Yesterday was historic. On the Democratic side, Barrack Obama won the Democratic Iowa Caucus. He's the first black Presidential candidate to win it in history ever. It's very historic and newspapers are outlining this globally. Mike Huckabee won the Republican primary for Iowa as well. This makes manifest that something is resonnating many Iowans. Many of the voters voted for change and a fundamental disengagment of the corrupt establishment, which yearns for the status quo instead of change. Citizens want hope instead of the same, persistant political agitation. These are important events and New Hampshire will come out in less than a week from now. Mitt Romney was second place and Fred Thompson was third place for the Republican side. John Edwards was second place and Hillary Clinton was third place for the Democratic side. It's funny that some neo-cons and many liberals are demonizing Huckabee for being a Baptist, but lecture us on "tolerance." They are the real ones that are intolerant. They cry about Mormonism being real Christianity (which it is not), but hate Baptists. They should focus on real issues. People do have a First Amendment right to peacefully dissent with Mormonism, Roman Catholicism, and any other religion for that matter though. Some even want to compare Huckabee to a fascist or a Nazi. I personally don't agree with those extremist comparisions. I disagree with Huckabee on some issues like the Iraq War, talking in a CFR meeting plus his supporting CFR chieftan Haas, and other things, but I'm not going to call him a fascist. One man making this comparison is Chuck Baldwin, who obviously hate Mike's belief system. He even writes articles talking about Hitler decieving churches, which is historically accurate (as documentated in such book like "Hitler's Cross"). Yet, Chuck doesn't expose how Hitler was having Jesuit/Vatican ties (i.e. how the Vatican's Center Party placed Hitler into power, how SMOMs funded the Third Reich, etc. This doesn't mean all Catholics are involved with this, but much of the Vatican leadership) and Hitler's New Age/occult ties. Hitler was a black magician who used witchcraft and followed New Age philosophies in contradiction to Christianity. Hitler and the Tibetans met to perform Satanic, occult rituals. The Nazis even made a pilgrimage into Tibet to try to find the remnants of Atlantis or Shambala.) Nazi history is more complex than churches. Baldwin doesn't talk about that since it destroys his intension of demonizing churches. I won't demonize churches unfairly. I will expose wicked churches and false doctrines, I will inspire the church to change on some things, and I will show the whole history of Hitler not just tidbits. Chuck goes as far as saying that Huckabee is similar to Hitler, which is false. The usage of a cross (a sun symbol) in a commercial is part of free speech and it isn't similar to Hitler (who advocated mass muder of those he deemed "inferior." The Nazis killed millions, Stalin killed more, and Mao killed more than Stalin). Chuck loves Ron Paul, but I don't follow any Presidential candidates 100%. I follow God alone period. It's hilarious that the some of the same ones talking about religious liberty are demonizing others for expressing their religious speech in commercials and the like. As for me, I believe in religious expression without any contradiction. Over 120,000 Republican voters came into the polls along with over 250,000 Democratic voters coming into to vote in Iowa, which are records basically. Ron Paul had a respectful 10% in the caucus at 5th place (ahead of Rudy Giuliani). So, whether you agree or disagree with Ron Paul, he has a right to go into the FOX debate. His polling shocked many establishment figures. He might be a bigger factor in New Hampshire since many of them are libertarian/conservatives. Are you tired of the word "national defense conservatives." These aren't conservatives, because they accept an interventionalist foreign policy, some torture, and preemptive wars. The Constitution doesn't support this aims. The Constitution doesn't even mention that our role is to spread "democracy" across the world. The people of America desired to legitimately solve problems of the environment, education, our health, our civil liberties, the improvement of our culture, make sure that human life is protected from the unborn to the elderly. This election is certainly unpredictable.
There is another piece of ironic news. Mexican farmers are protesting NAFTA since they believe that it will increase illegal immigration. One example of that is NAFTA allows cheap, free flow of US corn and beans into Mexico. As a result, rural Mexican corn and bean crop will be negatively effected, thus spurring illegal immigration from Mexico. There is nothing wrong with international trade (or trade among nations). There is nothing wrong people having transportation across the globe. Yet, trade must be fair not just free. Now, this new year will be exciting. Another important error of NAFTA is that it infringes on the national sovereignities of Mexico, the United States of America, and Canada. Basically, corporate power in transnational corporations have strengthened as a result of the implementation of NAFTA from 1994. Aaron Dykes from JonesReport.com on January 3, 2008 reported on an attack on the 911 Truth Movement. The Radar magazine– tried to pin the 911 Truthers as nuts, but the facts are that Rudy Giuliani was warned of an attack, that Bill Doyle (part of 9/11 families) question the offical story, that the EPA have been caught lying about the danger of abestos negatively impacting 9/11 victims in New York City, and about how about 40% of Americans believe that 9/11 was an inside job (according to new polls). The 911 Truth Movement is growing and it will never stop. Cade Metz from The Register on January 3, 2008 reported on Microsoft's new device. The device is named the Hal 9000. This instrument is attempting to monitor worker's work habits. It isn't just their productivity, but the workers' heart rate, respiration rate, body temperature, facial expressions, and blood pressure to brain signals and galvanic skin response via "physiological or environmental sensors." This is another level of Big Brother technology. Who knows what future technology will exist in attempting to control the activities of workers. This is a wild development. I don't agree with the Iraq War. In this war and in Afghanstan, we are similar to the Roman Empire. We have excess spending to maintain bases and legions globally from South Korea to Germany and Iraq. That's exactly like the ancient Roman Empire was (not to mention we have similar ethnic composition, symbols, and usage of language similar to that Empire). Taking this further, the major 2 party system, a nation with a horrid history of slavery, and a nation based on concepts of a Republic is America, just like ancient Rome. History repeats itself. If we don't radically change our policies, then we might have a major crisis here because of more bankruptcy and political agitation. Jay Dow from WCBSTV at January 4, 2008 explained on how a New Jersey school district instituted a policy of mandatory Breathalyzer Tests for functions at social events and dances. I don't agree with using alcohol, but I don't agree with this. The reason is that it infringes on the student's right to privacy and it's been guilty until proven innocent on he use of underage drinking. It's too much control of the function of children. I don't believe the school has a right to force people to have a breathalyzer, especially those who aren't even been identified as being intoxicated. The good news is that I'm still breathing. Many Americans and folks across the world are still breathing. We have a right and a responsibility to make change in our nation. We should encorporate fear in our thinking, but a determined inspiration to achieve great things in our society. There is a hunger out there for individual liberty, the preservation of our civil liberties, the preservation of our religious liberty, having the respect for the sancity of human life, and the belief in personal responsibility. At the same time people want to find solutions to develop our education, clean up the crime and other problems in our neighborhoods, built up our health care, make sure we don't have another pre-emptive, illegal (and immoral) war, and find ways to help fight against poverty (and hunger). Vitally indispensable is to oppose the Big Brother threats of the Read ID Act, RFIDs chips, biometrics, and the problems with mandatory chipping of citizens (occuring in Mexico and across the Earth). Expanding my conscience mind in displaying knowledge on a wide range of topics is vital. The purpose of that it enriches your insight on the world and you can increase your God-given intellect to try to do something to make things better. That's why we were created in the image of God in the Earth.
