Georgians have had an anti-Saakashvili rally. These dissenters staged their first rally in a series of demonstrations calling on President Mikheil Saakashvili to step down. On Friday, Saahashvili was criticized by almost 10,000 opposition supporters. These people held him responsible for forcing Georgia into a losing battle against Russia in August. This rally commomerated last years's widespread anti-government demonstrations, which were throttled by the police. Last November's protests promoted Saakashvili (who is the President of Georgia) to declare a state of emergency and early Presidential polls which he disputably won. Protestors wanted parliamentary polls. They even threaten to launch unceasing rallies if their demands were not met by next April. One opposition leaders named Kakha Kukava (as quoted by Reuters) said that: "We are starting a new wave of civil confrontation, and we will not give up until new elections are called." Critics believe that Saakashvili's achievements are far from consistent with the pledges he made before rising to power during the 2003 Rose Revolution. The Rose Revolution was supported by the West to make him achieve power in Georgia. Saakashvili has cracked down on protests and other forms of free speech in Georgia. Saakashvili advanced that wicked Georgian war in South Ossetia. Georgian forces murdered Russian peacekeepers. Evidence confirms that American troops were training Georgian troops as well. In that war, Russia invaded Georgia in response and easily defeated much of the Georgian military. Many politicans in America promoted the Georgian aggression in South Ossetia, because of hatred of Russian policy as a nation. Saakashvili has gone on to promote the institution of a new world order. This new world order call have been said by many globalists for numerous decades from Nehru, George H. W. Bush, and to Henry Kissinger. The future is uncertain for Georgia. Yet, Georgia deserve much better leadership within their borders than an authoritarian like Saakashvili.
The Republican Party lost the 2008 Election pretty bad. Many are pointing blame upon many quarters. Some are unfairly bashing Sarah Palin for the defeat when she was chosen by the McCain campaign. Therefore, the John McCain campaign deserves more blame for McCain's defeat than Palin is. Palin is a puppet who was manipulated by the CNP crowd (many of whom are pro-Dominionist. Dominionism is nothing more than globalism with a religious face on it) as a means for the establishment media to demonize all conservative Christians in general among other reasons in my opinion. Why did the Republicans lose the Presidency? Many reasons were apart of their defeat. One primary one is that the Republicans forgot to promote real, independent conservative and libertarian values. When you run a moderate like John McCain, many real conservatives won't be convinced to vote for him. Many like Chuck Baldwin correctly pointed out that John McCain couldn't beat Barack Obama (as similar to Bob Dole couldn't beating Bill Clinton back in 1996). People from across the political spectrum voted their conscience and we have every right to vote our conscience. George W. Bush, John McCain, and the country club Republican advanced warmongering, promotion of the bad trade policies of NAFTA, etc., too much big government (like supporting the billion dollars of worth of the bailout for Wall Street), their anti-civil liberty mindset, and other anti-conservative policies made tons of citizens sick of John McCain. Then, most voters voted for Barack Obama. Even on the pro-life front, McCain supported destructive, unconstitutional foreign wars (in Afghanistan and Iraq), the faux science of embryonic stem cell research (when it has no treatment helping a human being at all. In science, you disregard false theories) and expanding the military budget (which benefits the military industrial complex not most of the American people in a meaningful degree). It is compromise that caused McCain to lose the election. When, you compromise (no matter how sincere you are), long term, you won't achieve maximum positive results in your endeavors. Even Lindsey Graham (who supports almost amnesty for illegal immigrants) beat the real conservative of Bob Conley in an election. The good news is that people are awakening from this 2 party monopoly reality. A new rebuilding process is needed in the political world to allow more choices beyond the 2 party monopoly. We need our liberties perserved, we need the illegal Drug War destroyed (to replace it with treatment for those with drug addiction, prison for violent drug dealers, and stopping mandatory minimum sentences), a pro-life atmosphere in our society, the war on terror eliminated, and our Second Amendment rights enhanced. I don't believe in stereotypes either. Many Republicans and Democrats want freedom. All Republicans are not racist and all Democrats don't have hostility toward religious people as well.
The ACLU wants a probe into police staged DNC protest. Felisa Cardona from The Denver Post on Friday, at November 7, 2008 made this story known. A Jefferson County deputy unleashed pepper spray at unruly protesters on the first night of the DNC. He didn't know that some of these targets were undercover Denver police officers. Now, the ACLU is questioning whether that staged confrontation by the police pretending to be violent inflamed other protestors or officers during the most intense night of the four day event. This protest occured at 15th Street and Court Place near the Civic Center. It existed at August 25, 2008. There, the police arrested 106 people. This event had the highest number of arrests in a single day during the convention. According to an sue of force police report (that was retrieved by the ACLU), undercover Denver detectives staged a struggle with a police commander to get pulled out of the crowd without blowing their cover. The commander knew that they were working undercover. The plan was to pull them out of the crowd and pretend that they were under arrest so protesters would be none the wiser. A Jefferson County deputy attacked the undercover officers with utilizing pepper spray. He didn't know that some of the people were working undercover. The report doesn't define if other folks (who weren't police officers) were effected. The ACLU said that the police might of aggravated the situation and made it more tense. The ACLU contend something. The ACLU believes that the videos show that the protesters, as well as otherwise uninvolved onlookers, were never ordered or given a chance to disperse before they were surrounded plus detained by the police. Police acting as agent provacteurs have been done in Canada during the anti-SPP protests. Some cases in the DNC incident have been dismissed. Some suspects have been acquitted after a judge cited a lack of evidence. So, the deal is that all of the facts of the case ought to be made known to everyone.
There is great controversy about whether Barack Obama wants to make a mandatory civilian security force to include students to serve in it. I, obviously, don't agree with that. WND reported that the official website of President Elect Barack Obama (in Change.gov) originally announced that they would require all middle school through college students to participate in community service programs. Blogs protested that Obama wanted children to be drafted into his proposed youth corps. Now, the website softened the wording. This section was under the tab of "America Serves" is found in Change.gov. This plan called for 50 hours of community service among middle and high school along with 100 hours of community service in college for each year. Barack Obama said that his civilian national security force will be just as powerful and well funded as the U.S. military. The website is now changing the wording. Now, the website wants to set a goal of children in service and it listed tax credits toward college tuition. The new wording is apart of Obama's agenda. Elsewhere on the Change.gov site, however, it still describes the plan under the heading, "Require 100 hours of service in college." (Editor's note: Since this article was posted, this reference on the Change.gov website was also deleted.). There is another issue. J.D. Tuccille of the Civil Liberties Examiner also points out that Obama said that federal assistance is conditioned on school districts having service programs. Tuccille said that Obama wants to require federal money sent into public schools conditioned on these schools to have the government-approved service program. Rahm Emanuel, ironically calls for universal civilian service, in his book entitled "The Plan: Big Ideas for America." In many cases, universal can be interpretated as mandatory. I never believed in a civilian national security force at all. This youth group proposal isn't described about how the funding for it would occur. Constitutional questions aren't addressed about it as well. Folks like Freemason Charles Rangel supports forcing a draft against American citizens. Mandatory service is definitely wrong. Barack Obama's website wants to deny having mandatory service among the youth, but we have to make sure that America will never have mandatory youth corps at all.
Gun Rights is an important part of American culture and the Constitution. Some claim that ACORN and Obama supporters are key factions in attempting to initiate gun control plans against gun owners. ACORN is the publicly funded national organization that is being accused of voter registration fraud in many states. Now, they are activiely interfering with the exercise of firearm civil rights in New Jersey. The Second Amendment Foundation is calling for an immediate federal investigation. The deal is that ACORN made an unsuccessful attempt to defend Jersey City, New Jersey's local gun control ordinance. It was struck down in December 13, 2006 by the New Jersey state court as a violation of state law preempting stronger local gun ordinances. SAF founder Alan Gottlieb said that ACORN is interfering with an illegal New Jersey one gun a month ordianance that violates the state preemption statue. Alan said that ACORN has earned 31 million dollars of government funding since 1998. ACORN has been more partisan over the years. They of course supported Barack Obama and they want to destroy the Second Amendment. "Bad enough that ACORN is implicated in fraudulent activities in several states, but now an ACORN chapter in the Garden State is working against the ability of New Jersey gun owners to exercise a constitutionally protected individual civil right to own a handgun," said former NYPD detective, Sid Frances. Some like Ohio Congressman John Boehner legitimately want to block federal funding of ACORN's activities until an investigation if completed. No wonder they has been record firearm sales in America. Barack Obama supports the Assault Weapons ban (which includes semi-automatic shotguns. Statistics prove that so-called "assault weapons" are used in a very small percentage of gun crimes and the elimination of the Assault Weapons ban hasn't radical increase gun crime with these guns at all). In 1996 during his run for the Illinois State Senate, Obama told non-profit organization Independent Voters of Illinois that he supported a ban on the manufacture, sale and possession of handguns, a de facto national annulment of the second amendment. Today in 2008, Obama says that he believes citizens have an individual right to own a gun, but with restrictions. Obama is also a board member of the Joyce Foundation, which funds gun control groups in the U.S. Obama voted against a bill allowing homeowners to defend themselves if their homes were broken into. The good news is that Barack Obama can't overtly ban all guns immediately especially after the gun related Supreme Court decision. The bad news is that the enemies of the Second Amendment are using the gradual means of chipping away at gun rights to make it nearly impossible for a citizen to own a gun.
Life News is here. Regardless of who you are, the pro-life movement will never die. Some speculate that Harold Koh is a possible Barack Obama Supreme Court nominee. Typically, Koh is pro-abortion. Koh is the dean of Yale Law School and he's one of many people on his short list. Some believe that if he's elected, Roe v. Wade unforunately might exist for decades to come. Some view Harold Koh as extremely pro-abortion. Roe is the Supreme Court decision that legalized almost unlimited abortion throughout the woman's pregnancy. "A Koh nomination would revive debate over the importation of 'transnational' social norms on contentious issues like abortion," Tozzi writes. In layman's terms, Koh might advocate abortion as an international right. Koh's academic writings view national sovereignity as a nation's capacity to participate in international affairs. That's false since sovereignity is about perserving the intergity of a nation's borders when dealing in its own affairs. Koh wants America to accept all UN documents and UN human rights review processes even though errors are in the United Nations. While the Supreme Court "took a step away from transnationalism " in the case of Medellín v. Texas, holding that domestic constitutional principles outweighed an international directive, Koh has tried to lobby the court otherwise. Of course, the UN is strongly pro-abortion. The evil I-1000 proposal was passed in Washington State. Now, doctors are refusing to take part in the assisted suicide law. Meanwhile, Providence Health and Services, who is the largest medical system in eastern Washington, states it will prohibit doctors from killing patients at its medical centers, nursing homes and other facilities. That's good since no doctor should be forced to kill the elderly at all. Some are speculating on the pro-life 2012 Republican Presidential candidates. They include of course Sarah Palin, Mike Huckabee, Kansas's Sam Brownback, Maryland's Michael Steele, Mike Pence, Minnesota's Tim Pawlenty, Bobby Jindal (who is the Governor of Louisiana) and South Carolina's Mark Sanford. Well, we will have to fight hard to be pro-life not just only saying it. This action includes promoting crisis pregnancy centers (along with supporting pro-life lawmakers, educating people on abortion, showing compassion, and using real logic in defining our pro-life argument in order to convince citizens that death is never a way to treat innocent unborn human beings).
Bob Unruh from WND on November 8, 2008 outlined free speech suppression in America. The deal is that a man was wearing a McCain-Palin T shirt. This was during a Philadephia celebration on election night. He was subsequently arrested, cuffed, and stuffed into a police cruiser. Some people believe that he was actually arrested because he was wearing the endorsement of the GOP nominees for President and vice-President. The man protested that he didn't want to cause any trouble. The officers just manhandled and arrested him. The video of this ordeal is found on Youtube. Philadephia Police Sgt. Ray Evers told WND that the man was arrested for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Evers said that he was caused large crowds to form around him and he wasn't listening to the police's commands. When is it illegal to have large crowds around you or not listen to cops' command if you're not violating any law. Police twist the man's arm to arrest him. There has been a police officer going into a man's home after he told a woman that he opposed Obama's policy in a church. Also, Missouri prosecutors wanted to crackdown on ads that disagree with Barack Obama's views. Missouri Gov. Matt Blunt responded by characterizing the public officials' formation of Obama "truth squads" as nothing short of "police state tactics." The crackdowns on free speech has been occured by both Republicans and Democrats. So, we have to be educated in protecting our First Amendment rights.
Obama's cabinet is growing. Before going forward, I would mention something. It is a milestone for a black man to be President of the United States. Hopefully in the future a freedom loving black person or anyone can be President. Yet, this should be all the more justification to be equally as hard as we should be on Obama as we have been on the previous Bush administration. His cabinet is growing. John Podesta is the head of Obama's transition team. Podesta was the chief of staff to Bill Clinton. Rahm Emanuel is the new Chief of Staff. Rahm is more pro-abortion than Obama is and Rahm wants an universal youth service group in America. Rahm Emanuel supported military force in Iraq during 2002 and has ties to investment banks. Rahm agreed with NAFTA and supported the anti-civil liberty crime bill during the 1990's. Paul Volcker (He was also a founding member of the Trilateral Commission along with David Rockefeller, whom he has also worked with at Chase Bank and through membership of the Trust Committee of Rockefeller Group, Inc), Robert Rubin, Lawrence Summer, Timothy Geithner, and other globalists are proposed members of the Treasury Secretary. Geithner advanced the bailout law. The bailout benefited Wall Street and is stealing money from taxpayers, while doing little to help everyday Americans. The bailout law gave the Federal Reserve government powers in having bonuses for Wall Street executives, it blacked out sections, and it restricts judical review. The bailout is a slick way to advance neo-liberal economic policies where the international private banks become the government in controlling our economies worldwide (while increasing liquidity, disrupt true enterprise, use multinational corporations to loot our resources, and other things). Rachel Maddow from MSNBC questioned that is this Bill Clinton's third term because of the many Clinton appointees working with Obama after the election. Will Barack Obama bring change? He seems to be for change, but much of his policies are similar to the Bush administration. The huge spending, the violation of our civil liberties, interventionalist wars, and other policies don't seem to be eliminated. We shall see what the Obama Presidency will consist of. Unfortunately, many liberals are caught in Barack Obama veneration when many liberals supported the evil bombing of Serbia (plus the genocidal sanctions against Iraq during the 1990's). The police state is growing in America. The Patriot Act and the NSA warrantless wiretapping is supported by George W. Bush and Barack Obama. There needs to be no hatred of Barack Obama neither we should be naive about him as well. He is why we need to keep on promoting truth and opposing any form of evil in the world. Barack Obama is a puppet since the international bankers and the political elite pull his strings on policy matters just like the puppet George W. Bush.
Moral Relativism is being refuted all of the time. Moral relativism denies the existence of right and wrong including the existence of moral absolutes. With that in mind, it's easy to refute moral relativism. The reason is that essence of believing in no moral absolutes is an absolute statement in it of itself. Moral absolutes gives clear justification in condoning the most depraved actions of human beings from slavery, genocide, murder, rape, and abuse. Moral relativism if it really were enacted in society would ultimately lead to prepetual anarchy. The reason is that if there are no standards from mankind to follow, even evil standards harmful to human beings would be achieved. That will undoubtely lead into choas. Even some of the most staunch moral relativists reject the premises of adultery, rape, murder, and rioting in the world. Many of these same moral relativists lecturing about tolerance are the same ones being intolerant toward pro-lifers, conservative Christians, and those who believe in individual freedom. They believe that all cultures are morally equivalent when that isn't the case at all. All human beings are equal in worth and value. Yet, cultures promoting Nazism, dictatorships, Communism, etc. aren't moral equivalent at all to a culture promoting freedom (along with real free speech, development of society, etc.). Others say that we shouldn't force your values upon others. That's impossible since the Constitution forces values of anti-murder, anti-lying, pro-freedom, and other moral teachings 24/7 in American society. Universal truths about being against lying, murder, stealing, hating your neighbor, and mistreatment against our fellow man has occured for thousands of years. This is nothing new, because these constructs are necessary to perserve the essence of a society. Basic objective morality leads to justice, so evil is punished (while good behavior is promoted). The Bible of course promotes the ideals of right and wrong. Objective truth isn't apart of the minority or the majority. It's an instrintic part of God's Universe.
An U.S. naval chief says that subs can curb China. Brendan Nicholson from The Age on Friday from November 7, 2008 focused on these news. The commander of the U.S. nuclear submarine fleet said that China's navy is a growing threat. He said that it is vital that American and Australian submarines continue to operate together as the "deadliest force in the world." The Vice Admiral Jay Donnelly said in Canberra that the biggest security concern in the region was China's increased military spending and arms build-up. Vice-Admiral Donnelly told a conference of the Submarine Institute of Australia that China was building up to prevent any third party intervening in a conflict with Taiwan. He said that the US was moving 605 of its submarine fleet to the Pacific to respond. Many weeks ago, Prime Minister Kevin Rudd said that Australia must develop its armed forces. He wanted to achieve this in order to counter a regional arms build up even though he didn't name China as a threat. Vice-Admiral Donnelly said Australia’s Collins Class submarines could play a crucial role in any future conflict because they were able to operate at very long range without air support in dangerous areas. He said Chinese defense spending rose by 19% in 2007 and that trend was continuing. Donnelly accused China of using technology in an attempt to disrupt US military satellites and to destroy surface ships far form its shores. The reality is that we shouldn't have unconditional support for China's religious liberty suppression, their forced abortion, and other evils in that nation. We need to build up our military, but not at the expense of agitating war with China. I have more respect for Taiwan than China. Yet, I don't subscribe to the premise that we need to start up a war against China at all. Well, real hope isn't found in the Republicans or Barack Obama. It is found in God alone.

All rallies in the country are banned and only state TV can broadcast news. The nationwide state of emergency was declared late on Wednesday after police used tear gas, water cannon and batons to disperse thousands of protesters near the parliament building in Tbilisi. The US later called for calm and for the Georgian government and opposition leaders to negotiate.
