 70,000 international soldiers under NATO are apart of this Afghanistan operation called Operation Enduring Freedom (which is US lead of course). Even now, the Afghan government are offering to have peace talks with Taliban insurgents. Afghan President Hamid Karzai said that he will protect the fugitive Taliban militia leader Mullah Omar if he agreed to peace talks even if this caused a rift among his international partners (since Omar is seen by Washington as an arch enemy. The chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, Admiral Michael Mullen said that conditions are not right yet for talks with Taliban insurgents in Afghanistan). I disagree with Mullen. Talks are always necessary to solve problems in tons of situations.

Many critics from across the political spectrum are expressing outrage about the Wall Street bailout that was created by the U.S. government. David Edwards and Muriel Kane from Raw Story on Wednesday, at November 19, 2008 described about how Naomi Klein classified the bailout as a "multi-trillion dollar crime." The Bush adminstration already handed out almost half of the $700 billion in bank bailout money. It was authorized by Congress, but it hasn't fulfilled the oversight obligations that the law had. Naomi Klein is a liberal and she wrote the book entitled "The Shock Doctrine: The Rise of Disaster Capitalism." She outlined the handling of the bailout as "borderline criminal." The reason is because of the many problems with it. She talked with Amy Goodman (of Democracy Now) to explain her criticisms of the bailout. Klein spoke that real transparency, accountability, and legality is lacking by the non-enforcement of the bailout law. Even Henry Paulson said that this bailout is mostly for the bankers, not the victims of foreclosures at all. Klein said that the banks aren't immediately lending, but banks are getting bonsues and mergers (not to dividends or salaries). The bailout allowed a tax windfall for the banks. Therefore, they are allowed to save a huge amount of money when they merge. There is an estimate of a loss of $140 bilion worth of tax revenue for the US government though. Klein also said that people don't know who is handling the $2 trillion money that the Federal Reserve handed to financial institutions as loans. It's a secret. “If the Fed has accepted distressed assets as collateral in exchange for these loans,” stated Klein, “there’s a very good chance the taxpayers aren’t going to be getting this money back. … So that’s why we’re calling this the ‘trillion-dollar crime scene’ or the ‘multi-trillion-dollar crime scene.’” Klein believes that Congress should be challenging the violations of the bailout, but the bailout was a mistake to begin with. The bailout has bonuses, it gives the FED huge power, it blacked out certain sections on who would send out the money to the people, it restricts judicial review, and it will benefit multinational corporations the most (the same ones and the FED who contributed to the crisis in the first place via hyper inflation, unsound monetary policy, lax oversight, risky loans, theft of taxpayer money, etc.). Klein considers the G 20 summit as promoting similar rules of the status quo. She's a liberal, so she want universal health care. There is nothing wrong with that if it means all citizens should have the oppurtunity to have health care, yet the government shouldn't control all of our health care system. A government monopoly system is just as bad as a corporate/HMO health care monopoly system. She believes that economic problems will justify some to want to cut benefits, Social Security, health care, and prevent real green energy from occuring. In that case, she is right. One way we can save money is ending the war on terror period and cut spending where it isn't necessary. There are GM and other car companies wanting to have $25 billion for their problems. Whether you agree with this or not, $25 billion is a drop in the bucket compared to the multi-trillion dollar fraud of the bailout. You can also cut military spending, close overseas military bases, strive to have a balanced budget, build jobs from the ground up, banning foreign companies from owning our vital national infrastructure, and have a tax policy that rewards companies that maintain their jobs here in a value system. Yet, the FED's actions are beyond borderline criminal. These actions are blatantly criminal.

Young children are even being targeted by a statin drug. David Gutierrez from Natural News on November 18, 2008 reported on a controversial document. This document came from the AAP or the American Academy of Pediatrics. The AAP document recommended that children as young as eight years old should be treated with cholesterol lowering statin drugs. The APP's Committee on Nutrition released these guidelines as part of a clinical report on childhood cardiovascular health. This was published in the journal called Pediatrics. It emphasized the need of reducing the risk of lifetime cardiovascular disease by means of lifestyle interventions and cholesterol screening (from beginning in a young age). Now, young children can only get statins if they have a genetic disorder (like familial hypercholesterolemia). Now, the report wants children to get cholesterol drugs as long as eight if they have LDL (or bad) cholesterol levels of 190 miligrams per decaliter or higher. It also recommends that children (who have a family history or more than two other cardiovascular risk factors) should be considered for treatment if their levels are 160 milligrams per decaliter or higher, as should diabetic children with LDL levels of 130 milligrams per decaliter and up. AAP panel member Dr. Nicolas Stettler of the Children's Hospital of Philadephia said that giving children cholesterol lowering drugs is necessary just like for adults. Critics believe that there is not enough evidence to definitively prove that statins are safe or effective in children. Statins notoriously can act differently among diferent age groups. “The guidelines are based on expert opinion, and they don’t have the level of evidence to support them that I would like to see,” said Thomas B. Newman, of the University of California, San Francisco. “We don’t know at what level of cholesterol and what age the benefits of medication exceed the risks and costs. We don’t know what it means to be on these medications for decades, and we don’t know whether there’s an advantage to starting this young versus starting as an adult.” Hence, there ought to be made a way to decrease bad cholesterol among young children, but statins may not be the answer in order to achieve that goal.

Torture is a serious topic. It has been done especially during the Bush administration. Think Progress from Wednesday, on November 19, 2008 have Dana Perino denying that the White House tortures people. Dana Perino is the White House Press Press Secretary. She said that America doesn't torture people. The U.S. “is not torturing any detainees,” White House Press Secretary Dana Perino said last April. These comments are made inspite of evidence denoting the contrary. A Red Cross report described interrogation techniques as "tantamount to torture." Dana Perino now has gone to the next level. She said that the President had never engaged in torture at all. Purely, it is a lie to assume that America doesn't torure. There was the Abu Ghraib incident where high commanding officers allowed lower level military members to torture Iraqi prisoners. Many of these prisoners have been innocent of any crime whatsoever. CIA director Michael Hayden admitted that his agency of the CIA did waterboarding (which is a form of torture). Even Senator John McCain explained that waterboarding is clearly a form of torture. Malcolm Wrightson Nance, a former Navy instructor of prisoner of war survival programs said that: “Waterboarding is torture and should be banned.” Tom Ridge, former Homeland Security Secretary: “There’s just no doubt in my mind — under any set of rules — waterboarding is torture.” Four retired Judge Advocates General (JAGs), in a letter to Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT) commented that: “Waterboarding is inhumane, it is torture, and it is illegal.” So, despite Bill O'Reilly denying that waterboarding is torture, I trust the previous sources than O'Reilly anyday. Barack Obama (for all of his bad proposals) is better than Bush on the issue of torture. He wants to end Guantamano Bay and try to stop torture. We shall see what becomes of his administration. Regardless, torture from the Inquistion, Pol Pot, the torture of American GIs in the Vietnam War, and other things are completely immoral. There is absolutely no justification for torture at all. We should promote civil liberties at every juncture and not be intimidated by the neo cons or the neo liberals at all.

It's a disgrace that some religious groups support taxpayer funding of abortions in America even. The Bible is clear that you can't shed innocent blood and we shouldn't murder. Abortion murders and sheds innocent blood simply. America supposed to be one of the most pro-life nations in the Western world. We aren't anymore. Steven Ertelt from LifeNews.com on November 18, 2008 described this suprising story. There is a coalition of pro-abortion religious groups (plus denominations) that sent the incoming President Barack Obama a letter. The letter states that they want him to support forcing taxpayers to fund abortion and sign a bill to overturn virtually all pro-life laws nationwide. The letter is signed by the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice and several Jewish and mainline Protestant bodies. They include the United Church of Christ, the United Methodist General Board of Church and Society, and Jewish groups such as Hadassah, Jewish Women International, the National Council of Jewish Women, and the Union for Reform Judaism. The letter urged Barack Obama to sign the Freedom of Choice Act. This Congressional measure of FOCA would all pro-life in America void. This will occur in all 50 states if FOCA is law. Even NARAL admits that abortion restrictions will end if FOCA is law. Now, they want Obama to repeal the common sense Hyde Amendment (which prohibits the direct funding of almost all abortions and is credited with stopping hundreds of thousands of abortions since the 1970s). The pro-abortion religious leaders want Obama to fund the UNFPA. The UNFPA is a United Nations family planning agency that has been involved in population control program in China which invovles abortions plus sterilizations. They even want Barack Obama to repeal the Mexico City Policy. The Mexico City Policy protects taxpayers from funding groups that promote or perform abortions in other countries. Mark Tooley, who is the director of the Institute on Religion and Democracy's UM Action section, told LifeNews.com he's disappointed the religious groups would force their pro-abortion agenda on other Americans. "Especially abhorrent is RCRC's advocacy of government funding for unrestricted abortions," Tooley told Lifenews.com. "This mindset illustrates how RCRC and its member denominational agencies are morally vapid and divorced from traditional Christian and Jewish teachings." Mark Tooley wants Christians from across the political spectrum to oppose RCRC's sick campaign. Forcing taxpayers to fund abortions here and abroad is the essence of being anti-Christian completely. There's no other way to describe RCRC's agenda. There is a woman who recieved adult stem cells to regrow her windpipe. Her name is Claudio Castillo. She is Colombian, but she lives in Spain with her family. Dr. Paolo Macchiarini, head of thoracic surgery at Barcelona's Hospital Clinic, spearheaded the transplant for 30-year-old Colombian mother Claudia Castillo. Her windpipe is back to normal and this signifies the superiority of adult stem cells over the non-cure having embryonic stem cells.

Barack Obama promotes global warming hysteria. He recently made a speech at a Los Angeles summit. Obama called for the revival of the Liberman/Warner legislation. That legislation is about a push to cut carbon emissions, but many view it resulting in cutting jobs and in risk of causing a new Great Depression if this proposal passes. His goal is using a cap and trade system to cut greenhouses gasses. His projected goal is to reduce carbon level to 1990 levels by 2020 and reduce them by 80% by 2050. The reason Barack Obama wants this because he believes in the deception that all climate change is caused by man alone, specificially by CO2 (which is a nature chemical necessary for plant photosynthesis and the survival of human life). The 2007 Lieberman/Warner bill entitled "America's Climage Security Act" was rejected for many legitimate reasons. The EPA made an economic analysis of the bill. They forecast that a huge $2.9 trillion would be shaved off the economy by 2050 if the bill was passed. That would reduce GDP by 6.9 percent - a figure comparable with the economic meltdown of 1929 and 1930, and millions of jobs would have been lost within the first 10 years of its passage. As JunkScience.com’s Steven Milloy highlights, For more perspective, consider that during 1929 and 1930, the first two years of the Great Depression, GDP declined by 8.6 percent and 6.4 percent, respectively." The EPA even says that even if the law is passed, only a small amount of CO2 levels would be produced (i.e. only 25 parts per million lower than if nothing would occur). Not much, as average global temperature would only be reduced by a maximum of about 0.10 to 0.20 degrees Celsius, according to existing research. This agenda is a corporate elite agenda, because the Carnegie Institute wants zero carbon emissions. That's impossible of course since humans execute carbon outside of their systems including plant life needing CO2 for survival. Not even a stone age society can create zero carbon emissions worldwide. Some want to ban meat farming since livestock flatulence accounts for more green house gas releases than cars, planes and all other forms of transport or industry put together. Some want human breathing taxed. So, this is extremism plain and simple. The truth is that climate change is a normal part of us since the birth of planet Earth. We have warming and cooling in our history. There is a noticeable recent wave of global cooling related to a death of sunspot activity and exemplified by the Arctic ice sheet expanding by 30 per cent, an area the size of Germany, since the summer of 2007. Last week, climate scientists allied with the IPCC were caught citing fake data to make the case that global warming is accelerating (by using September's temperature for October temperatures in making the case that October was the hottest on record. That of course was false). Dr. James Hansen ran NASA's GISS (or the Goddard Institute for Space Studies) who made that lying study. Hansen ironically was an ally of Al Gore. The same globalists (from the Club of Rome, etc.) want to use extremist "solutions" as a means to control our lives and dictate a feudal like society (whose vast economic cost will definitely harm poor and middle class Americans) The truth is that in order to help our environment, we need new technology (like free energy, solar, wind, geo-thermal, special motors, etc.), modernization, and other common sense approaches to help the world without environmental extremism (like massive carbon taxes or zero carbon emissions proposals). Notice how these eco-extremists rarely talk about real environment issues in the world. These real issues include GM crops, deforestation, genetic splicing, chemtrails, cellphones with cancer causing substances in them, water pollution, sodium flouride, MSG, aspartame, lead, mercury, pesticides, and rat poison.

Eric Holder has been picked as America's new Attorney General. He was a former number 2 Justice Department official in the Clinton administration. He was an Obama aide. He will become the first African American to be Attorney General in America's history if he is confirmed. The Obama transition team is asking Senators whether they would confirm Holder. Holder reviewed Bill Clinton's controversial pardon of fugitive Marc Rich before leaving office. Holder told Bill Clinton that he was neutral leaning toward favorable in his opinion of pardonining Rich. Clinton cited that as among the factors that made him to issue the pardon. Yet, the responsibility totally for the pardon is President Clinton not Holder at all. The pick hasn't been finalized yet as the Obama team are still working on their transition to the White House. One person in the talks said that the pardon issue will be addressed, yet Republican senators are likely to support Eric Holder as the new Attorney General. Senator Arlen Specter of Pennslyvania (who is on the Senate Judiciary Committee) commented that the pardon would be a factor to consider. Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy (D-VT) said that he hasn't been informed about Holder. Eric Holder is a former judge and U.S. attorney in Washington, D.C. He's respected in legal circles including among Justice Department career lawyers. Holder wants to rebuild the Department's reputation as being independent. Holder was the advisor that helped to select Senator Joe Biden to become Barack Obama's running mate. Holder's wife, an obstetrician, delivered incoming White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel's daughter. So, we will have to see if Eric Holder will be the new Attorney General and his total agenda as time comes along. The mainstream media is approving of the pick as usual since most of them suck up to the Barack Obama administration. They hounded John Ashcroft as an extremist for his views on abortion. Ashcroft was wrong to support the Patriot Act and he was wrong for calling those who disapproved of his policies as equivalent to terrorists though.

North Korea is still having religious liberty and food problems. Bob Unruh from WND on November 18, 2008 commented that North Korea is enraged by simple Gospel gas ballons. The Communists there of course see Christian messages by the thousands blanketing the countryside. The North Korean officials are infuriated by the Christian leaflets flying around. Christians are doing this in order to spread the Gospel message directly to the people. Hundreds of thousands of people have been distributed in the past months. That is why North Korea is trying to shut down its border with the South. The North has threatened to cut other communications, such as telephone lines, over the issue. The leaflets have been attributed to political groups, yet the message isn't a subversive political message at all. The organization hasn't revealed their names for fear of danger to affiliated activists who are showing the ballons. Many of the people (presenting the ballons) escaped North Korea because of religious persecution. Now, they are showing leaflets, so a message of hope can reach their family, friends, and communities. North Korea possesses a huge wall of communist information censorship. Each ballon has about 10,000 Gospel tracts in 3 seperate bags at the bottom. A time release device makes the ballon to drop at different times to spread the leafets over a wide area. One leaflet describes the 1907 great revival that occured in Pyongyang. One leaflet outlines human duty to never bow to falliable leaders like Kim Il-Sung and Kim Jong-Il. They describe the 3 men who refused to bow to Nebuchadnezzar (even risking the flames of an oven in doing so). It said that Jesus Christ is the true God that rose from the dead and lives on. Even some South Korean unification groups want the ministry to halt the ballons. It's still going on. North Korea historically have tortured and oppressed Christains, Buddhists, etc. for decades. The leaflets outline the need for North Korea to reject communism and promote real religious liberty. Without true religious liberty, you truly don't have a country filled with liberty. It's as simple as that.

Pilots theaten to strike in Britian over the ID card plan. Jon Swaine from the London Telegraph on November 18, 2008 wrote about this information. Pilots are angry over the government's plans to use them as "guinea pigs" in its ID card scheme. BALPA or the British Airline Pilots Association said that the government’s early warning system that it's promoting is going overboard to force aviation workers be the first Britons to carry ID cards. BALPA represents most of the country's commerical pilots. BALPA's General secretary named Jim McAuslan said that his members resented being treated as guinea pigs and added: “It may come to an industrial dispute...We would want to avoid that. We would want the Government to think again about the whole scheme,” he told The Independent. The government insists that the cards must be fast tracked to airport staff. The reason is it is due to the importance of high security in their workplaces. The Home Office is preparing to unveil a plan to make staff as Manchester and London City airports to sign up for an ID card (before they can apply for security accreditation necessary for workers at the sites). The plans will make them issue ID cards to staff from next fall. Mr McAuslan said: “The Government has said previously that ID cards will be voluntary, but the indications are that if you choose not to have a card, you will not get an airside pass.” The ID cards are due to be sent into the population by 2010. Young people are the first to recieve them. The plan is opposed by both the Conservatives, who have promised to scrap it if they win the next election, and the Liberal Democrats. It's a bad policy since it eliminates personal privacy. The UK is the most Big Brother state in the Western world, yet knife crime is up along with other crimes. Obviously, ID cards, cameras, jailing people for days without due process, etc. hasn't worked in Britian. If you want real solutions, liberty should be promoted, assistance made to those suffering, and you ought to get rid of the extreme Big Brother state that has engulfed that nation. Mark Cuban is accused of insider trading. He is innocent until proven guilty. It is suspected that his support of the spread of Loose Change temporary contributed to him being accused by the government of insider trading.

Secret Societies are real from Opus Dei to Freemasonry. There has been more explosure about Jim Jones. Jim Jones was the cult leader who lead many victims into their deaths in Guyana, South Carolina. There is a secret history that many people don't realize about Jim Jones. He had notorious Jesuit connections. For example, the pro-Jesuit Alfred Boeddeker wrote a letter in praise of Jim Jones for his "spiritual power." The Jesuit John P. Mossi also wrote in praise of Jim Jones as well. Jones had connections with the Democratic establishment and other elite figures. He went with Rosalynn Carter (or the wife of Jimmy Carter), then San Francisco mayor George Moscone, and especially Jerry Brown (Brown attributed Moscone's electoral victory to Jim Jones). Moscone was assassinated one week after the Jonestown Massacre. Jerry Brown was Jesuit trained, is pro-abortion, anti-gun, and was the Governor of California. Jerry Brown is pictured with many Jesuits during his lifetime. Thomas Richards is one of the few people on the Net making CIA, Jesuit connections to Jim Jones and Jonestown massacre. Richards created a video outlining about how Jim Jones had a secret link to the CIA in programs like mind control experiments, etc. Jones' sick People's Temple was once supported by the establishment from people like Art Agnos (who became San Francisco's 39th Mayor). Before the Massacre, Congressman Leo Ryan came to Guyana at Jonestown in a fact finding mission. Congressman Ryan (he was attacked by Donald Edward Sly with a knife according to the FBI) and others were killed when they tried to leave. The Stoen family wanted their son back from the Jones cult in 1977. The story goes that Jim Jones ordered everyone to commit suicide by drinking Kool Aid with cyanide. Grace and Time Stoen live now. A CIA channel described a mass suicide. When back in the day, old news made the believe that Jones was involved, but he acted as an agent of the CIA. The coroner of Guyana, Dr. Mootoo, was on the scene quickly, and testified that almost all the dead had injection marks on their shoulder blades, or were shot or strangled. There was no evidence of mass suicide, but mass murder. The Jones Massacre of 1978 was the beginning of the higher level of unfair demonization of independent Christians in America (especially conservative Christians). Journalist Jack Anderson allege CIA ties to Jim Jones. The People's Temple did many good things and were exploited by the evil Jim Jones to be murdered by Jones and others. Ironically, Ryan's daughters brought a lawsuit against the government alleging CIA involvement in Jonestown. These murders are apart of an agenda of Secret Societies and wicked government to inhibit religious freedom in the world. This similar to the Waco Massacre where Jesuit-trained Bill Clinton used the US government (footage of a FBI helicopter infrared the raid in Waco showing many Branch Davidians trying to escape. They were shot dead by FBI snipers. A tank lit the house and it killed many more people inside. The footage was leaked to the public) to kill Branch Dravidians.

All of this is very interesting and under NORMAL circumstances would be worth the discussion, such as Afghanistan issue. However, these are not NORMAL times or circumstances.

If you look at all the issues you brought up you will notice they fit together in a pattern. The blueprint for all of this can be found in Zbig Brzezinski's book "The Grand Chessboard: American Primacy and its Geostrategic Imperatives". Its well worth the read since much of what is going on is in there.

The book is like a blueprint for domination of Eurasia. Starting with Russia, Zbig recommends surrounding her either with Allies or with occupation of the countries that are critical to isolating her. This is why Afghanistan is so critical. It has nothing to do with some conflict that is legitimate, its to do about control over Russia through surrounding areas with a lower level agenda of corporate control of those resources.

Heck, right now we are even cooperating with the Taliban in many areas.... this is a bogus war and so will Pakistan be a bogus war.

The rest of Zbigs book, deals with 'DEMOCRACY' and how its inimical to empirebuilding since the people will not support the perpetual war and all its cost in money and blood UNLESS THERE IS A HUGE PERCEIVED THREAT TO THEM, like another false flag. He is for doing away with the democracy and the CFR has written up a project op ed about globalizing and regionally allowing the bankers and corporations to control governance, and doing away with sovereignty.

I have quotes from the book about that if you want them. If you look at what has gone on here with the loss of our liberties and the emerging police and military state, then the book makes sense..

Its definitely a blue print and well worth your time to read it. Than write something up on it. I would love to see someone elses take on all of this.
