U.S.-Canada Military Plan Could Place Troops in Each Other’s Country

From http://www.nationalexpositor.com/News/1500.html

Progressive.org - An unlikely source comes forward with the latest developments around circumventing Posse Comitatus. In this case, it appears they're attempting to use Canadian troops here and American troops there as "counter terrorism" forces. As an interesting side note, notice the author's last name...

The militaries of the United States and Canada are wrapping up a seven-day exercise called “Vigilant Shield” on Tuesday. This marks the continuation of an ever-closer relationship between the two.
For instance, did you know that the United States military could go into Canada in times of emergency? And the Canadian military could go into the United States.
This extraordinary fact appears in a joint document of the U.S. Northern Command and the Canada Command. (The Pentagon established NorthCom in October 2002, and the Canadian military established the Canada Command in June 2005.)
The document is entitled “Canada-US Civil Assistance Plan,” and it is dated February 14, 2008.

Tim,

Was this your comment:

As for his last name, I wouldn't hold it against the guy; not that you are, but what are you trying to say?

From certain sources, the choice of a particular person's last name, may be a choice to send a particular message. But when it comes to 'progressives' I struggle to remember when I can recall I ever got anything that didn't turn out to be two-faced hypocrisy, predominantly with a smile...

The normal understanding of 'Progressives' fucking bore the fuck out of me....

What do you mean by 'progressives'?

Sorry, missed the expositor link... first time round. So didn't see that it wasn't your comment... but AaronT, whomever he is.

Besides breathing and researching the unbelievable shit sexually frustrated jesuits have concocted for the past hundreds of years, to avoid attempting to educate the 92% and reduce the liklihood of them being swamped with exponential moronic incomprehensible stupidity.. is there any other compelling reason you stick around on this godforsaken hellhole called earth. You don't even think its overpopulated.

Well, I think i'ts highly fucking overrated, and I seen much of the fucking planet geographically and that was fine, and ain't anyone particularly interested in me being around physically... all i am is a goddamn fucking nuisance...

You know it's like when you seen a particular country, you could settle down in it, and pretend to see it, because really when you lose your wanderer noticing, you STOP SEEING AND NOTICING, and you don't tell yourself that what you think you are seeing, is what you are pretending to yourself you are seeing....

Anyway, if that sounds confusing, if you ever travelled, or sailed, you'd know better.

So, I'm kinda like -- this ship has been in port for long enough, got to think about moving along.. only one reason holding me back, and that reason don't appear interested in getting together, so in the absence thereof, I ain't broken any agreement and I can be free to go.

NOt in a very good mood as you can tell.

There is sweet fuck all we can do if the relevant people don't want us to be together...

If they like a planet where everyone has to pretend to be someone they are not, be alienated from themselves, hate themselves, talk about liberty, when they mean slavery, and all the rest of their fucking Orwellian shit... that's fine. If that is the way they like the planet to be; and it makes them happy. Fine. I shall simply make arrangements to fuck off.

Should make more than a few people extraordinarily happy. So won't that be a bonus -- my departure will even make some people overjoyed!

Well, that's background radar info, maybe you prefer not to hear it. Either way it's current reality.
