False flag operations are common in human history. The corporatists and fascists have made Europe to experiencew bankruptcy. Some are using paranoia about terrorism (especially Islamic terrorism) to get ahead with their goal of austerity. That is why protesters don't want severe cuts in social spending when there are bailouts of bankers and their lackeys in governments (being dictated from supranational institutions). Some believe that false flag bombings are occuring in Greece and Italy after both nations tried to have austerity moves. In the past, false flag terrorist attacks have been blamed on leftist revolutionary groups like the Italian Red Bridages and the West German Red Army Faction. Recent information found some of these bombings to have been carried out by a network of CIA and fascist operatives (being supported by local police and intelligence agencies. This was done in order to blame leftists for the attacks). Operation Gladio is the name of the operation. This operation tried to damage the reputation of Communists in Western Europe in order for them to not join any leftist government coalitions, espeically in Italy and France. Gladio like actions occured in Turkey. The Ergenekon plan has attempted coups and plotted carried out false flag terrorist attacks in an effort to undermine the Justice and Development AKP government of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan. There are bombings in the embassies of Athens and Rome. This came after street demonstrators opposed the Greek government's budget and pension cuts on behalf of the international banking elite (plus similar moves as well as corruption by Italian government). European Union bureacrats are using European law enforcement to accuse a network of anarchists to carrying out the bombings. The same psychological operation is being used to collectively blame all Muslim groups opposed to neocon European policies in the Middle East (including Israeli human rights violations as somehow being linked to Islamic jihadists). The head of Danish Security and Intelligence Service or PET named Jakob Schwarf. He has connections to Israel. He led a joint Danish PET Swedish SAPO security law enforcement team. They praised each other for rounding up a group of 5 alleged Islamist terrorists (they were charged with planning to attack the Copenhagen offices of the newspaper Jyllandes-Posten in a militant Mumbai like attack planned for January). There has been other attacks by anarchist groups that are used to demonize and crack down on leftist or anti-globalist organizaiton. Some are using legisltaiton worldwide to curb communications on the Internet too. It is noteworthy that the rise of previously unknown “anarchist” groups is occurring in the very same countries where Gladio’s operations were most extensive: Italy and Greece. Italy was the nexus for Organazzizione Gladio, the Italian branch of the pan-European CIA-led terrorist operations. In Greece, the Gladio group was known as “Operation Sheepskin.” So, we should be careful that some of these attacks may be a false flag operation in order to harm liberties and continue with the evil agenda of austerity in the world.
Atlantic currents have done through drastic changes according to a study. Scientists have found this shift. It occured since the 1970's in the north Atlantic Ocean currents. This has usually influence the weather in the northern hemisphere according to Swiss researchers. There are a team of biochemists and oceanographers from Switzerland, Canada, and America that detected changes. They were found in deep sea Atlantic corals that shown the declining influence of the cold northern Labrador Current. They said in the U.S. National Academy of Science journal of the PNAS that the change occured since the early 1970's. This is unique in the context among approximately 1,800 years. Some try to link these actions with global warming. The Labrador Current interacts with the warmer Gulfstream from the south. Later, they in turn have a complex interaction with a climate pattern (or the North Atlantic Oscillation) that have a dominant impact on weather in Europe and North America. Scientists have discovered a disruption or shifts in the oscillation as an explanation for the moist harsh winters in Europe (or the severe summe droughts such as in Russia in recent years). One of the five scientists, Carsten Schubert, of the Swiss Federal Institute of Acquatic Sciences and Technology (EAWAG), underlined that for nearly 2,000 years the sub polar Labrador current off northern Canada and Newfoundland was the dominant force. That pattern has only been repeated in recent decades. "Now the southern current has taken over, it's really a drastic change," Schubert told AFP, pointing to the evidence of the shift towards warmer water in the northwest Atlantic. The research was based on nitrogen isotope signaturers in 700 year old coral reefs on the ocean floor. This feed on sinking organic particles. Water was pushed by the Gulfstream is salty and rich in nutrients, the colder Arctic waters carried by Labrador current contain fewer nutrients. Changes could be dated because of the natural growth rings seen in corals. "The researchers suspect there is a direct connection between the changes in oceanic currents in the North Atlantic and global warming caused by human activities," said EAWAG in a statement. So, the Earth is changing all of the time. That's true. Yet, I don't believe that climate change is done by man alone. I believe natural forces have a huge influence in climate change. Regardless of where you are on the global warming debate, we should promote the improvement of the environment in any legitimate ways that we can.
The corruption of HMOs have been exposed by folks from across the political spectrum. HMOs came from the passed Health Maintenance Organization Act of 1971. It was passed in 1973. Some pro-Wall Street budget cutters promoted the bill like Daniel Patrick Moynihan, Elliot Richardson, Caspar Weinberger, and Dr. Paul Ellwood. Even Sen. Edward Kennedy once supported the Act. Critics of HMOs believed that it ruined medical standards, decreased the power of America's health system, closed hospitals, and lead to suffering plus death. The Bretton Woods monetary system ending in August 15, 1971 changed our economic system. Our economy was from manufacturing and domestic scientific endeavors into a more service economy. Even in the early 1970's, Moynihan attacked Medicaid and Medicare for its costs. Medicaid was instituted to invaluably help the poor and Medicare was created to give medical assistance to the elderly and soem disabled human beings. This was apart of the Great Society program from LBJ. Without these programs, millions of people would lack access to health care. HMOs are called health maintenance organizaitons. HMOs can set limits on in patient days of hospital care. Some HMOs pay a capitation fee to the doctor. Ellwood hated government regulation and he was one architect of HMOs. He attacked the traditional doctor-patient relationship, in which a doctor provides whatever services he deems the patient needs. Whatever he claimed, he was against the General Welfare clause of the U.S. Constitution. Richardson and Weinberger allowed Nixon to deliver a Presidential address on February 18, 1971. Moynihan promoted welfare reform (or forcing poor people to get even sub standard jobs). This program deal with austerity at home and the expansion of HMOs. Nixon ordered a 90-day freeze on wages and prices. He also announced a $4.7 billion cut in the Federal budget, including a 10% cut in foreign aid and a 5% reduction in Federal employment. This became known as Phase|I. On Oct. 7, 1971, Nixon put into effect Phase II, which set up a Cost-of-Living Council, first headed by Treasury Secretary Connally (who was one of the originators of the idea of the Council), and then by Donald Rumsfeld. Phase II exist until April 20, 1973. Phase II wanted to fight against inflation. Moynihan was the Ambassador to the UN from 1974 to 1975 (He allied with neo-cons Elliot Abrams, Abram Shulsky, and Gary Schmitt).
The White House got rid of the death panel deal after Pro-Life people created a backlash. The White house removed them from Obamacare. The circumstances were that pro-life groups didn't agree with giving financial incentives to doctors to hold end of life discussions with patients (that soem believe will cause the rationing of their medical care). Doctors would instruct patients in the yearly voluntary exames to write advance directives listing the kind of treatment they wish to recieve or not recieve if they are unable to make their own medic decisions. The advanced directes can't be used to facilitate an assisted sucide. The concern physicians will pressure or persuade patients to make decisions that would ration care or withdraw lifesaving medical treatment. The ruling to have these new rules are gone. The Obama administration cited procedureal reasons for the decision, yet the New York Times believes that the political outpouring to the plan played a role. An administration official authorized by the Obama administration to speak with the press, told the Times today: “We realize that this should have been included in the proposed rule, so more people could have commented on it specifically.” “We will amend the regulation to take out voluntary advance care planning,” the official said. “This should not affect beneficiaries’ ability to have these voluntary conversations with their doctors.” Donald Berwick is the administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. He is in charge of implementing Obamacare. He has been criticized for his pro-rationing views (and he once issued the new death panel reuglations). According to the NY Times, the death panels being dropped angnered many Obama adminsitration officials in the Department of Health and Human Services. Elizabeth D. Wickham is the executive director of Lee Tree. She warned Lifenews.com that these regulations can allow patients to lose the ability to control treatments at the end of life. LifeTree said The Federal Register (page 73406) published a new funding rule for “voluntary” advance care planning consultations that changes Department of Health and Human Services regulation pertaining to Medicare and Medicaid patients. Voluntary advance planning is defined as: “Verbal or written information regarding the following areas: (1) An individual’s ability to prepare an advance directive in the case where an injury or illness causes the individual to be unable to make health care decisions[; and] (2) Whether or not the physician is willing to follow the individual’s wishes as expressed in an advance directive.” “The new regulation states that advanced care planning consultations will now be offered (and funded) as part of the initial wellness visit for medicare patients and during all subsequent annual visits,” LifeTree says. The groups believed that media outlets didn't mention anything about these proposals. Oregon Representative Earl Blumenauer regretted the inclusion of the death panel situation and that he shouldn't kept it secret. End of life consultations have been controversial. Section 1233 of HR 3200 would have federalized voluntary end of life consultations. I do believe in health care forc pre-existing conditions, so not everything in the health care law was wrong.
The House is now run by mostly Republicans. Beohner is the new House Chair with Nancy Pelosi not heading that position anymore. There is now no excuse for Democrats and Republicans in their political futures. They must either practice what they preach or they will be exposed as suspect in their political capabilities. Both of these major parties have been infiltrated by corporate interests. The Republicans in recent years have been rather overt in being in favor of corporate interests. Some of them won't even like regulatory economic reform. John Boehner is known to have a close circle to have meetings and playing golf with corporate titans. Now, Boehner wants to repeal all of the health care law when even some legitimate parts are in the law. The New Deal reforms made legitimate reform that contributed to the greatest economic expansion in human history. Chris Christie is an arrogant New Jersey governor. He bashes unions, teachers, and other critical infrastructure (like cutting money from schools, libraries, etc.) necessary to build up the components in his own state. He negates the fact the enriching our general welfare require public action not just private recourse. Issa refuses to investigate big banks causing corruption in society. He won't expose foreclosure fraud as well. People like Issa refuses to propose a comprehend solution to poverty, health care issues, and the evil war on terror issue. There was a 2010 poll released by Vanity Fair magazine and the CBS News program. It found that 61 percent called for increasing taxes on the rich as the first step, while another 20 percent chose cutting military spending―the second-most-popular choice. Only 4 percent favored cuts in Medicare and 3 percent cuts in Social Security, the “reforms” that are being demanded by a unanimous chorus in the Washington political establishment. These percentages revolve around people's views on how to reduce the federal deficit.
