Marine Corps General Anthony Charles Zinni - Commander in Chief of U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM); Distinguished Advisor for Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS); Military Educator

QUOTE
Anthony Charles Zinni (born September 17, 1943) is a retired four-star general in the United States Marine Corps and a former Commander in Chief of U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM). In 2002, he was selected to be a special envoy for the United States to Israel and the Palestinian Authority. He has been a public critic of the Bush administration and did not support the decision to go to war in Iraq.

While serving as special envoy, Zinni was also an instructor in the Department of International Studies at the Virginia Military Institute. Presently, he is an instructor in the Department of Government at the College of William and Mary, a public speaker, and an author of two best-selling books on his military career and foreign affairs, most recently Battle for Peace. He also is involved in the corporate world, joining M.I.C. Industries as its president for International Operations in 2005. General Zinni also serves on the advisory boards of eight different companies, including the security testing firm, Mu Security, based in Sunnyvale, California. He will begin teaching at Duke University's Terry Sanford Institute of Public Policy in Spring 2008. [1]

Testimony before Congress

In 2000, Zinni testified before Congress that "Iraq remains the most significant near-term threat to U.S. interests in the Persian Gulf region. This is primarily due to its large conventional military force, pursuit of WMD, oppressive treatment of Iraqi citizens, refusal to comply with United Nations Security Council Resolutions (UNSCR), persistent threats to enforcement of the No Fly Zones (NFZ), and continued efforts to violate UN Security Council sanctions through oil smuggling," Zinni told Congress on March 15, 2000.

"While Iraq's WMD capabilities were degraded under UN supervision and set back by Coalition strikes, some capabilities remain and others could quickly be regenerated. Despite claims that WMD efforts have ceased, Iraq probably is continuing clandestine nuclear research, retains stocks of chemical and biological munitions, and is concealing extended-range SCUD missiles, possibly equipped with CBW payloads. Even if Baghdad reversed its course and surrendered all WMD capabilities, it retains the scientific, technical, and industrial infrastructure to replace agents and munitions within weeks or months. A special concern is the absence of a UN inspection and monitoring presence, which until December 1998 had been paramount to preventing large-scale resumption of prohibited weapons programs. A new disarmament regime must be reintroduced into Iraq as soon as possible and allowed to carry out the mandates dictated by the post-Gulf War UN resolutions."

Zinni also warned about terrorism: "Extremists like Osama bin Laden and his World Islamic Front network benefit from the global nature of communications that permits recruitment, fund raising, and direct connections to sub-elements worldwide . . . Terrorists are seeking more lethal weaponry to include: chemical, biological, radiological, and even nuclear components with which to perpetrate more sensational attacks . . . Three [Iraq, Iran and Sudan] of the seven recognized state-sponsors of terrorism are within this potentially volatile area, and the Taliban regime in Afghanistan has been sanctioned by the UN Security Council for its harboring of Osama bin Laden. Nearly one half of the 28 recognized terrorist organizations have operational sites within the region. Afghanistan has emerged as a catalyst for regional instability offering sanctuary, support, and training facilities to a growing number of extremist elements." [2]

Post-military career

Zinni holds positions on several boards of directors of major U.S. corporations. In addition, he has held academic positions that include the Stanley Chair in Ethics at the Virginia Military Institute, the Nimitz Chair at the University of California, Berkeley, the Hofheimer Chair at the Joint Forces Staff College, and the Harriman Professorship of Government and membership on the board of the Reves Center for International Studies at the College of William and Mary. He has worked with the University of California's Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation and the Henry Dunant Centre for humanitarian dialogue in Geneva. He is also a Distinguished Advisor at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

His civilian awards include the Papal Gold Cross of Honor, the Union League's Abraham Lincoln Award, the Italic Studies Institute's Global Peace Award, the Distinguished Sea Service Award from the Naval Order of the United States, the Eisenhower Distinguished Service Award from the Veterans of Foreign Wars, The Chapman Award from the Marine Corps University Foundation, the Penn Club Award, the St. Thomas of Villanova Alumni Medal, the George P. Shultz Award for Public Service from the U.S. Department of State, and UNICO National's Grand Patriot Award.

In 2004, Zinni was singled out by The New York Times investigative reporter Diana Henriques for serving on First Command's board of advisors. Henriques alleged that First Command used its military connections "to lend credibility to their sales efforts".[7] First Command defended its affiliation before the U.S. House of Representatives stating, "It would be unfortunate if anyone inferred that these honorable individuals would take any action or support any organization that did not act in the best interests of service members."[8] The SEC and NASD concluded that First Command willfully violated the Securities Act of 1933 Section 17(a)(2) dealing with inter-state fraud. First Command settled without admitting guilt. In 2006, Zinni argued that more troops are needed in Iraq, agreeing with Arizona Senator John McCain.[9]

In 2007, he worked on a report entitled "National Security and the Threat of Climate Change" with 11 other retired military commanders. The report stated that
global warming would act as a threat multiplier to global conflict.

General Zinni is also a "Distinguished Military Fellow" for the Center for Defense Information, a part of the World Security Institute.

World Bankers are controlled by the Jesuit General via Shriner Freemasonry and the Knights of Malta. Pope John Paul II is a Bilderberger and controls the group through such notorious Knights of Malta as William F. Buckley, Jr. Both the Arab Palestinian leaders and Zionist Jewish leaders of Israel are controlled by the Papal Caesar in Rome. General Anthony Zinni (Ret. USMC) is the mediator between Sharon and Arafat.
Zinni is a Knight of Malta just like his cohort in crime, the Georgetown Jesuit trained CIA

Indeed, both the Moslem Palestinians and the Jewish People are being used as pawns in the Papal game. I believe that when the Dome of the Rock is destroyed during this present war enabling the Temple to be rebuilt, then the Palestinian agitation will be laid to rest one way or another.

Sincerely in Faith,

Brother Eric Jon Phelps

QUOTE
Carl Nicholas Karcher, SMOM (January 16, 1917 – January 11, 2008) was the American founder of the Carl's Jr. hamburger chain, now owned by parent company CKE Restaurants, Inc.

Born on a farm near Upper Sandusky, Ohio, Karcher was the son of Ohio natives Leo and Anna Maria (Kuntz) Karcher. Leo Karcher's grandparents had immigrated from Belgium; Anna Maria Kuntz was of German ancestry. Carl N. Karcher moved to Anaheim, California, where his uncle ran a small business. He was hired by his uncle and worked for him for three years, later he dropped that job to work at a bakery as a delivery boy which doubled his salary monthly. He married Margaret Magdalen Heinz Karcher in 1939.[1]

Karcher and his wife started their first business, a hot dog stand, on July 17, 1941 in Los Angeles, California when they borrowed $311 against their Plymouth automobile and added $15 from Margaret's purse.[2] The stand initially sold hot dogs and Mexican tamales. On January 16, 1945, they opened their first restaurant, Carl's Drive-In Barbecue in Anaheim.[3]

Their restaurant quickly grew and they opened several more restaurants, numbering 100 by 1974 and more than 300 by 1981. He served for a time as Chairman and CEO of the company.

He has been awarded the Horatio Alger Award for outstanding individual initiative and commitment to excellence while assisting those less fortunate.

On January 16, 2007, which was his 90th birthday, Karcher and his deceased wife Margaret were recognized with the placement of a star on the Anaheim/Orange County Walk of Stars.[4]

His son Jerome Karcher, who is a priest for the Orange County Diocese, has recently received the Man of Character Award from the Boy Scouts of America for creating mercy houses in Orange County for the homeless and those with AIDS.

Karcher died on January 11, 2008 from complications of Parkinson's Disease.[5]

Political activities

Karcher had been a lifelong supporter of Conservative causes and contributed to several anti-abortion and anti-gay initiatives.[6]

Karcher was an early supporter of John Schmitz, a right-wing Republican and member of the John Birch Society who represented Orange County in the state senate and later Congress.

In 1978, he provided $1 million dollars to California's Proposition 6, also known as the Briggs Initiative. He was the initiative's biggest financial supporter. The proposition was a ballot measure requiring the termination of all gays and lesbians from employment in public schools. The initiative was defeated by over one million votes.

Phyllis Schlafly - American Conservative Political Activist; Widely-published Author and Commentator; Founded the Eagle Forum; Members o/t Council for National Policy

QUOTE
Phyllis Schlafly (born August 15, 1924, in St. Louis, Missouri)[1] is an American conservative political activist known for her best-selling 1964 book A Choice, Not An Echo, and her opposition to feminism and the Equal Rights Amendment.

Schlafly co-authored several books on national defense, and was highly critical of arms-control agreements with the former Soviet Union.[2] In 1961 she wrote that arms control "will not stop Red aggression any more than disarming our local police will stop murder, theft, and rape."[3]

A widely-published author and commentator, Schlafly also maintains an active presence on the lecture circuit. In 1972, she founded the Eagle Forum, and was the founder and president of a sister organization known as the Eagle Forum Education & Legal Defense Fund, which also operates in the Eagle Forum's St. Louis office. As of 2007, she is still the president of both organizations. Since 1967, she has published her own political newsletter, the Phyllis Schlafly Report.

She was married to attorney John Fred Schlafly, Jr., (1909–1993) for forty-four years. They had six children: John, Bruce, Roger, Liza, Andrew, and Anne.

What about Eagle Forum? You didn't mention Phyllis Schlafly. I can't remember what organization you said she was involved in, receiving money or she went to a meeting. What about the Eagle Forum?

KELLEIGH: Do you want me to answer that, Chey? Well, I will tell you this, Phyllis Schlafly is a Catholic. I know that she's done what a lot of people consider a lot of good work. However, I know for a fact Phyllis is Phi Beta Kappa and all you have to do is go into the old book, SECRET AND OTHER SOCIETIES, and find out that Phi Beta Kappa was started in the 1700s and patterned of the Bavarian Illuminati. On the back of the Phi Beta Kappa key are seven stars and a crescent moon which also appears on the floors of the old freemasonry halls. So, there is a heavy connection there to. Now, it is alleged, and I say alleged very carefully, that Phyllis is a Dame of the Sovereign Order of the Military Knights of Malta. And it is also a fact that she did get a $500,000 federal grant to study Child Abuse in the Classroom. Child Abuse in the Classroom was actually not written by Phyllis. It was written by a woman named Charlotte Iserbyt and it was only a year ago that Phyllis finally gave Charlotte credit for having written it.

THE COUNCIL FOR NATIONAL POLICY

Prior to the East Lansing conference, I had requested from Sarah Leslie information about James Dobson and the Council for National Policy, of which I had just become aware. I was told to read Russ Bellant's books and to come to the conference where I would hear him speak on the CNP. No information was offered on Dr. Dobson. Mr. Bellant gave a brief presentation on the Right-Wing, however, I would learn after the conference that many researchers throughout the country had been accumulating information on the CNP since the 1980s, including membership directories of this secret coalition of globalists and right-wing evangelical organizations. Most of this information seems to have been suppressed by the Discernment ministries. One report might have exposed this organization years ago as a front organization for Sun Myung Moon, Scientology, old and neo-Nazis and various globalists who, posing as conservatives, are drawing the Christian community into the New World Order. However, for unknown reasons this report was never published.

Phyllis Schlafly and her late husband Fred, were early members of the Council for National Policy, a highly secretive coalition of Evangelical ministries such as Focus on the Family, Family Research Council, Christian Coalition and Concerned Women for America, CFR members, entrepreneurs, legislators, former high-ranking military leaders, Moonie-front organizations, TV preachers, the multi-millionaire Coors family, Amway and operatives from Opus Dei, DAR and Knights of Malta (of which Phyllis Schlafly is a Dame). Barbara Monteith and Dr. Stanley Monteith of noble Scottish bloodline are members of the CNP (see above).

Roger Pearson's successor as head of the American WACL was John Singlaub, whose high level and government connections restored an appearance of respectability to the WACL. Serving on the advisory board were such notables as Howard Phillips of Conservative Caucus, Andy Messing of the National Defense Council and [Knight of Malta] Fred Schlafly, husband of [Dame of Malta] Phyllis Schlafly of Eagle Forum. The membership also included several high-ranking military officers such as Lt. Gen. Daniel O. Graham, former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency and former member of the advisory board of CAUSA USA, the political arm of Sun Myung Moon's Unification Church. With the help of Oliver North, John Singlaub would enable the Contra resistance in Nicaragua, assisting [Knights of Malta] David Rockefeller and J. Peter Grace with the [Black Pope's] corporate takeover of Latin America:

In 1984, Singlaub headed a Pentagon panel called to make recommendations on conducting military activities in Central America. The panel's report urged the U.S. to emphasize nonconventional, counterinsurgency warfare strategies.(9,10) Under the [SMOM-dominated] Reagan administration, Singlaub received assistance and guidance from White House and National Security Council (NSC) officials for his "private" contra-supply activities. He identified former NSC aide Oliver North as his liaison to the White House. 32.

After several astute listeners of Sweet Liberty called, asking pointed question the host asked her if she normally gets questions like this. Again she screeched... "NEVER!!" A couple of other questions to Schlafly were:

1) "Why are the meetings of the Council for National Policy (CNP) so secret?" Her evasive response. "I don't control those meetings. All of my meetings are open to the public." She was correct about that. According to former CNP member, Reverend Austin Miles, who has been a guest on Sweet Liberty on several occasions, Paul Weyrich is the Grand Puba of the CNP. (Not sure exactly what Weyrich's 'title' is at the CNP, but Grand Puba should suffice. He's in a league of his own... along with one other famous person; Fred Flintstone was the Grand Puba of his fraternal lodge, wasn't he?)

2) "Are you a Dame of Malta?" (That is the female counterpart to the Sovereign Military Order of Malta - better known as Knights of Malta). Her response: "Yes. It's a benevolent organization." (I have an audio tape of the broadcast referenced)

That's what Pat Buchanan said when asked by radio talk show host, Roger Fredenberg, if he (Buchanan) was a Knight of Malta. "It's a benevolent organization that costs me about $5,000 a year for charitable causes" (paraphrased) -- Jackie -- August 17, 2002

Robert Ferdinand Wagner, Jr. - Three term Mayor of New York City; Ambassador to Spain; US Representative to the Vatican; Member of Scroll and Key
user posted image

QUOTE
Robert Ferdinand Wagner, Jr., usually known as Robert F. Wagner, Jr. (April 20, 1910 – February 12, 1991) served three terms as the mayor of New York City, from 1954 through 1965.

He was born in Manhattan, the son of United States Senator Robert F. Wagner. Wagner attended Taft School and Yale University, where he became a member of Scroll and Key.

Political Career

Wagner served in the State Assembly (1937 – 1941) and as Borough President of Manhattan (1950 – 1953). He served as delegate to conventions and was nominated for the Senate and the Vice-Presidency. During World War II, he served in the Army Air Corps.

Mayor

His nomination and election as New York City mayor in 1953 caused a rift in the Democratic Party, and instigated a long-standing feud between Eleanor Roosevelt and Carmine DeSapio, Boss of Tammany Hall.

During Wagner's tenure as mayor of New York, he built public housing and schools, created the City University of New York system, established the right of collective bargaining for city employees, and barred housing discrimination based on race, creed or color. He was the first mayor to hire significant numbers of people of color in city government. His administration also saw the development of the Lincoln Center and brought Shakespeare to Central Park.

In the fall of 1957 after the Dodgers and Giants left the city of New York he appointed a commission to see if they could bring back National League baseball to New York. The New York Mets were born out of this committee.

Ambassador

After deciding not to run for a fourth term in 1965, Wagner served as ambassador to Spain from 1968 to 1969. In that year, he decided to run for a fourth term but was soundly beaten by Mario Procaccino in the Democratic primary. He also made a brief run four years later, but withdrew before the primary took place.
In 1978 he was appointed by Jimmy Carter to be his representative to the Vatican, where the College of Cardinals had recently elected a new Pope, John Paul II.

Personal Life

Wagner, a Roman Catholic was married to Phyllis Fraser, widow of Bennett Cerf, from 1975 until his death. Her five-floor townhouse at 132 East 62nd Street, designed by Denning & Fourcade, "was so magnetic that the statesman moved in."[1]

Death

He died in Manhattan of heart failure in 1991, aged 80. His funeral Mass was offered by William Cardinal Baum at St. Patrick's Cathedral. Subsequent burial atCalvary Cemetery in Sunnyside, Queens. "Mr. Wagner was buried beside the graves of his father, United States Senator Robert F. Wagner, and mother, Margaret, and first wife, Susan Edwards Wagner, and not far from the grave of New York's Governor Al Smith."[1]

The Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University is named in his honor, as is the Robert F. Wagner, Jr., Secondary School for Arts and Technology in Long Island City, Queens.
